This guys went above my expectations.. Thank you Fernando and your crew. read more

I went in for an oil change and air filter service, that was fine. Before I left, one of the technicians put air in my tires and everything was good & that completed the visit. A few days later my car signaled me that one of my tires was almost depleted & turns out my tire is about to pop. My tire was worn out and I'm not checking my tires often but shouldn't the technician seen that while he took care of me and my tires a few days before? Pictures below...... thank goodness I was driving through the streets one day and was able to stop by a shop to get my tires inspected and changed read more

They tried charging me 180 for an oil change, that's crazy. An hour for an oil change also crazy! Nothing Jiffy about this location. Paid 100.07 still crazy read more

This place is quick and efficient. They're all very kind and explain things perfectly. They never pressure me to spend more than I need to and always give me the quote before they do the work. read more

Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Whittier, California

I mean I the service was fast , but the mechanic assured me there was no transmission filter on my 2020 Honda accord sport. Comes to find out there is one , they replaced the transmission oil with no filter. The mechanic here said only the dealer has the small flitters. I literally called another jiffy lube when they were done and the change the filters along with the oil. The guy here completely lied in my face . Now I have to get the filter changed a probably pay another 150 in maintenance, just because the guy was to last to change the filter . Wouldn't advise anyone to come here , they just want your money read more

I've been a loyal Jiffy Lube customer for years and always paid around $109 for a full synthetic oil change with a tire rotation. So I figured I'd try out this location--BIG mistake. I was shocked when I got hit with a $163 bill, and that's after using a $25 off coupon! Without it, it would've been close to $190! To make it worse, I waited over 45 minutes, which is insane considering how quick this service usually is. While I was sitting there, I looked up prices at other Jiffy Lube locations and saw them advertising $99-$109 for full synthetic, just like I've always paid. But the real kicker? When I got my receipt, I saw they charged me $60 for oil change labor and $30 for tire rotation labor--on top of a $30 upcharge for synthetic oil. Are you serious?! That's pure price gouging. I'm done with this location and honestly, I don't think anyone should go here. They take advantage of customers who expect consistent pricing. And here's the wild part: I never write reviews... but this experience was THAT bad. read more

I brought my own oil filter and oil for an oil change. No problems fast service it was great! Shot out to Luis and Cesar for their excellent service. read more

These guys work on your car slower than a sloth I swear how does an oil change take half an hour to do when I'm the only car in the lot. Never coming back I will go elsewhere this is ridiculous read more

They did it again!! Smooth service on a Saturday afternoon and fast service. Thank you Luis admin and Fernando the one who worked on my car. THANKS AGAIN! read more

Not satisfied with the service provided. I came in only for an oil change and waited an hour.

Been taking my cars here for nearly a year now. The techs are professional, friendly, & thorough. They've honored my online coupons every time, so the prices are affordable. Since I only come here for oil changes, I'm usually in & out within 20mins, so no complaints here. read more

Spectacular service Fernando, I love him this place has honest service and I recommend them to everyone

5 stars for speedy oil change & good customer service. 4 stars for price: better than dealership but not as much as expected. In response to the managers request: Experience with workers was very positive; they even found a missing clip in engine & replaced it free as a courtesy. That's how repeat customers are built! Inflation sucks & everything is more expensive. Nearly $115 total at dealership. I called & was quoted one price. Upon arrival 1 hour was informed they only currently had full synthetic in stock. I'm the end charge was below $115 but not as low as anticipated. Biggest perk is I was in & out in under 25 min; dealers take 3+ hours from arrival to departure. read more

Great service. Very friendly and they always take care of all my vehicles.. i don't have any complaints

One of the mechanics tried to charge me 200$ for an oil change. Walmart however charged me 65$. I did not appreciate his attempt to steal my money. (I am a young woman, I suspect this had a roll in his decision to lie to my face.) read more

Went to your establishment to get an oil change on my Scion. X b and was told that would have would cost approximately $85. Explain to the guy that I've done it before. It only costs $45 at the most. Charged me $120 for a synthetic oil change, I have a 2012 Honda Civic. The people were nice and helpful. Jiffy Lube Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Whittier, California

Updated review: spoke with someone who rectified the situation from previous visit. I returned for the service I came for previously and the manager was extremely apologetic for the situation. Overall the customer service to fix the situation was speedy and satisfactory. Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the manager on site were very apologetic. Will likely return here again. read more

I went to take my truck to Jiffy Lube before work and was very pleased at the service. The manager Fernando was extremely kind and let me know what I needed. I would recommend this Jiffy Lube on Colima. read more

I normally go to my dealership for service but couldn't lockdown an appointment, so I ended going to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I was the first one there and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes. This was awesome because I usually have to wait for hours at the dealership for the same service. The technicians were very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend coming here. read more

Very good customer service. Professionally trained. 20 minutes for an oil change and we were out of there! $20 off coupon on Yelp. All the employees were great! I'll be back! read more

Went on 08/23/2021 to get service before 5:30 pm and was told by an employee wearing a red shirt: "we're closed" he then pointed to a jeep and said, "we aren't taking any more cars" and walk away. Not even I'm sorry. He looked tired but still not cool. I have been to other Jiffy Lubes 15 minutes before closing and they don't hesitate and helping out. I will NOT be coming to this location anymore. read more

Way to go Jiffy Lube. My new mechanic just informed me that you put the wrong size oil filter in my car, during my last oil change. Was it done on purpose or by accident? Either way, someone didn't bother doing their job right the first time and that pretty much ends my business relationship with you guys. Hopefully, my engine won't have issues given the fact that I've been driving around dripping oil the past few months. Good riddance. read more

One star review from last March If zero stars were allowed I would definitely give this place that. What I won't be giving them is my business ever again. I went their for rear brakes and an oil change. The mechanic that did the rear brakes did not know what he was doing. It took forever, two hour after the quote. Then when the job was completed, I drove away. Getting to the stop sign near the Italian restaurant the car would only stop using the front break. I noticed the difference right away. I drove back to the Jiffy Lube and he needed another hour and a half to complete. This was not cool at all. I know rear brakes last a while. Now little over six months, they are bad again. One the guy was incompetent, two they charged a lot to get ripped off and three took way too long. Do yourself a favor stick the the lube and you won't get screwed. read more

The guys at this Jiffy Lube are always so friendly and courteous! I've been getting my oil changed here since we moved 3yrs ago. I drove up one evening before they closed, my tires were low and it was about to snow. They were so gracious and filled my tires for me! I can't say enough about them! Very fair prices and super fast service! read more

Although Adrian was polite in taking my call and answering my questions as a first time customer, he didn't offer proper pricing over the phone because he never asked for mileage or vehicle information. I showed up to try and get my vehicle serviced for the $59.99 plan Adrian quoted on the phone and the manager Fernando disclosed that they don't carry the oil for that price point. It's not that it's out of stock it's just that they don't have it. The only oil blend they have is for the $109 oil change. It's a full synthetic blend. The right thing to do at that point given his employees misinformation (mistake) and lack of control on our phone call is to offer the oil they do have for the price I was drawn in the come and spend. I understand this is a service and a convenient way of getting an oil change, but the service on both the employees part and manager could've been better given it was my first time here. But the manager refused and was rude and told me I was welcomed to call the BBB over this which I totally plan to do. He offered to honor my $20 coupon and then said he was giving me the employee price. I understand the value of convenience. I do. But the dealership is still CHEAPER then this joint and although the value does stand out more here because it's a quick job, I'd rather save money and have the right action taken on a mistake then risk a bad review. read more

Went in for a standard oil change for the first time (usually go to dealership) and was amazed by my experience. Not only did they get me in and out with in a reasonable amount of time (it was busy) but they also managed to save me tons of money!!! Ernesto helped us and his service was so great I'll be coming here from now on for my oil changes. He was super friendly and was able to help me out. It's nice to know big corporations have people who work for them who genuinely help out and do great work. The staff working there with him were really friendly too. Definitely happy with their work!! read more

Don't ever go here!!!! Me and my mom went to get our oil change and the people didn't even change the oil and they put a wrong screw back on the oil filter which made my oil leak for the next two weeks. So then I took it to my mechanic and he told me that my oil looks like it has been changed in like 3 months. So I wouldn't recommend anybody go here! The managers name is Alex and he gave me horrible customer service after I refused to change or replace things on my car. I would never want this to happen to anyone!!! read more

I just wat to say that this is One Of The Best Shops that I ever been to the quality of service is just excellent the patient of Alex........ the manager is just wonderful he takes the time to explain what I need it for my car why I needed it and I felt like he knew what he was talking about the ones they took my car and they vacuum to clean the The windows and my car felt just like you knew after at getting it serviced thanks Alex........ you're the best read more

Normally I go to a GM service center for vehicle maintenance, but lately their customer service has been deplorable so I decided to visit this Jiffy Lube, and let me just say that I wish I would have come sooner. As soon as I pulled in to the drive-thru, one of the service men came to my car and kindly greeted me. When I told him I was here for a tire rotation, he escorted me to the office, opened the door for me and told me "please take a seat and someone will assist you shortly." After a few minutes, Elias took care of me and worked on my car. The service only took 20 minutes, and when he was done he came into the waiting room and let me know that my car was ready. I presented my student I.D and he gave me a student discount - he was super friendly and his service was exceptional. Then he led me to my car, which was already pulled up with the door open and ready to go. I am so happy I came into this service center, I will gladly come back for oil changes and other car maintenance. read more

Taking a long trip 1,100 miles to be exact needed a quick oil change and I got more than I was expecting for only $33.03 to be exact. Let me start with the awesome customer service both employees that were there today at 8am gave me and my son. Super attentive, friendly and offered all the services that I had no idea were included with the packet I chose. Service was well done and quickly finished. Will definitely use this branch in the near future. read more

You can print a $5 off coupon on their website before you come. That's like a free Starbucks coffee, right? Came during the week for a routine oil change- I was way overdue and really couldn't wait any longer. The staff was nice and the change was quick. There was a small waiting room with a TV set to the Travel Channel and free coffee. Within 20-minutes I was on my way with a nice vacuumed car and clean windows. I felt like the upselling was minimal and they weren't pushy about getting me to do other suggested maintenance. Usually when visiting a place in this chain, I feel like I'm constantly bombarded with hard sales of windshield wipers, air filters and better quality oils. They were easy on me and I was thankful. I'll be back because of convenience and speediness of the process overall. read more

Came here for an oil change Friday evening. We get quoted $50 for an oil change and a 20 minute wait. I receive free oil changes but the 3 hr wait at the dealership is nonsense, sometimes its easier to pay for a quick oil change. Anyway, we wait bout 15 minutes the guy comes back out and says "oh its $89.99" what?? I asked for a manager. He was the manager. So unprofessional to open your mouth and quote a price Then change it. Makes me think He was trying to collect some extra friday spending $$. I called another Jiffy lube on Imperial and told them the type of car and got quoted $59.99. *beware* read more

I popped in on a Sunday morning, expecting a wait time of at least 45 minutes. But, lo and behold, I only waited for approximately 10 minutes before my oil change was done! I got my brake lights changed, oil changed, coolant topped off all within 10 minutes! The technicians also let me know that my radiator was leaking coolant and recommended I buy a radiator cap. Now, this might not seem like a big deal to you, but I drove to Whittier to visit my mom from Santa Barbara (~3 hour drive). Had they not let me know about my radiator cap issue, I'd probably be stuck on the freeway, with an overheated car, somewhere in Ventura. Props to them for changing my oil so quickly and for being great at customer service! Next time I visit my mom, I know where I'll go! :D read more
