But it looks like the majority of people there called in rather use the online appointment slots so they had me as a walkin/drop off so it took a few hours more than my liking Price was fair I think because I never got an inspection before but if you go here call in to make an appointment. Overall staff was good but just that upset me a bit

Next day I drive down pull in talk to another countertop guy not sure if it was the same person or not but he takes one glance out to the bays and looks back to say his "machine hasn't been working properly and I wouldn't want my steering wheel crooked would I? We got a guy comping out to look at it, should I call you then?" I'm just baffled at this point because he's obviously lying and just a bit too busy to take me as a walk in which was so forced upon me the day prior with them not wanting to even book me an appointment. Nothing but laziness from the start and the ease of dishonesty was disappointing. I wouldn't trust these people with your car I sure won't be.

Wanting a second opinion and attempt at the sensors, I called up Goodyear, talked with Mangi, who was very friendly and said he'd be happy to give it a try. When I got there, he brought out the reader/programmer device to the parking lot, managed to read all 4 just fine, and programmed them with the ODB2 port in less than like 5 minutes - free of charge! I was so happy with the service and that they took care of me, despite not even being their paying customer, and told him I'll be going there in the future!

Most recently i paid to get 2 of my tires patched whereas they were supposedly fixed. A day later my tire pressure light came back on so i had to bring it back AGAIN just to get told that the leaks are actually irreparable. So they were just fake fixing my tires for the 4 hours they had my car ? I go here for the convenience of the location but it's getting worse & worse throughout the years.

Junior initially talked me through the issue on the phone as I was supposed to drive out of town the next day just to make sure it wasn't emergent. They called about 3 hours later and let me know it was done. When they realized this was the only issue, they decided not to charge me. I really appreciate their transparency and good will. Will definitely use them for future car needs because of their honest service. Advise calling in advance for an appointment.

They seemed happy to help, which was awesome to see, opposed to the 'not so nice' demeanor of most auto shop workers elsewhere. This was such an incredibly simple and quick experience, that I am sure to stick with Valvoline, and this location in particular. These folks operate very smoothly and have a great rhythm for each service. I truly was there for less than 15 minutes and they even checked a few things besides just changing the oil. I had a coupon, so it was about $40 total, which I found to be quite reasonable! All around this was such a solid experience and I am beyond pleased! I misunderstood the sequence of the steps, and appreciated Cameron taking the time to explain it for me, even though other customers were waiting. When I got the paperwork done and returned for the inspection, it was quick and very clear. For my second service, I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I got a prompt email follow-up, plus a reminder email the day before. What I didn't know is that the online tool schedules for drop-off service only, which was not what I wanted. Zach explained this to me as he checked my car in. Despite not having an appointed time slot for my car's service and me stating that I was fine with waiting however long it took, the team worked it into their schedule. It was completed in a very reasonable time for a scheduled service. TLDR: I'm a very satisfied customer. The shop takes care of my car and me. And if you want to schedule a specific time for a service, don't use the online form: call the shop!

Worst. Shop. Ever. I paid almost $2,000.00 to have my gas tank replaced due to a vandalism. My…read moretruck is from California so there's no rust, but they charged me for the tank, straps, fuel pump, and they recommended they change the fuel pump sensor because it has almost 200,000 miles on it and since everything was already apart, I said, "Go ahead." They also replaced the side mirror, but when I got it back, the door was a mess. It's actually a simple procedure to replace the mirror, by taking the door panel off, but it was a mess when I got it back. I had to take it back and have them do it all over again. Meanwhile, my truck kept stalling while in operation and the oil cap was stuck on there... me and three grown men couldn't get it off after leaving their shop, including AutoZone. Also my locking gas cap isn't working the same. Cameron said that he was going to charge me AGAIN to look at the reason why my truck keeps stalling while in operation and I hit the roof. Then he said he would charge me if it wasn't his fault, leaving me vulnerable to another pathological lie, to look at it. So then when I took it to another shop, they replaced the oil cap for free, I only paid for the part, then, on the way home, my check engine light came on so I went back to AutoZone and the code says it's the fuel pump sensor. Cameron said that AutoZone doesn't know what they're talking about. So I contacted some other mechanics and they said that the fuel tank needs to be dropped again to get in there and replace it. So I have to start all over again, get it towed, drop the tank, which is now 3/4 full. I haven't had use of my vehicle since the beginning of the year. I've filled a small claim against them, but so far, Cameron hasn't stated that he's going to show up. Zach did. And Cameron also told me to never come back, and I'm blocked from all Protech websites. So he's completely disregarding the warranty and is really such a sheister, obviously. Really bad place. Never again will I allow those morons to touch my vehicle. I hope the court gets my money back for the parts, labor, and aggravation. According to Pennsylvania law, I'm supposed to get back treble damages and the Bible says seven-fold, so I hope so. I have a small farm and I need my truck. I can't even go to church without it. Really bad place.
