I have dealt with this location since it's Grand Opening in June of 1999 (as a Lubex store) and can't say enough GOOD about the service I have received every time I go there. I was a total stranger then but not now.I trust these guys & don't go anywhere else with my SUV, my wife's convertible, or our antique vehicle. They always get me in and out quickly & pleasantly and I'm made to feel like one of the family. There is an A&W next door and on more than 1 visit the owner disappears for a couple of minutes, then returns with coffee & a muffin for me saying "I didn't see your usual coffee with you so here's something to keep a smile on your face. I always get good advice re status of my various filters, and NEVER are there any sales pressure tactics involved I am a long time satisfied synthetic user, so I don't take advantage of their lower priced offerings. Anybody who would complain about this operation would probably bitch about Raquel Welsh not being a good cook. If you go there and there's a line-up, head 8 Kms west to the Stony Plain Jiffy Lube. It's owned by the same guy who demands the same high quality service from his staff there, too. And by the way, if you DO have a complaint, TALK to the owner, don't be an anonymous complainer who doesn't have the guts to sign his name or leave a number.
