Since we had swapped cars and I was home alone, I stopped by this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The hub's typically takes the car to Lexus to get it changed, but this was like less than 5 mins away. Much more convenient. Price wise, I think it's about the same as taking it to the dealer. I also used a coupon I found online for $10 or $15 off. The oil change was quick and easy. They asked about the filters and quoted me the prices above. I declined those services as you can get them for a fraction of the price online. And it's not that hard to swap out. They did offer me a larger discount if I also got the filters replaced, but it wasn't worth it to me in the end. Very convenient if I just need a quick oil change. make sure to search online for coupons. Afterwards, I found one for even more off an oil change. Oh well, next time, I'll look longer. Highly recommend this location. Amazing customer service from everyone. I really thank Fletcher and Trinidad for going above and beyond to even helping me with getting my fog light back into its place. Fletcher was super kind and understanding and helped when many others would say it's not something they do (6 stars for him if I could). Trinidad helped replace the back wiper blade that I had difficulty getting replaced (6 stars as well). Again both going above and beyond for the customer. Mike was great helping me at the counter with any questions and letting me know about my car and no pressure to purchase more than what needed to be done. This day and age everywhere are constantly upselling the customer but these guys did not. Location is good, right on a main road with little pastry shops and restaurants around for a quick bite while you get your vehicle done. Not having a problem with the homeless compared to other locations. Plenty of seating space if you want to wait. Business is clean and you can tell they take care of it. Took my Subaru in and was immediately told I needed a new bumper and new brakes. The shop would be happy to replace bad brakes for $450. I sought a second opinion from the local Subaru service department who found bumper and brakes were fine. So why did Jiffy Lube tell me I needed major expensive repairs? I came on a Sunday afternoon and there was two vehicles being worked on. This place is first come first serve so I was next in queue. The mechanics were very quick to greet me and get me checked in and led me to the waiting room. They were able to quickly give my car an oil change within 20-30 minutes while still finishing the other car in front of me. I paid about $120 for a synthetic oil change, which is a fair price. I liked being able to come in quickly and leave. Made getting an oil change less of a hassle. read more

I called ahead to this location and spoke to Rich, when my check oil pressure light came on this morning. I had just had my oil changed at the end of January, so I was concerned there was a leak. When I arrived, rich met me out front and told me to bring my car around. He checked inside and found a gasket leak that may have been damaged at the last appointment. He fixed the leak, filled me up, and sent me on my way. He really made me feel like a priority customer and was helpful, fully explaining what he had to do before doing it. I arrived at 8:02 am, and Dylan had me out of there in less than 5 minutes, and even showed me how to change the headlights myself if I needed to again, and wouldn't take a cent for his time. Starting by letting the readers know that this is my first one star review on Yelp. Unfortunately, Randy (one of the managers) and the Jiffy Lube team, have left me no choice. I went in for a standard oil change and to get my tires rotated. As soon as I left, two of the hubcap rim covers on my car wheels fell off. This has never happened since buying my 2011 GMC Terrain. I saw one roll into the street and was able to retrieve it. I could not retrace and find the other one. Randy ensured me that he would order the car part and get me a new one because of his team's negligence. I've called Jiffy Lube multiple times and have called and texted Randy's personal phone. He provided me with his number to assure me that he'd take care of this. It's been 2+ months since I paid for the overpriced oil change + tire rotation. And I haven't heard a word from anyone about my car part. Randy and Jiffy Lube are clearly avoiding me. I'm always one to take Yelp reviews "with a grain of salt." But these practices have been nothing short of shady and negligent. read more

I noted I really wanted tire pressure checked before a big drive - service provider noted all tires at 32 psi. It was noted on my paperwork as shown in the photo above. An hour later I noticed a low tire, and couldn't remove tire valve cap. I had to go into an auto shop to have the cap removed. The tire pressure after the corroded valve was removed was at 18 psi. I know jiffy lube is primarily oil service, the tire pressure is an added bonus. But, please at least tell me the cap won't come off and psi looks low, as opposed to telling me it's been checked and everything is good to go for me to drive 600 miles. read more

I've been going here for years, and they usually do a decent job. But not today! Their signature oil change service includes vacuuming the floor carpets and cleaning the windshields. I don't expect a flawless job, which never is by the way. But today they didn't even bother. My receipt shows that I declined both services, which is a lie. I confronted the cashier/mgr guy and he said their windshield wiping stick is dirty and not in good condition. Anyways, he took car back and tried to wipe with a rag but super sloppy job. My windshields/windows would've been better left alone. And I also questioned him if they even checked my tire pressure because it shows n/a. He said n/a just means all the pressures are ok. I looked at all my past receipts, and they all show F32 R32, not n/a. There were other 'n/a' on my receipt as they did t bother to check my transmission, power steering and other fluids. I am so mad right! Will report this location to corporate headquarters tomorrow! No wonder they got done extra fast today. Y'all beware! read more

We've been to this location a few times now. We always go during the week and at 11a. Every time we go in they are always courteous, prompt and on the ball!! This last time they were finally able to fix the odometer from kilometers to miles! We've been here from Canada for 4 years and NO ONE had figured that out! So yes these guys are the real deal!! I have held off on making this post , but I think it's important so here goes. My 2011 Honda with very low mileage received a full service , and some significant work back in June at the dealership, fast forward to the Fall after a period of heavy driving I needed an Oil Change with my Oil indicator at 5%. I opted for Jiffy Lube because it was near home , and I knew that I could get in and out quickly, and I was very busy that week. Upon arrival I told an employee I needed an Oil Change, I was told the wait was about 30 minutes , and after a bit I was directed to the waiting room. The team went to work on my car , but no one explained to me before hand what they were going to do. After a bit an employee motioned me up to the desk holding my Air Filters that were Snowy White with the exception of a very dark streak down the middle, and told me that they needed to be replaced in addition to the Oil change. It's important to understand that I knew nothing about Air Filters at the time, but after all the crap air we had from the fires I trusted the employee. Replacing the Filters doubled the cost of my service to nearly $200. This service did not feel right so I did some research. 1st my Air Filter had been replaced by the Dealership 4 months earlier. 2nd I now seriously question the recommendation to change the 2 Air Filters given their condition, and that the employee pulled them without speaking to me 1st. After doing a little research on Air Filters I think he lied about the need to change them, and pulling them was a gimmick to inflate sales. My suggestion would be to avoid this Jiffy Lube unless you understand cars , and are ready to stand over them asking exactly what they are doing every step of your service. read more

Great experience! Lisher is the best!! Last Friday, my husband and I ran into a little emergency that required help from a place like Jiffy Lube. We would've waited until the next day but we were set to drive to Sacramento that night. They close at 7pm on Fridays and we pulled in at 6:57pm (there's a good reason why we came that late). They were obviously not stoked (I wouldn't be either) but Lisher listened to my pleas and was all for helping us with ZERO attitude or annoyance in his demeanor. The gentleman at the front was annoyed, (understandably so) but nevertheless helped us out and was a good sport about it. The team of Lisher, Paulo, Jose, and Jonny, saved the day or rather, our weekend, and we cannot be more grateful! Awesome work and great customer service. Thank you guys. read more

Edit: I wish I could give 0 stars. I just found out today that they did not fill my windshield washer fluid after charging me $100 bucks for oil change. My invoice says that they checked all fluids and filled my windshield washer fluid. I was ready to fill it myself because it was empty but I went for the oil change and that is always apart of the service. I checked the invoice to make sure it was done or I would've done it myself for my king commute. It was empty when I needed it today driving home with the sun on my dirty window. So dangerous. I went here once and they let 2 cars go before me that arrived at least 10 minutes earlier then. It was taking so long while these other people got service who came after me I left. Today I get called onto a job for tomorrow that is many miles away and was behind on my oil change. It's 5:30pm and they close at 6 and it's the closet oil change near me so I gave them another chance. They advertise on the website and on the wall inside this location that they offer the synthetic blend service but after my car is in the stall the guy tells me they are the only jiffy lube in SF that doesn't offer that service. So I'm forced to pay $100 bucks for the full synthetic blend because it's now too late to go anywhere else. Go anywhere else but this place. I just watched them do the old air filter trick on a lady without telling her the price. When they told her it was $50 bucks after the job was done she freaked out. Air filters cost $5-15 bucks at the auto store and takes these guys about 5 minutes or less to install. The guy came in to show me my air filter within a few minutes of popping my hood. That's how easy it was to access it and he put it right back in. Would've cost me $50 bucks for that. Just looked it up and air filter for my car is 9.99 at AutoZone. I am writing this review in regards to the recent oil change that I got on my vehicle. I have had my vehicle for three years and I have always performed the origins to my vehicle or I get it through JJ's auto repairs in Long Beach since I moved to San Francisco in November my vehicle was due for an oil change in February so I took it to this location and come to find out that they end up tightening the oil filter too tight that it broke the housing assembly. Keep in mind that I haven't had my vehicle for three years and have never had this issue before with myself performing my oil change or at JJ's auto repair. Before I moved to San Francisco, I had my transmission flush out and an oil change and all the hose checked my rotors and my brakes and everything was intact. When I spoke to the manager at the Valvoline, he was unprofessional was not concerned about the customers concerned he basically stated that they all go through extensive training and I told him that it's a mistake that was made, and I was hoping he would've been a little bit more attentive to my needs but instead he said that he needed a full diagnostic of what I'm claiming that they damaged to my vehicle and then they're going to submit a claim and who knows how long that would take I told him that I am going to go into contact corporate in regards to this because I feel that they are not being attempted to my needs at the time I did not expect that answer from him let alone the attitude so my next step if they don't reach out to me within 24 to 72 hours like they stated I'm gonna contact the Better Business Bureau and see if they can help me out in regards to the issue of my vehicles currently having now I have to continuously buy oil and add oil because one of the employees end up, tightening the filter too tight and broke the seal. I took my vehicle to the location #2607 on 2/5/2024 for fixing diagnostics code P0302. They checked it and told me I have bad coils that causes cylinder misfires. They fixed it and charged me $922.01. After 3 weeks on 2/24/2024, the same sign with same diagnostic code came back. So I took my vehicle back to them. They (Jacob and Ryan) were not able to diagnose the issue and told me to come back on weekdays so their "expert" technician (Will - GM) can take a look. I went back on followng Tuesday (2/27/2024) to get that checked by Will. I am not even sure if Will even checked my vehicle this time, but this time, they called me and told me that they couldn't find anything other than a burnt spark plug this time, which they replaced at no charge. They told me that the problem might be beyond their expertise. When I went to pick up the vehicle in the afternoon, Ryan told me that they fixed the problem. This contradicted with what I was told over the phone earlier that day. It seems the folks at that location don't even communicate the latest status with each other. When I told Ryan about my earlier conversation, he simply defended himself with a response - "this is what I was told". At that point, I asked to talk to Supervisor and he said he is the supervisor!!:-( I asked him what if the problem comes back in 2-3 weeks again. He said just bring the vehicle again and they would take a look. This is just a very bad service experience. I spent $900 to get something fixed and I am not even sure (neither are your service technicians) if the problem is fixed. read more

Dropped in to get my Camry with simple oil change. Need to top off low fluids such as power steering fluid,brake fluid, coolant. Manager in charge was a tall Borderline chunky Asian guy with a terrible bad breath. Mid day when I went. Manager gave me excuse like fluids were within the line. I said yes, low side. Please top it off. He never did. I will never go there no more BAD service. A lot of bad reviews here. It used to be good but with new manager day time, seemed like he only care about the profit and not with the customer's needs. Almost $50.00 just for an oil change, go elsewhere. read more

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! CROOKS that should be investigated, shut down and put in jail. Not a laughing matter when you put people lives in danger. Will report to the BBB. I came for a simple oil change and I was asked if I wanted a coolant flush. I kindly declined and what are the chances that two days later my car over heated on the San Mateo bridge. Come to find out that there was no coolant in my radiator. Coincidence? I don't think so. My car was fully serviced less than a year before. All my fluids were topped off and ran perfectly. I also gave the technician a new oil bolt to put in and when I looked under there a few days later, they didn't change it or over stripped it cuz the bold was rounded on each corner. My advice is to go to real mechanics that will help you solve your issues that you came in with. With these guys, you come in with one problem and leave with two. There needs to be a date line undercover investigation again on jiffy lube, particularly the one on 25th and Geary St in San Francisco. read more
