Everyone was really nice. I brought my (new to us) van there today for an AC recharge because it was blowing lukewarm. Turns out we needed to push the "recirculate" button as well as the AC button in order for the air to blow cold. My husband and I wanted to recharge the AC anyway just to be done with it, but they were insistent that we'd be happy with the ice cold air and that recharging was unnecessary. So I give them big points because lots of other places would have been more than happy to take my money and do the service anyway. Appreciate it, and we will be back. read more

Was just at the 1915 Hawkins rd . location the first employee came to my truck no covid 19 mask on asked him why ,he went and put one on ...fine...was just getting tires checked for air ,but I have been getting service at this location for years ..oil changes and inspections..when I was in the bay 2 more employees came out into bays no masks on one named James got close to my window and I asked were is your mask he was a jerk about it and we got into a argument about it ..he went out to his car for awhile but came back to office without a mask .I asked for the mgr but the fill-in asst .mgr who now had a mask on said he was the only mgr there at the time..this location is in St.Louis Co.so masks are mandatory..the only employee that had a mask on when I got there was the guy doing a inspection..I am 67 years old with lung problems and my Lady has heart problems so if we get the virus it could be a death sentence . Always have been very satisfied with all services at this location in the past but my not come again ..this employee James is a real peice of work..and as I said 3 out of the 4 employees did not have masks on..and all 3 were close to my truck...they checked my tires and I left I am pretty mad about this so I guess my only option is to contact the County Health Department ....I know people don't like masks but it is the law.....no stars for this location and as stated you know why.... read more

*sigh* I feel like I cheated on Milagro Modern Mexican with Taco Bell. Or Taste Bar with Applebees. Or Kampai Sushi with Red Lobster. You get the point. My favorite mechanic of all time (Gray's Auto) has really sucky hours, unfortunately. So when I needed to get an oil change and Gray's wasn't available, I had to cheat. With Jiffy Lube. Fucking JIFFY LUBE. *sigh* Anyway, I came here during my lunch break for a quick oil change. You just can't beat the convenience of that. The guys were nice and professional, and had my car in and out in about 20 minutes. So they've got the speedy thing working for them, too. So why don't I like Jiffy Lube? They, along with any other drive-through oil change place, will try to upsell you on EVERYTHING. And as much as I don't like to unleash the "sassy-black-woman-side-eye", I had to use it quite a few times during my visit. "Ma'am, would you like to use our ultra-super-duper-fancy-made-of-fucking-gold synthetic oil blend? It's only 79.95!" Side eye. "Ma'am, your car is almost at 60,000 miles -- would you like a transmission flush for $200?" Side eye. "Ma'am, would you like to purchase this totally unnecessary item for your car that we both know you don't need but GODDAMMIT I'm working on commission here so buy it PRETTY PLEASE?" You get the point. Anyway, they did a good job, they were speedy, but the constant upselling is exhausting. Just do the gorram oil change and let's be done with it, kk? read more

I have never been to this location and I normally don't go to Jiffy Lube, but I can guarantee I will always come back here. Pricing was great, staff was incredibly nice and informative when I asked questions, everyone wearing masks, just what I needed today. They did an oil change (he asked if I had a coupon), filled my tires (without me asking), and showed me how to reset my oil light. These guys deserve some recognition! Thank you!! read more

To begin with, we've been coming here for years for oil changes. Always had good service and a good experience. BUT....took in my husband's vehicle today, came home and he looked to make sure everything was alright. First, he notices greasy fingerprints all over the hood and side of his car. Then, there were fresh oil drips on the front grill. When he opened the hood, he noticed the air filter cover was not reattached. WHAT? It was flopping around :( We expect much better, and probably won't be back to what used to be our go-to. Let's see if they respond to this. read more

They neglect to tell people when do vehicle inspections. I found out they don't do that until 9am. There were no other customers & they still refused to do inspection before 9am, leaving my vehicle stationary outside there establishment. This is worst (20 yrs) place that I have been served when it comes to vehicle inspections. read more

Pretty disgusted with this jiffy lube. Went in on October 6 for an oil change. I always take my car back to the dealership but I was leaving on a trip and couldn't get an appointment at the dealership so I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try. They were professional and courteous, and they performed my oil change in a reasonable amount of time. They, of course, tried to sell me some unnecessary items which I declined. In, out, yay! Fast forward a couple weeks and I notice a huge oil stain and fresh oil after I back my car out of my garage to get to my shelves. WTF? This car only has 30,000 miles on it! It's a Subaru! It shouldn't be leaking oil!!! I wonder if they didn't tighten something? I take it back to Jiffy Lube and tell them they changed the oil and now I have a leak. They pull it in and look at it and tell me that sometimes when they pull the plug that oil sprays out and gets on the kick plate. He said he checked everything and everything was tight and that he checked the oil and it was good. He also said he cleaned the oil off the kick plate and apologized for the person who failed to do so after changing the oil and thanked me for bringing it back and bringing it to their attention. I drive home, cleaned the oil off my garage floor and put a piece of cardboard down to make sure it was not dripping. Guess what? Next morning I check and there is a two inch circle of oil on the cardboard!! Needless to say I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube!! I have an appointment at the dealership to get the oil changed and to have them make sure nothing is loose. Unfortunately, the guys at the dealership will now have to clean up the mess that the guys at Jiffy Lube caused. I would not recommend using this Jiffy Lube unless you like cleaning up an oil mess. read more

Last week I was at the QT next door adding some oil to my car; I was running late and rushing so when I took the cap off to add the oil, I dropped it under the engine. I tried to get it but it was too far down and the engine was so hot I couldn't touch anything, as I was trying to get the cap I also dropped a glove down there too! It was pouring down rain of course, but I drove right next door to this JIffy Lube and before my car was even stopped all the way someone came out to ask how they could help. I explained my mishap and showed him where the cap and glove had fallen, he said that the bottom plate (I'm unsure of the technical name) would have to be taken off in order to retrieve the items and if I wanted to step inside they could take care of it. They were working on another car at the time, but pulled my car in right after; they were done so quickly I was still able to make my appointment I was running late to. After they were done, the man refused to take any money and didn't even make fun of me for my clumsiness :) Everyone working that day (I would add names but I cannot recall them) were extremely kind and helpful, their service really made my day. read more

I've gone to Jiffy Lube for about two years for oil changes and other minor tune ups on my cars. I've never had worse service than last week when I went in for a car inspection. I got rejected for a star crack in my windshield (ok, thats fine). They were really rude about, specifically a guy named Brian Miller. They kept mentioning this guy who I should go to so he can fix my windshield. The biggest thing that Brian kept saying was that I need to say "Brian sent me". I went and got my crack fixed at Novus. Thinking that everything was ok I went back to get my car inspected and when i got to Jiffy Lube, Dan felt the crack and said "it is fixed, you will pass this time it will only take a minute or two". 15 minutes later Brian came walking out of the garage area and told me that my car didn't pass. He then proceeded to tell me that he could have done a better job at fixing it because he is a professional. He told me that I could pay them for the service to fix it and they would pass my safety inspection. I proceeded to say that he was angry because I didn't use his guy and the look on his face told me that I had nailed it. I also said that I would go to Troop C(Highway Patrol) and have them look at the fixed crack, and he said that if I go there they would just find more stuff wrong with my car. This was the worst service I have ever received from a mechanic and will be the LAST TIME I go to any Jiffy Lube. I will be sure to let everyone know that there are assholes at Jiffy Lube and to make sure not to go there. read more
