I even said at one point I get you are busy so please just tell me if you can't do the job. He said next week. So seven weeks in I called and he jumped down my throat, after saying definately next week, and said you are not my only client. So short version after trying for two months, and him being a jerk, hired someone else. Turned out lots of electrical issues and just wrote a 8,000 check for the work the new company did.
