When I originally requested the work I wanted completed, Rich, called on me reviewed the work to be done and a follow up by the technician Jarrett to determine the estimate by taking photos of the house and bring back to the office for review. I'm calling on All Wright to some other work I want completed. Highly recommend.

More recently, a track lighting fixture very high up on a cathedral ceiling stopped working, We made an appointment for All Wright to come to fix this. We told them that the fixture was very high up and suggested that they bring an extra long ladder. We were told that one of their technicians would be in our area the next day and would stop by. He said that they fixture was not the problem but that it was a problem with the switch on the wall. When the second technician came, he failed to bring the correct switch and told us to call the office to arrange a follow up appointment. The third guy arrived with the wrong switch but was able to run to our near-by hardward store and buy the correct switch. Imagine our surprise when All Wright charged us for this visit. We ended up paying almost $600 to replace a switch.

I have never found a more reliable, honest, and efficient plumber than Joe D. I have had two…read moresituations where he did exactly what he said he would do, both in his work (excellent) and his commitment to standing by his appointments. Over this past winter when the weather was extremely cold my pipes froze. Joe, as I am sure many plumbers were, was extremely busy. Joe told me when he was going to be at my house, and kept me abreast of his arrival time. I understand that when working in someone's home problems can arise as the work is being done, especially in the winter. Not only did Joe do the work that needed to be done but he did it at a reasonable price (I never felt like he was going to overcharge) and he was willing to explained everything as he was moving along. I just had him back to my house for 2 new issues, one was a leaky bathtub faucet, and the other was a broken toilet where the water was not filling the basin. Once again he kept me abreast of a delay at the previous job, so I could take care of necessary things I needed to do and not worry that I would leave my house and miss him when he arrived. He also did/does excellent work, cleans up after himself and charges a reasonable price for the materials/work that is/was done. Joe is the best and I give him the highest recommendation for his professionalism and work. His number is listed wrong on Yelp it's: 516-621-5633 631-734-5666
