I came in for an oil change for my Subaru .. I was told they didn't have the tool to unscrew the drain pan. They actually told me to go and buy the tool and come back. I went to another jiffy lube and they told me the previous place stripped the screw. .. went to dealership service and they had no problem changing my oil. I don't recommend going to jiffy lube. read more

I had a slow drip oil leak that started awhile after an oil change at the dealer. The dealer couldn't get my car in to look at it for TWO WEEKS. I stopped at this Jiffy lube to see if they would just top off my oil . They did that and took a look underneath to see what was leaking... thought it was the filter, wiped off everything, topped me off and sent me on my way for free... they didn't think it was a huge problem.. good to go . They are always fast and upfront before making corrective actions....BUT...they are high priced for what they do I feel. And yes I know how much regular oil and oil filter at a autozone or o'reily auto parts store (synthetic $25-$30). Jiffy lube is about $80 after coupon. So yes take a coupon. I give them a four star rating because I knew what I was doing and going to pay when I went there. They were really fast! They are really a good deal if you want just a conventional oil change and a coupon in hand. I found online a $12 off coupon. They're great for time sensitive people, but not on the frugal. There's cheaper alternatives if you don't worry about time. Oh and no WiFi. They need to fix that like its competitors (BrakeMax or Brake Masters). read more

I had warranty on a battery under jiffy lube so I go to a jiffy lube ... they tell my that I have to ho go the location that I purchased it. ( do you Imagine if was out of town) Before going I had service done at a local shop. They found the battery bad. It was close to 3.5yrs old. So I drove to the Ajo location. Showing them the test results, but the stated they need me to the charging system check. ( they stated they dont test that ) So I drove to a local auto parts store. They tested the system and found the battery bad. ( mind you now I have two shops testing the battery bad ) Got the print out and now back to jiffy. They finally ordered the battery and replaced it. But they replaced it with a Lesser quality battery ... I dont know if jiffy lube can test Alternator (charging system) Or I was just being Shuffled around... but in my eyes they should have replaced the battery with the same... not a lower quality one... I had a 5yr warranty now they replaced it with a 1 yr without warranty ... read more

Came in today to get the price for an oil change and make a same day appt if possible. When I pulled into the parking lot, the manager was outside helping a customer and made contact asking how he could help me. When I told him what I needed, he said the prices were listed inside. I went inside took 30 seconds to read over the price list and then waited for 28 min standing at the counter waiting for someone to come in and help me. I was never acknowledged again to make an appointment. It was the worst customer service I've ever received and a waste of time. Meineke has always assisted me within 1-2 minutes of being in there building. Discount Tire has helped me within 1 min of entering there building as well. The manager also charged someone for the wrong car while I was present and was unable to refund his money due to issues. The mechanics looked like they were working hard and fast, unfortunately the manager needs new training. Update: Management reached out to me due to my experience and did there best to rectify the mistakes made. I received services at another location several days later and it was a 5 star experience. read more

Jiffy Lube is my "go to spot." Recently I went to get my oil changed but the staff realized that my vehicle had clear fresh oil. Prior to my visit, my vehicle was at a mechanic shop for months and I didn't realize they did that service for me . Luckily your honest staff told me. No need for oil change or services. No taking advantage of me. They saved me money and also no waisted oil. The staff is personable and polite. They are not aggressive in regards to up selling; which is uncommon in this industry. Rudest staff ever. Told them I had a fleet account when I pulled up. Made me wait 45 minutes behind a vehicle before DEMANDING I get out of my truck so HE could move it in... okay... I almost always am asked to stay in the vehicle and drive it forward at most locations... but again whatever. Then after another 10 minutes he asked who my fleet account was and personally denied doing it because "they are hard to work with" . I drove to a location down the road and was in and out in just a few minutes. The guy running things today was rude and condescending and super unprofessional and had the audacity to call my corporate and call me rude? I didn't waste an hour of someone's time so I could refuse to do my job. I work in customer service myself and would have fired this guy on the spot. Terrible customer service. Battery needed replacing, three different mechanics told us three different things, they told us the real problem and have proof, we also got all our fluids taken care of. The gentleman who handled our customer service was polite and knowledgeable and as frustrated about the effects that the oil industry has has on all of us. He was very assuring and took no offense to our questions about the other review here with one star, he provided evidence for all their concerns and we followed their suggestions and the car was immediately noticeably happier and more responsive like she's been so many times before. I needed to have my oil change done on a Sunday and it seemed like Jiffy Lube was my only option. I was there for about 20 minutes. It's first come first serve but I arrived in the afternoon. 20 minute wait is pretty good for that. Jerry helped me and he was very nice and he made sure I was getting the things I need instead of trying to up sell me. I usually don't have the best oil change experiences because they take forever or they try to recommend more than I need. I was extremely comfortable with Jerry and I'm so glad I came here. I noticed the dashboard light on signaling that I needed to get an oil change that morning so I decided to drive over to the nearest place after work to get an oil change, which was this Jiffy Lube. I have never been to Jiffy Lube before and I was very pleased with the service. They were very fast despite that there were 3 people ahead of me getting an oil change as well. The general manager, Fernando, was very helpful and even found a coupon online for me to apply to my oil change so I could get a discount. On 03/25/16, I was in need of an oil change. I just got off work around 430pm. I pulled around. I was asked to come inside, watch my step going in, and to make myself comfortable. I was told there was coffee, water, and light reading available. This I found very nice. However, I am always suspicious when treated this way. I was asked what kind of oil I wanted to put in my truck and if I wanted my sir filter changed. The old air filter was dirty so I said yes. The two people at the shop which I believe we're husband and wife were both very pleasant. The lady even offered to pour me coffee. I was surprised and glad she offered, although I did decline. While, I was there she was nice enough to give me a few discounts and I was able to use a coupon from the Jiffy Lube Dashboard. This is very cool. So all in all very happy with everything. I will go back. The only thing that the shop needs is a breakdown of the oil change service. I suggest you go. :) read more
