Just had the worse experience, complete waste of time. Dropped off with only 1 car ahead, two in the stalls already being worked on, and one lane completely empty. Walked my dog for an hour, came back and car didn't move. All lanes were full and was given some double talk with how others that were behind me would possibly be helped before me because their lines are moving faster even though I was directed to the line my car was in. She then asked me to wait another hour.. maybe longer. Not- we're willing to take care of you by offering you... - nope, her answer was, you can always come back another day and try again. Been using them for years. The other day check price online it, told them when I paid the bill was $98.00 for oil change, that morning when I dad it done it was $130.00 Told them when I paid the bill and they would not do anything. Emailed the Corp. office and they got back to me that they would make contact with me. They have never contacted me. Been using them for over 30 years, 14 years in Yelm, NEVER AGAIN, Walmart will do it for $75.00 Plus they wanted $35.00 for a air filter, when I left them, I went to an auto part store and got one for $19.00. Air conditioner was only blowing hot air. After inspecting they, determined compressor was going bad. They replaced the compressor within couple of hours. read more

i came over here to have them check my oil great customer service right away. Tell me where to park at someone would be right with me which they were asked me what the issue was told him I didn't know how to do all this. I couldn't read the oil on the dipstick where I took the previous before here which was AutoZone, which I will never go to again. Jiffy Lube and employees talk to me about my car. Gave me options. Worked with me all the way. Awesome customer service I swear to God I was greeted right away helped everything I wasn't treated like I was someone stupid like AutoZone did to me. I went in for routine oil change on the company truck. Jason H. & Nathaniel H. were very helpful and pleasant. I had questions and they didn't make me feel stupid for asking them. I had such a good experience I brought my personal car back for an oil change the following week. I would recommend others to come to this specific location because of the quickness and wonderful customer service. They were done in about 10-15 minutes. I will NEVER use a Jiffy lube ever again! And will make sure that my friends and family never use Jiffy Lube either! I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me leave a review otherwise. We were all packed up for a long road trip and wanted to get the oil changed before getting on the road. Went to pay after service was completed and we had valuables stolen from our vehicle. We called law enforcement and while waiting for an officer, the manager let the employee in question go upstairs to the break room/ employee lockers. When law enforcement arrived they were not permitted to search the locker of said employee as management said no. I myself am in customer service and this was the WORST experience I've ever had. I've been unnecessarily upsold at this location previously and I just "charged it to the game" for not being on top of things but THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! read more

Very educated and patient to explain in layman what the conditions of the vehicle are, the priorities of service and the courses of action to best suit your budget. The gentleman that assisted me gave me print outs & showed me on the computer the manufacturer recommended services. No upsell or anything, only explaining of services and why said services are required. Free top off on fluids after service which as a commuter I definitely will need. This is my favorite Jiffy Lube, and my favorite customer service anywhere in Yelm. They are quick and so friendly that I actually enjoy myself while I am waiting! I go here regularly for my oil changes and general maintenance. I recently had a loose panel under my glove box after getting an in-cabin air filter changed. I returned to the shop after calling ahead to let them know I was on my way. When I arrived a technician was waiting for me. He crawled under my glove box and spent a decent amount of time and a lot of perseverance getting that panel reset at no charge. I had some ideas to help ‍ (smh) but he was very polite and if he was annoyed I couldn't tell! I absolutely recommend this shop and will return soon for a tire rotation and another air filter! read more

I had high hopes and unfortunately.....I was disappointed. I took my husband's Toyota FJ in back in March because I needed an oil change and then I swore there was a mouse nest in there somewhere. Well lots of money for the oil change, and they did find my mouse nest. Good thing: they removed the mouse nest. Good thing: I hardly drove the vehicle for the remainder of my husband's deployment. BAD THING: apparently they screwed up the vehicle and didn't tighten the bolts down because all the oil ran out of it....Luckily that oil issue occurred at home in our driveway. Unfortunately I didn't notice. THANKFULLY I had hardly driven the vehicle after that...and when I did, it was no more than a mile down the road a couple times over a few months. My husband returned from deployment 2 days ago. We are trying to figure out if we can get it into the dealer to be looked at.....and hope to hell we don't have damage. He's was under the vehicle and that's how we found out. Second guess their work. I had other people tell me about them and the bad reviews...WAY AFTER. read more

It's hard to get that Hometown feel in a chain location like this. Our local Jiffy Lube is right on the mark though. They always make you feel welcome whether it's by reminding you where the bathroom is or offering you a warm cup of coffee they do everything they can to make your experience excellent. Unlike other oil change places , Tom and Sara don't try to force you to get things you don't need. If you have a question they're more than happy to answer it , a concern more than happy to address. They go above and beyond to make sure that you leave happy and if not they'll fix it before they let you leave. Despite getting free oil changes from my car's manufacturer I still choose this Jiffy Lube over them. I'd recommend you do the same! read more

My boyfriend lives in Yelm and recommended that I go to the Jiffy Lube in Yelm versus some place else. When I arrived, I was greeted by two technicians. They told me I could leave my keys in the car and one of them escorted me to the office so I could check in. I was told where the restrooms were and offered coffee. They also have a nice water dispenser & the waiting area was very tidy. I was checked and and told about the different service options available. Stacey (i think that was her name) explained what type of oil Ford recommended for my car and about the benefits of synthetic oil versus regular oil and I chose the hybrid. I was surprised how quickly my car was serviced and the price was what had been quoted. I was walked out to my car and they reset my oil light. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them! read more
