Coming into this store front feels like your traveling back in time, not in a good way. Feels very sleezy like. Everything feels and looks a bit run down. Like a sad twilight zone episode. Charged my girlfriend more when she brought her tires in for her Tesla than when I brought in my loose tires to install. Both Tesla Ys. Called to make an appointment for 8am bc I have shit to do on my only day off. Said they don't take appointments and not to worry they will be done real quick. When I went in at 8am they said, oh well someone else was here waiting before we opened. Told the dude, that's why I wanted to make an appointment. Took them over 2hours. Told me about 1 hour. I almost drove off with no spare tire, what? Where yall going to keep it if i didn't mention it? I just pick ed up my fleet vehicle for new rear tires, took all day which i understand because approval is needed, so I get that. Cars ready, I pick up car and then I noticed my spare is not in the undercarriage of my pathfinder, worker states that they don't do that? What ? You guys just charged my company hundreds of dollars and you guys can't put back my spare tire? I tried explaining the procedure to the tire tech, which him being a tire tech should know how to do but that's a whole other training issue. Came home busted out my drill and bit and did it my self. Had a tire that was losing 4 psi each day. Took car in to check for leak and need repair or new tire. Spoke to Maroni who was able to get our car looked at in 15 min. Maroni showed us the leak and explained that a patch would not take care of the problem because of where the leak was situated. Maroni discussed all options available so I could make an informed decision in dealing with this problem. I chose purchasing a new tire. The price was affordable and the tire is of good quality. Absolute lunacy is the only way I can describe this place's warranty policies. I had bought a road hazard warranty that claimed to cover any damage to the tires. Including flats. Well, come today, my tire goes out. I come here expecting the warranty to cover it. I don't believe I asked for too much, but I guess I was because I was DENIED to have the warranty cover the flat. (something we PAID for) They began to explain that the tire, "wasn't flat but punctured." If someone can please explain how a flat can occur without a puncture I would love to hear it. I am so incredibly mad that this warranty that claimed to cover something as basic as this was so easily declined. Never come here. Find somewhere better. I recommend to go somewhere else for new tires. At least a place that honors the warranties of what they sell. Try Costco, Pep-Boy's, or anywhere else that actually honors warranties. I had a slow leak that turned into a fast leak. I drove over the La Mirada location to see if repairable or I needed a new tire. Andy was very honest and gave me the option of patching or getting new tire. Again, no high-pressure sales. I chose the repair today. When I looked online, the price of tires is very competitive.They were able to complete the repair in about a half hour. I waited in lobby watching their TV while I waited. I was super satisfied and would recommend stopping in and talking to someone in person. I will be back when I purchase new tires! read more

This sales person tried to swindle/gouge me $165 to install a tire pressure sensor that i brought to him to install on my car. I laughed in his face when he said $165. Absolutely absurd pricing (4x more than their competitors)!!! I can only imagine how he swindles other non knowledgeable people. GO to "Americas Tire Depot" right down the street. "Americas Tire Depot" is way better and charged me $40 out the door for the exact same service. And to you sales person behind the counter, this is how simple business practice works... you TRY to swindle people and you'll get knowledgeable people that will call you out and laugh at your face and ultimately no one will want to go in and use your services. What an amazing group of individuals at this location. They bent over backwards to make this a great transaction! They were extremely helpful in the information they provided...I needed to order wheels and was having a difficult time finding. Nothing special, just an odd size for a 1970's Chevy C20. They gave me their recommendations, I searched online, found them, got them two days later and had the tires mounted. The service manager was accommodating, knowledgeable and wasn't trying to sell me something that I didn't need. I was also due for a brake fluid change at the dealership but ended up doing it here. Unfortunately, when I came in today, the staff stated that if they're not busy, they send their workers home early.
