I always have a good experience here! This is the only Jiffy Lube that I use... Never have I had a bad experience and it's right next to Grocery Outlet read more

Just had the worse experience, complete waste of time. Dropped off with only 1 car ahead, two in the stalls already being worked on, and one lane completely empty. Walked my dog for an hour, came back and car didn't move. All lanes were full and was given some double talk with how others that were behind me would possibly be helped before me because their lines are moving faster even though I was directed to the line my car was in. She then asked me to wait another hour.. maybe longer. Not- we're willing to take care of you by offering you... - nope, her answer was, you can always come back another day and try again. No thanks! read more

Super sweet people. Was quick to tell us the issue and get it fixed. Budget friendly and great quality

Been using them for years. The other day check price online it, told them when I paid the bill was $98.00 for oil change, that morning when I dad it done it was $130.00 Told them when I paid the bill and they would not do anything. Emailed the Corp. office and they got back to me that they would make contact with me. They have never contacted me. Been using them for over 30 years, 14 years in Yelm, NEVER AGAIN, Walmart will do it for $75.00 Plus they wanted $35.00 for a air filter, when I left them, I went to an auto part store and got one for $19.00. What a rip off. read more

Air conditioner was only blowing hot air. After inspecting they, determined compressor was going bad. They replaced the compressor within couple of hours. read more

Excellent service every time. Any car from brakes to oil change. Multi-care this is the shop I go to! Seth is one hell of a mechanic . I wouldn't recommend tumwater or Olympia jiffy lube. This the place for the best as it comes when it comes to price as well ! read more

I've been going here for years. Nothing to complain and about and pretty fast service. Highly recommended.

I always have great service when I'm here :) Everyone is always very friendly and do a very thorough job! Thanks again!

The whole shop team is terrific! Each time I go in their insights and suggestions have helped me fix or avoid oncoming issues with my older vehicle, and it's been so much more than an air filter situation. I enjoy the team there very much! read more

i came over here to have them check my oil great customer service right away. Tell me where to park at someone would be right with me which they were asked me what the issue was told him I didn't know how to do all this. I couldn't read the oil on the dipstick where I took the previous before here which was AutoZone, which I will never go to again. Jiffy Lube and employees talk to me about my car. Gave me options. Worked with me all the way. Awesome customer service I swear to God I was greeted right away helped everything I wasn't treated like I was someone stupid like AutoZone did to me. I would definitely go back to Jiffy Lube anytime read more

I came in for just an oil change and they were very helpful and good spirited people. Definitely would recommend if you're trying to get a quick easy nice experience. read more

I went in for routine oil change on the company truck. Jason H. & Nathaniel H. were very helpful and pleasant. I had questions and they didn't make me feel stupid for asking them. I had such a good experience I brought my personal car back for an oil change the following week. I would recommend others to come to this specific location because of the quickness and wonderful customer service. They were done in about 10-15 minutes. Price wasn't bad either because at the end of the day I didn't want to change my own oil. Thank you guys for all you do! read more

Excellent service. They work well together. Live how they are attentive at everything in and on the car including the customer's needs then the clock is stuck on 1:55. Lol! We all had a good laugh at that. Thanks y'all I'll be back. read more

See all

I couldn't be happier with the excellent service I got from Nathan at our Yelm Jiffy Lube. He was knowledgeable, helpful hints on how to diagnose some symptoms and above all he was kind. He was never condescending or unprofessional, I will be back for my engineer flush. Thank you Nathan! read more

Simple, fast, straight to the point service with quality and respect. Definitely recommend coming here for anything from a simple oil change to getting a tune up. They're not pushy and inform you of your cars needs. Extremely professional, polite, and affordable. Shout out to Matthias for hooking it up on coolant, oil change and my tire pressure. 5/5 if not 10/10 stars. read more

Quick Service only 10 minutes with a car in front of me. Good price on everything, was just doing oil change, but got the transmission flushed for only 100 more dollars. read more

Jiffy Lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Yelm, Washington

Love coming here there are always helpful. The whole crew is awesome. Best place to get a oil change in town.

I went during a rush and everybody working was still super attentive and nice! They got me in and out as fast as possible and informed me I had a gash in my tire that not a single other Jiffy Lube had pointed out in the past year. The price is exactly in line with any other place you'll go. The team working while I was there was also very supportive of each other which is always great to see. I'll definitely be going back read more

Quick and fast! In and out in no time! Got oil change and A/C serviced! Seth was in charge and was efficient in getting everyone taken care of! read more

I will NEVER use a Jiffy lube ever again! And will make sure that my friends and family never use Jiffy Lube either! I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me leave a review otherwise. We were all packed up for a long road trip and wanted to get the oil changed before getting on the road. Went to pay after service was completed and we had valuables stolen from our vehicle. We called law enforcement and while waiting for an officer, the manager let the employee in question go upstairs to the break room/ employee lockers. When law enforcement arrived they were not permitted to search the locker of said employee as management said no. I myself am in customer service and this was the WORST experience I've ever had. I've been unnecessarily upsold at this location previously and I just "charged it to the game" for not being on top of things but THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! read more

Great service, fast and knowledgeable! Had me in and out in under an hour with an oil change.

Excellent service. They work well together. Live how they are attentive at everything in and on the car including the customer's needs then the clock is stuck on 1:55. Lol! We all had a good laugh at that. Thanks y'all I'll be back. read more

Very educated and patient to explain in layman what the conditions of the vehicle are, the priorities of service and the courses of action to best suit your budget. The gentleman that assisted me gave me print outs & showed me on the computer the manufacturer recommended services. No upsell or anything, only explaining of services and why said services are required. Free top off on fluids after service which as a commuter I definitely will need. Seth was amazing and I highly recommend read more

This is my 2nd time at this location and I have been extremely satisfied both times. The entire staff is ready to help and they are all so friendly. I'll definitely keep coming back to the Yelm location! read more

Great service by Thomas and team. Very straightforward and not a hard salesman, which was refreshing. In and out with a standard oil change in 15 minutes, will be back. read more

Very quick and attentive. Full stalls and still had 4 people working on the truck. Air pressure, checked door for limit. Pulled air filters, looked good. Will make this my regular stop. read more

Waited for 45 minutes in line only to have the supervisor/manager come out and pull a car that arrived 5 minutes ago ahead of me rather then talk with his crew to check the order of customers waiting... might go some where else from now on... the vehicle service was good but their customer service is in dire need of improvement! read more

This was my first time in this location. We recently moved to this area and this was a convenient location. The staff are super nice. Very helpful and provided great updates and service. read more

Went in morning of Feb 27 2023. The two guys working were pros. Friendly, quick, informative and professional. Highly recommend.

Got a new to me (used) car and took it the them to get all the fluids changed and gone through. Did an awesome job. Also identified a few other problems and let me know, so I could get them taken care of and keep myself safe in my car. Will definitely be back. Super friendly workers, all you have to do is sit there and look pretty for them lol. Thanks for taking care of my company vehicle!

great service and communication . employees are respectful and speedy . recommend them to anyone who needs a change in Yelm

They need to do better. They don't pay attention. Out of 3 consecutive oil changes, two of those, they did not tighten my filter and oil leaked all over my driveway. I won't be back. read more

I am making my first trip to Jiffy Lube. Customer Service has been wonderful. I had all procedures and cost explained to me. I had an oil change and a couple oh filters replaced. Very helpful customer service and technicians. read more

I had high hopes and unfortunately.....I was disappointed. I took my husband's Toyota FJ in back in March because I needed an oil change and then I swore there was a mouse nest in there somewhere. Well lots of money for the oil change, and they did find my mouse nest. Good thing: they removed the mouse nest. Good thing: I hardly drove the vehicle for the remainder of my husband's deployment. BAD THING: apparently they screwed up the vehicle and didn't tighten the bolts down because all the oil ran out of it....Luckily that oil issue occurred at home in our driveway. Unfortunately I didn't notice. THANKFULLY I had hardly driven the vehicle after that...and when I did, it was no more than a mile down the road a couple times over a few months. My husband returned from deployment 2 days ago. We are trying to figure out if we can get it into the dealer to be looked at.....and hope to hell we don't have damage. He's was under the vehicle and that's how we found out. Second guess their work. I had other people tell me about them and the bad reviews...WAY AFTER. read more

Very fast service and very friendly! They always have great discounts! I always come here for my oil changes and top offs.

I was sitting in my car waiting there was two other cars in the bays that were available and I know it says stay in your car but out of respect I would expect a associate to come over and let me know how long it's gonna take and ask what I needed done ...apparently when I called to tell them that I was waiting for five minutes so I left and to ask why nobody came up to the car they don't do that anymore I guess checking on your customer To let them know it's gonna be about this long just stay in your car and will guide you in is no longer a thing ve.. read more

It's hard to get that Hometown feel in a chain location like this. Our local Jiffy Lube is right on the mark though. They always make you feel welcome whether it's by reminding you where the bathroom is or offering you a warm cup of coffee they do everything they can to make your experience excellent. Unlike other oil change places , Tom and Sara don't try to force you to get things you don't need. If you have a question they're more than happy to answer it , a concern more than happy to address. They go above and beyond to make sure that you leave happy and if not they'll fix it before they let you leave. Despite getting free oil changes from my car's manufacturer I still choose this Jiffy Lube over them. I'd recommend you do the same! read more
