We had our vehicles in there multiple times for simple things like oil changes tire rotations later on to find out from a different mechanic who looked over our , and diagnosed that those things were never done!!!!! well we thought we were maintaining our vehicle. It was not being maintained even though we were paying for it to be maintained by car care connection who didn't do anything they said they were going to do!!! basically stealing money from us and stealing the value of our vehicles as now they will not last as long as they should! Lazy mechanics lazy owner... They told us on two vehicles that parts were delayed when they weren't, we waited over 6 to 8 weeks on parts that we were told delayed, but later I found out they were never delayed. We were talking on one vehicle. It was eight months out for apart, and we started looking for another vehicle then took the car to another mechanic who fixed it in an hour for $400 when we were told it would be 6g to 8g to fix and also have to wait 6 to 8 months. Every tim we left Car connection. There was a new problem with the vehicle that we had brought in...... We actually reported them to the BBB but of course these types of businesses have the money to pay off the BBB and win the case. Sad.....

After some discussion about honoring their price. I left. Less than a mile away I got the work done for $80. Midas won't see me again. I'm still recovering from my last "repair" and feel cheated even more from their price gouging Today (Thursday). I got my (non) apology from Midas. According to the manager it was still all my fault that they gave me an incorrect quote. He asked what could they do to make it right. I replied that an apology and admitting they had made a mistake would do it. That did NOT happen. All he could say was he was sorry I felt that way Now it is some time since my original review. They did a nice job patching my tire for $33 but then decide to try and defraud me. Consumers Beware of Tires Plus. My battery was completely charged when I dropped my car off at the shop. Yet when Tires Plus called me, after my car tire patch was complete, Tires Plus also said my car battery was completely dead. And that I needed a new battery. Tires Plus then tired to sell me a new battery for $248. Remember my battery was completely charged at drop off at Tires Plus. I said no way to a new battery from Tires Plus. When I went to pick my car up, Tires Plus had completely drained my battery and provided a digital print out showing my battery was completely dead from Tires Plus draining my battery. Attached is the scam photo of my battery drained scan. As a drove my car, the battery recharged and I stopped Tires Plus from Defrauding me. I even went to a car battery store to have them check my battery after. The car battery store confirmed my battery was good and that Tires Plus drains customer's batteries in purpose to Defraud customers into having to buy a new battery. Consumers Beware of Tires Plus.
