She also gave me an attitude at one point when I asked her to cut an additional inch off my hair after she had just finished cutting it, which was a little insufferable on her part as I did ask her to cut my hair the length in the reference photo I showed her but an inch shorter. So even though that's what I asked her to do, she didn't do it, and then got an attitude with me when I asked her to do it. I also warned her before hand that I would probably be asking her to cut my hair shorter and shorter as I wasn't sure what length I wanted yet. Also, I asked about a perm, and when I showed her the reference photo of how long I wanted my hair and asked for a price estimate, she said $80. Then after she cut my hair (an inch shorter then how it was shown in the picture), the same person told me it was $90? To me that was a red flag, and considering the communication difficulties I figured it would be better to get my perm elsewhere. The price was very cheap, only $14 for a men's haircut. Also, she was very fast.

I give her a bit of leway on her opening time (she often opens late) because, I think, she is a young mother running a business and caring for a family. I usually get my hair cut at a 1/4" length, which she has no problem with. I once went to her salon early (probably 9:15), and she was nowhere to be found, so I went to "Stupidcuts" down the street near Fred Meyer. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made to get my haircut. As I mentioned above I usually get my hair cut at a 1/4" length, Stupidcuts refused to do it. I just needed to clean up the mop that had grown on my head. The total at Stupidcuts was $30, and they wouldn't cut any shorter than 3/4", I think it was the worst haircut I have ever gotten. Getting my hair cut there (at Stupidcuts) wound up costing me $50, $30 for them to cut it wrong + $20 for Lynn to fix their screw-up.

She was fixing another ladies hair when I arrived and that right there gave me hope. There wasn't a ton of people and it appeared she was the only one working. It was very relaxing and not rushed. The lady in front of me whose hair she fixed looked amazing when Sam was done. She then took me to wash all the gunk that had been left from the previous stylist out and then got started on the blow dry. She took her time and did my hair absolutely perfect. I can't believe how great of a job she did. I was trying to be nice to the previous stylist whose salon I just left but the previous stylist almost had me in tears. Thank you Sam for absolutely making my day/night and doing an amazing job.!(: I usually just do my hair at home but due to a few recent surgeries I'm not supposed to bathe by sponge baths for the next couple weeks. I don't have the ability to wash my hair very well by myself.
