He's up to date with current payment technology so it was a breezy experience to use my credit card for payment. (None of this "we accept cash only or check scenario!") Not only Peter has one of the coolest name, same as Peter Jackson, the director of infamous Lord of the Ring movie series, so it's easy to remember, and his price seems very reasonable so his firm will be on my contact list whenever I need a reliable electrician's service in the future. I contacted him recently to do an upgrade and found him as great to deal with as ever. He is not only very talented, but is an absolute pleasure to work with. He shows up on time (not always the case on the east end of Long Island!) and is not pretentious, e.g., he does not push to have one choose the most expensive option. He is practical, respectful of budget and has a relaxed and easy-going manner while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism. His team is equally as professional but Jim takes a very hands-on approach to his projects. I wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Had to order lights which I did - they were supplying some as well. Another day or two needed to finish the work but I tried for six weeks to get them to come back ....call after call where he would say next week. I even said at one point I get you are busy so please just tell me if you can't do the job. He said next week. So seven weeks in I called and he jumped down my throat, after saying definately next week, and said you are not my only client. So short version after trying for two months, and him being a jerk, hired someone else. Turned out lots of electrical issues and just wrote a 8,000 check for the work the new company did. So his loss but I will say they came highly recommended - just think you need to be a local for him to give a crap about your business. I don't need to give people who are rude my business.
