I came here for an annual check up. I've had chronic issues with breathing. Dr. Lander also specializes in allergies, so I took the allergy test shots to see what I was allergic too. The process was long, but throughout the whole process Dr. Lander and his medical assistant were very kind and patient. If you're planning to take the test, I would day allot about an hour for all the testing and questions. I asked a bunch of questions and they were addressed. During my visit, there was another patient next door that appeared to have an episode of something and from what I could hear was vomiting. Although Dr. Lander was helping me and was abruptly interrupted by the very sick patient, he hurried to the next room to see what was wrong. The way he handled the situation and at the same time, letting me know he hasn't forgotten about me was handled really well. I would most definitely be coming back to Dr. Lander's office for future appointments. In addition, there is a small parking area that can accommodate up to 3 cars. Otherwise, the street parking around the area isn't too bad.

I hope this isn't how she interacts with all patients. In my experience working in clinics, it's crucial to communicate with patients in a respectful manner. The front desk staff are often the first point of contact, and politeness and respect should be core values in any clinic. He helped me diagnose my food allergies and has been a huge help with any question I've brought him, and he actually listens and remembers his patients. Dr. Charles is also exceptional in that he won't just jump to prescription medicines to fix symptoms; he wants to find the root problem and treat that, instead of symptoms. He will also recommend herbal remedies and dietary changes when he thinks that will work better than prescription drugs, which is rare for western doctors.
