But a bit later when the tops of our newly stuccoed fences started looking like they were wet and I texted Jacob several pictures showing him what had occurred, he said he'd come by to check the fence and said "I will stop by to check on it. Most time it's because dirty water and dust on the top layer block Jacob " Not quite sure what that means, I'm guessing if he's saying that the stucco was applied on top of a dirty fence on a brand new home, perhaps they should've used a blower or suggested we do it, if it was going to have an adverse effect on the completed fence. Why would we spend that kind of $ and not get a good result? We've had pretty hard rain since and my fence still looks the same in most of the areas.
