I told him I still haven't paid for his services, he said just to keep us in my mind for future services. This was my first experience with them, I would Highly recommend. It's rare to find business with any integrity nowadays.

Apparently management changed, the tech who signed off on the safety was no longer there. They denied everything they had told me the first day. They told me this guy that sold me the vehicle brings in at least two vehicles a month for safety. When I called the second time they mistakened me for different vehicle for the same issue, a supposed passed safety. Clearly something is going on in this shop. I wouldn't trust buying another vehicle that was safetied by this shop.

I think it was a couple of hours later and they had isolated the issue to include other symptoms that I had heard. It was a complicated issue to do with the linear transmission as I learned and they kept me in the loop the whole time, I knew my car was in the hands of experts. I've driven this car for over ten years and the function of the linear transfer of power from the electric to the gasoline motor is precisely what the issue was as it is driving with the same feel as when it was brand new! Their pricing is fair, honest and competitive and by far I will be referring them to anyone I know that has car issues.

Marice impressed me again, I couldn't open my lift gate, due to a short, or something, I tried to…read morefind it, I checked fuses, relays under the hood, and inside the car, and lift gate switch, no power going to the switch, I'm old school, and a Vietnam veteran, I said I'm going to find this sucker, out there in the cold, in, and out of the house to warm up, I said forget this, I'm use to warm weather, I took it to Marice in the morning, he called me early afternoon, and said I found the problem , and he sent me a short video, showing the problem, it was under the passenger side seat under the carpet, a harness of wires about 50 wires in a harness a couple of them was broken , and the front seat was out of the car, now you tell me, whose gonna tare there car up, to locate a wire, MARICE DID, I didn't even know wires were under the passenger side seat, under the carpet, he put everything back like it never happened, I said Good Lord, bless Marice, and his Team, and His Repair Shop, listen Customers, you don't have to go out to a different township, or 30 mile Rd to get your car fixed, a lot of them is coming here to his shop, you have a Gem right here in the hood, if your car is not running right, and you're under a heavy load, take it to Marice, he'll put you back on the Road....REAL TALK....I think he stopped doing electrical, and I can see why, But HE IS A MASTER, I deeply appreciate him....

The absolute worst service, the owner really doesn't know what he is doing. He repaired my car…read moreafter an accident and said he would not charge the deductible. (that was his way of getting the job over a reputable shop) after two months he finally finished the car and we were able to pick it up. When we arrived to pick up the car it was dark, his service guy handed us the keys and said your all set. We brought the car home and the next day looked under the hood. The bumper was attached with two rivets, there are supposed to be 50 attaching it. The coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking, the car had more paint on the tires than on the car. When I called him to tell him this he told us to bring the car back. We left the car with him and told him to fix 3 things attach the bumper properly, replace the coolant reservoir and check the leak to ensure that it was coming from the reservoir not the Rad. He said the car would be ready in 3 days, we called and got no reply. We continued to call for 3 weeks with no reply. We drove by the shop and the car was never there. We were starting to get concerned that the car was stolen or worse someone else was driving it. The owner finally called us back and when we questioned him about the location of the car he said since we are accusing him of stealing the car he would not give us the car back until we paid him $1000! The amount of the deductible! I told him we already picked up the car from the insurance claim and we didn't have to pay the deductible, he said "I changed my mind"! Save yourself the stress, go somewhere else Not good business...

The dealer and other mechanics kept giving me the run around and not solving the actual issue. I finally brought my car to the pit stop. Kais and the other guys over there really helped me out. They found out it was a fuel pressure injector issue and fixed it! I'm super grateful for their amazing service! Now I can drive my car without any backfire or stalling. And the gas smell is gone. First and foremost, I am very grateful they are open on a Sunday. I popped in when they opened and…read morewas out the door in an hour. Kept showing a low tire sensor despite having filled the tire myself. They couldn't find a leak either and suggested to replace the valve stem, which was the cheapest option. The lady at the reception desk could not have been kinder and honest. The technician came out to talk to me and double checked my car before I left. I was thoroughly impressed by both of them. While I was waiting, she kept me updated on the status despite juggling the phone ringing non stop and customers in the lobby. Excellent customer service.
