my gmc truck usually goes for oil changes at the dealership but didnt have time for it this time so i did my oil change on Memorial day to me it seemed like everything was ok because a few days later my check engine oil light came on its a 2024 gmc truck so i tolk it in at the dealership at liberty gmc they sent me a video of issues that i wanted addressed turns out the oil cap was left off and left somewere near the top of the engine now their going to have to reset the computer for this little mishap that you guys did.Like i said their is a video proof of this so i had to rent a vehicle to go back and forth hopefully on your case my warranty covers this. My vehicle was brought into the facility within 5 minutes of my arrival, the oil change then took 1-1/2 hours. When I returned home I checked the oil and found that it barely touched the end of the dipstick. Upon checking the receipt I found that they put in 5 quarts of oil, the Jeep Wrangler V6 requires 6 quarts. It is obvious that they never checked the engine oil level after running the engine! Horrible experience at this Jiffy Lube when I went to get my oil changed in May 2024. First of all the customer service was really lacking. The employees who helped me were not friendly and had the vibe that my business was an inconvenience to them. They clearly weren't glad to be at work that day. Shortly after I had my oil changed there, my car started leaking oil. We took it to a mechanic who informed us the oil filter was extremely loose and oil had been spilling out all over the bottom of my car. I never had this problem before going to Jiffy Lube. Not only is this an inconvenience what Jiffy Lube did to my car, this is straight up dangerous as this leak can cause serious damage to the engine! It is completely unacceptable. Their ONE job is to do oil changes, and they couldn't get that right. I deserve my money back. read more

To start off, they were busy which I expected due to location and that's fine...except that a lot of the time they took with my car was mismanaged. I was there for a standard oil change. Pretty straight forward thing. I waited for over an hour before my vehicle was even brought into the bay. Then with only 3 people working the bay and 2 of the 3 had no clue what they were doing, it took even longer. Issue 1. Diversity hire #1 spent 10 minutes just straightening the coiled air-hose to fill my tires which DID NOT get done. She over-inflated the one that had air, and did not put air in any of the other tires that were low! I checked them before leaving the house and after I got home. Issue #2. Diversity hire #2 came to collect me from the waiting area after 1 hour and 25 minutes of waiting. I handed him my coupon for $50 off a signature oil change. He stated I couldn't use it because it was based on 5 quarts of oil, and they had added 6.5 quarts to my car. He then said due to the coupon being not useable this time around, he would knock $35 off my oil change for my inconvenience, and I agreed (because what choice did I have.) He then stated I could hold on to the coupon and next time I needed an oil change, I could purchase 5 quarts of oil from any auto supply store and bring it with me into any Jiffy Lube on the planet and then I could use my coupon, expired or not, and save some money. Ok...seems a deal I could live with. He sent me back to my chair to wait another 30 minutes while they finished up on my car. Issue #3. I was called to come pay my bill by a new gentleman whom we'll just call DUDE. I had never seen him before. DUDE stated the full amount to pay for the oil change which I thought was overly high, and I asked if that was with the $35 discount that the other man had promised me 30 minutes earlier. DUDE stated, "That is ridiculous...we never give a $35 discount on oil changes. I don't know who told you that." So I handed him the coupon and explained what Diversity hire #2 had said about buying oil from elsewhere else, use my coupon next time any location, blah blah, etc. DUDE shook his head and said all of that was nonsense. He took my coupon, looked it over for a minute, glanced at me, frowned and exclaimed, "And I don't know who told you that this is legit, but this isn't even our coupon...what did you do, make this up on your computer?" Annoyed and now insulted, I responded, "No, my husband got it in the mail and gave it to me to use today." He scanned the bar code on the coupon which prompted an error on his computer screen. "There, you see? It's not real...and all I can give you is $25 off your oil change. Take it or leave it." Angry now, I explained I at least wanted the $35 off I was promised by Diversity hire #2. I asked, "Where is the African American man who promised me that?" He responded, "He's left to go to lunch a few minutes ago. You're welcome to wait another 30 minutes but I am the manager here and I supersede anything he promised you, true or not." "Ok, I'm not waiting. Give me the $25 off...and I am not coming back to this Jiffy Lube." "Fine..." DUDE grumbled. "But we're all independently owned. Perhaps you'll be happier somewhere else..." (and mumbled under his breath as he turned towards his computer screen) "but probably not, Karen." I really don't think I was being unreasonable. Don't get me wrong, they got the job done. Just at what cost? I was waiting for a half an hour to even get my car in for a quick little oil change. There was only one other car there and they had an open slot, were they just short staffed, or were they just not wanting to work that day and realized that they get paid by the hour so they're going to take their time. I'm not one to complain but man, they were walking like snails back and forth between getting the stuff they needed and going back to the car. The price is also a lot higher than anywhere else. Even with a discount they had going at the time. Long story short, find somewhere else, this place is not worth your time or money. read more

I can't believe this place gets two stars. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. After setting in the filthy waiting area for 30 minutes they moved my car over a lane and moved another car into the lube pit I was waiting on. When I asked for my keys I got an attitude from the service person I asked. One of the folks in the waiting area mentioned they'd been there over an hour. Have always used Jiffy Lubes, but never again. Went down the street to Shell Lube and was in and out in 19 minutes. Don't waste your time!!! read more

Waited 30 minutes to check in no one helped me. Poor customer service. Staff was confused on who car was who's. Disappointing.

I should of checked the reviews on this place before going. What a nightmare! Not too many people in line and now I know why. Told me to park and wait in waiting room, which I did. A little while later they had my hood popped and began working on my car before even speaking with me. I got up and proceeded out of the waiting room to let them know what type of oil I needed and that there was two separate oil plugs on my car. Some black guy started yelling at me and told me to get back into the waiting room I just said I needed to let you know details on my car. He said he didn't care. I can't remember the manager on duty's name, however I would like to say that his customer service is top tier! I was previous a secret shoppers and I am very keen on customer service. I was observant how he handled other customers with patience, product knowledge and curtesy. He interacted with my small children as well as being tentative to his staff and other customers. i never leave reviews but i was shocked by how poor the customer service was. carlos seemed annoyed that i even came, as they had no guests when i arrived. he didn't greet me, asked me if i needed and oil change and told me to get out of the car. an elderly woman came in after me with a walker. she was unable to open the door. carlos saw and did not help her. i got up and opened the door for her. when he called her to go in the back, no accommodations were made. when she came back, again she struggled to open the door alone. honestly disgusting and i will never come back to this location. read more

I asked it they only had one team working and was told yes when I saw 3 staff members walking around doing nothing. I was told to go to Valvolene so I will go. Took vehicle for an oil change late 3/23. Next day took back to Jiffy Lube because it was dripping oil. Said oil was on the frame. Still dropping oil and they stated they had trouble with their oil filters. Took vehicle back again still dripping. Replaced filter from parts store. Left a month on vacation. Check floor still dripping. Took it to my Honda dealer to check it out. They would not try to fix another shops work, so I needed a Honda oil change, which I understand. Went to Jiffy Lube for refund of $59.95 which Honda charged me. Would not refund because on Honda invoice it stated I requested the oil change. Of course I did in order to get the oil leak fixed. This Jiffy Lube should not be used, their staff appears very unqualified. I learned my lesson. read more

I am not usually harsh on services but this one almost cost me $1000's of dollars in damage. I went in for an oil change and when I left my car immediately stalled. When the technician showed up to where I was stranded she admitted they they had put the filter on wrong. I got towed back to their location where they fixed the problem. I noticed a car I purchased had an oil leak. I took it to Toyota and they said the oil filter gasket was left out. I looked at the tag on the inside of the door and low and behold it said Jiffy Lube. One of my family members went in to ask to have an air filter installed and the guy told her it would be 90 mins. So much for customer service. The family member said I just need it installed. The manager here is so rude, I have been in here once before and left because none of the employees have any amount of customer service. My husband said to try it again so I came back today and the manager takes me back to tell me how much it's going to cost and of course all this extra stuff I "need." Pulled up, got greeted right away, very friendly (Brad). Overview of service was fair and not pushy. Basic recommendations and no hard selling. I got a basic oil change and cabin air filter replaced. I asked if they had any coupons and $5 off was offered. In and out in 35 min. Overall not bad. Areas of improvement: the waiting room seats were too small for me. The wire cut into my thighs (I'm a size 20 FYI so I know I'm not small but I still have to sit if I pick their service). When I got out to my car the stuff from my glove box got left on the floor. Womp womp. So sad just touch up the details. I probably won't go back because of the chairs. Overall not a bad location. read more
