We decided to do an oil change, and later, change my air filter. Both he and his colleague, Tyler, got right to work. They quickly got the work done, answering every question I had along the way, insurance and wisdom. I had some questions about changing my transmission fluid down the road, and both of them looked into what was suggested. Upon finding a discrepancy, they were able to share some comment advice before referring me to my manufacturer's documentation. The overall mood in there was jolly and cordial. After having an amazing experience with another jiffy lube, I had decided to take both my vehicles to jiffy lube for their oil changes. I decided to just go to the jiffy lube closest to where I was at the time. I pulled up, was greeted pretty promptly, and told that I would be guided into the empty bay shortly. I then proceeded to sit there in front of an empty bay for over 5 minutes, I checked my email and responded to things in my phone , eventually turned off my engine. And I looked up to see the guy who had greeted me working on the car in the other bay. He never made any more effort to get me pulled in, and from the looks of If he was the only one working. Come on Jiffy Lube, it is a Saturday, and you only have one guy working?!?! Where is your team of people running both bays? I had planned to take both my vehicles in for their oil changes today. This Jiffy Lube has lost two sales for today. And all of my business going forward. I will be going back to the original jiffy lube at 1430 N Division from now on! They were AMAZING!!!! read more

Rude lead! Ben directed me into the garage using just his thumbs instead of full hand direction which was difficult to see because he was wearing black gloves and they blended in with the background of the street and all. He practically yelled at me for not turning on my headlights when he told me to and I had told him they were not working; I asked the girl that was doing the paperwork if they could install my headlight bulbs that I had with me and she said it would be $10 EACH so I went to my mechanic who did it in less than 5 minutes for no charge. I will not return to this location, I will not deal with a guy like Ben treating me like a battered wife, been there, done that, no thanks! read more

The mechanic at the Division St. store failed to replace the cap on the oil filter on my Tundra, unaware of this I traveled from Spokane to Portland the next day leaking oil the entire way. The General Manager at the Portland store was excellent to work with. She replaced the cap, refilled me with oil and cleaned up as best as she could, The General Manager, Kyle, at the Division St, Spokane location simply reported to me he disciplined his staff. Had I been in charge of Jiffy Lube, I would have reimbursed me for my oil change and offered an undercarriage clean up of my new truck. What could have happened to my truck would have been a disaster. Unacceptable error on their part, and very unfortunate service by the general manager. read more

Dude had to have been blind to dump that much oil all over my motor.. like I understand a little spillage but my engine was smoking like crazy and there were puddles of oil in my engine bay! This continues to be my favourite place in Spokane for my immediate car needs. They even checked out my under carriage for issues after I went into a ditch, even though that isn't part of their services. Informative, friendly and fast! This is the best Jiffy Lube I have been to. I was offered different services and explained all the options and why it would be beneficial and weather or not my car would need it. But at the same time he wasn't pushy about it. I didn't even know that they offer to clean your windows and vacuum until I came to this location. I just got a car wash before hand so it wasn't necessary but it was nice to know that I could do that and it was included in the service for the future. The last jiffy lube I went to did not let me know they did that. Everyone there was very polite and professional. I will definitely be returning! read more

I've gotten excellent referrals to local businesses for matters that Jiffy Lube could not address, ie, the electrical on my headlamp. I have been in here a few times for oil changes. I have had good experiences. However tonight was a exception. I was in a parking lot down the street and my serpentine belt started fraying and coming off my Ram 1500. I called Jiffy lube at 558 PM and Ben answered the phone. I told him my issue and he said if you can get here by 610 PM I will help you. I made it there. The belt is a easy fix, however when he got it off the truck he noticed in looked new and not cracked. So he started thinking there is another issue. He looked at the pulley and noticed it was bound up. He got it off and not only was it bound up and seized the whole pulley wheel came off or melted and the belt had been sitting on the bearing. This was not a quick fix it took about a hour and half of this guys time. Ben Y is my angel and savior. He got the parts and he fixed it even though he could have said sorry we are closed and went home to his nice warm house. It is winter and 20 degrees outside.
