The person changing my oil lost my oil plug out of my oil pan. Instead of telling me, they replaced my plug with a rubber ring and a butterfly screw. I could have lost all the oil in my engine and not known it frying my engine. I don't recommend this place to anybody. And when I went back to discuss it, they acted like it was my fault. I did come back for a transmission fluid drain and fill and a serpentine belt change that same week after seeing their services posted. Just got an oil change here a couple of days ago. Their customer service was awesome and I was in and out quickly. I originally just went for a top off, but once we checked the sticker we realized it was time for an oil change. They checked all of the fluids and my tire pressure. I was also very happy with their low price compared to taking it to the dealership or some of the other local oil change places I've gone to. Been going here for awhile Tuesday Nov 15, I took 2 cars in , everything went good, the next day on my concrete driveway was a huge oil puddle, I called them and they said bring it back, took it back Saturday and the guy told me the oil pan was cracked on the bottom in his words, I took it to my mechanic , he said it's cracked right behind the oil plug , my mechanic said they tighten it to tight, I believe I I did hear the guy use a impact drill, bottom line is they said they won't cover it, only give double what the bill was, that won't cover the new bill to replace the oil pan , $600/$700 , I'm gonna take them the bill and get that less than $100 there offering , but there losing a customer, also tell about 8 of my friends that go there also, word of mouth goes along way , those 8 will tell there friends that go there , you don't screw local customers in the area. read more

Came here for an oil change by recommendation of JL and I am so glad I did. Being an individual who knows very little about automobiles, I always feel nervous and intimidated going to auto/body shops for maintenance. That said, this business really is as good as it gets. Came here for an oil change, and that's what I got...and them some. Instead of trying to upsell me on stuff that wasn't necessary, they changed my oil, filters, and did a service and courtesy check that covered every single base you could imagine. Grand total: $ 35.39! They even alerted my to keep aware of critters that reside in my neck of the woods, based on remnants that were found under the hood (groan). I would've never thought of that! On top of that, I arrived 20 minutes before closing time thinking there was no way they would fit me in. I was shocked...shocked!... that I was able to drive right in, receive excellent service, and be out in under 10 minutes. Quick oil change. Didn't wait long at all, in total about a 15 minute wait. I believe their oil change for most cars is $39.50, I paid $47 for a hemi. They check your tire pressure, wash your windows, refilled my fluids and best part didn't try to sell me a new filter LOL. But the sweet guy did dust off my filter. I love being screwed, just not from my mechanic....so that's why I checked this place out (based on the positive Yelp reviews). I'm glad I did! Like everyone else said: they're fast! I think 10 minutes was an overestimate because I had barely sat down and had enough time to call my boss and tell her I was going to be late (which I wasn't, because of Gerkey's speedy service). They're legit, too. They showed me everything they checked out and let me know if anything alerted them (fortunately, it didn't). I never got the feeling that they were trying to upsell me on something I don't need but scare me into believing I do. They even cleaned my front windshield -- sweet! Best of all, this place is affordable. Comparable to what you'd pay at Jiffy Lube (if you have a coupon) you get friendly service, efficiency, and piece of mind.
