I'm always comfortable around him. I don't recommend going right when they open because everyone always has the same idea and the line is way longer. I'd go around 2pm. It was EMPTY when I went. It took me longer to drive there than to get the actual oil change. It was so awesome and convenient. Anyway, I feel like I'll only ever have nice things to say about this place :)

I had called the "local" number and spoke to a man about a state inspection for my truck. He told me (at 10:30 AM) that his inspection guy was there till 12. I said I could be there in 15 to 20 minutes. would that be OK. He said yes, and there was currently a 20 minute wait. I asked him if he was actually at the location, because it sounded like a call center. He said yes this is the Maple Avenue location. He was lying and I wasted my time going there because when I arrived, I was told there was no one available that day to do inspections, and they had not received any calls yet that day. Thank God I didn't drive a half hour to get there, and was able to go to Jiffy Lube to get my inspection. I will never use Valvoline again.

Great experience! I decided to get snow tires this year since I do so much driving for work. The…read moremanager was simply fantastic and she provided all relevant information and communicated appropriately about when the tires would arrive and how long it would take for them to get installed. I thought that my regular tires were pretty worn out and assumed that I would need a whole new set after I took off my "snowies". They said that my tires were in good condition and that I wouldn't need new ones right away. It would have been very easy for them to tell me that my tires were a mess so they could upsell me. They didn't do that. Clearly, this is an honest business with hard workers. The manager is very engaged and interested in making sure that customers are happy. I did not expect to have such a positive experience getting new tires. I will return in the future.

They left behind a mess on my windows, making them hard to roll down. But Midas said they can't do anything more for me, that I'd have to take my car to a detailer to remove that residue. Started going about 3 years ago on a recommendation from a friend because another shop wanted me to replace my timing belt. Such an expensive repair for a 5 year old car. Being a single female parent with a tight budget I was devastated. I went there for a second opinion, and maybe a better price. Jeff looked at it right away and he found a LOOSE belt. I don't remember what it was I paid, maybe $20.00? It definitely wasn't the timing belt that I was going to put on my credit card for what I think was going to be over $1000.00!!

Estimate for repair: $600 (another dealer estimated $250, so I may go ahead and do it eventually). Fast forward a few weeks. My ice sensor started blinking when the road was bare, and it felt like my brakes were seizing. This time, the problem was a wheel bearing and a problem with the ice sensor. I can't prove it's Walmarts fault, but I wasn't born yesterday. Avoid this Walmart for auto service!

Sue, at the front desk was professional and authentic in her welcome and even though I was a walk-in she accommodated me. I was treated just as important a customer as someone who had more issues or purchasing tires....my visit was just for a rotation. That made no difference. As I was waiting i witnessed Sue treat every customer with the knowledge of tires, calmness and professionalism, even when two cantankerous "gentlemen" brought their attitudes to the facility. Sue remained calm and went about politely with her professional approach. I liked my service-I liked what I saw of the technicians and I liked Sue and her well toned customer service skills! This facility will be my Mavis of choice whenever in need.
