Apparently management changed, the tech who signed off on the safety was no longer there. They denied everything they had told me the first day. They told me this guy that sold me the vehicle brings in at least two vehicles a month for safety. When I called the second time they mistakened me for different vehicle for the same issue, a supposed passed safety. Clearly something is going on in this shop. I wouldn't trust buying another vehicle that was safetied by this shop.

(that was his way of getting the job over a reputable shop) after two months he finally finished the car and we were able to pick it up. When we arrived to pick up the car it was dark, his service guy handed us the keys and said your all set. We brought the car home and the next day looked under the hood. The bumper was attached with two rivets, there are supposed to be 50 attaching it. The coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking, the car had more paint on the tires than on the car. When I called him to tell him this he told us to bring the car back. We left the car with him and told him to fix 3 things attach the bumper properly, replace the coolant reservoir and check the leak to ensure that it was coming from the reservoir not the Rad. He said the car would be ready in 3 days, we called and got no reply. We continued to call for 3 weeks with no reply. We drove by the shop and the car was never there. We were starting to get concerned that the car was stolen or worse someone else was driving it. The owner finally called us back and when we questioned him about the location of the car he said since we are accusing him of stealing the car he would not give us the car back until we paid him $1000! The amount of the deductible! I told him we already picked up the car from the insurance claim and we didn't have to pay the deductible, he said "I changed my mind"! The dealer and other mechanics kept giving me the run around and not solving the actual issue. I finally brought my car to the pit stop. Kais and the other guys over there really helped me out. They found out it was a fuel pressure injector issue and fixed it! I'm super grateful for their amazing service! Now I can drive my car without any backfire or stalling. And the gas smell is gone. I bought a membership at the airport location. In Feb. I went to this location and had no issues…read more In March I went to this location and he started asking me my name phone number etc. I told him it should be in the system. He said "No this is your first time here." I said "I was here about a month ago." He said "then it was with a different car. Your licence plate isn't in the system. I told him I only have one car. In May I went to the airport location to get an oil change and I was told by this one person that my coolant levels were very very low and my transmission fluid was very low. I asked him to put water in the rad and he said he couldn't do that because it would throw the levels off. BUT for $5.00 he could add more coolant. I said then won't that throw the levels off? He said "No I can measure it with that thing." I already had my car booked for a complete tuneup, transmission fluid change, rad flush the following Tues. They asked where. I said in Mississauga. He asked what's the name of the place? I said Auto Trust. Hmmm he says. Well I wouldn't drive it on the highway as your coolant levels are very low. I told him not to worry about it as it's going in the shop on Tuesday. When I took my car into my mechanic he asked why I wanted my rad flushed. I told him that I was told my coolant levels were very low. My mechanic said there's nothing wrong with your levels. I asked about the transmission fluid. He said that was all ok just dirty it was time for a change. The first week of July I went to the location on Tecumseh Rd East. Low and behold it's the same person! This time he tells me. "Your power steering fluid is extremely low." I said "You know what I have a complaint. Every time I get an oil change you tell me my levels are low. Last time you told me my coolant was low and there was nothing wrong with them." Another guy pipes up and says "If he tells you it's low then it's low. We don't do that stuff here." So I leave. It's running threw my mind so I pull over and check the levels myself. I couldn't see the fluid so I turned the stick around so I could see the ridges. It's full. I wipe it clean and dip it in again. It's full. I drive away and think. Maybe he said my brake fluid. So I pull over and check my brake fluid. It's full. I check the power steering fluid again. It's full ( and very clean). So I go back to the place and ask to speak to a manager. He asked what he can help me with so I told him that I was told my power steering fluid was low and there's nothing wrong. He says. "Oh so everything is ok now." I said. "there was nothing wrong in the first place." He went inside and came back out and said. "He said it was a little low but dirty." He then went to the car to check the power steering fluid. He checks the dip stick and sees that it reads full. I said "See! It's full!" He then drips it on the back of his hand to see how dirty it is. It was crystal clear. I said "It's not dirty. I just had this in and had everything completely done with the car. He then takes the dip stick and tries to scrape the side of the power steering fluid container to try to get dirt on it. I said. "You're not going to get any dirt as I had the car serviced and everything changed." He then looks at me and says. "Sorry." I told him that the same person did this to me at the airport location so I came here instead. You have to tell this guy to stop lying and up selling. Unless that is your way of doing business and your procedures. I doubt if I'll ever renew my membership again. I'd rather pay a higher price than try to be ripped off.

He wanted me to pay 80$ for filters, I told him I will pass and I'll figure it out, he got upset and wanted me to pay for the "service". To make the long story short he ended up calling me names and threaten me and he threw a RAG at my face the police had literally to get involved. Worst experience ever.
