They are open on Sunday for starters which is a game changer. The Sunday guys are super nice, and all around sweet. There was a minimal wait, and they were super efficient. In the past they pointed out issues with my car, and the manufacturer ended up doing a recall. These guys go above and beyond in my opinion and don't get enough credit. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Sent my car here to replace the spark plugs...as they have numerous signs around the store stating they replace spark plugs... I picked it up within hours and told the manager my concern about my car shaking and not running properly. He told me everything was fixed beautifully and I would no longer have problems. Took it off the lot and drove down the road to autozone and my car was driving worse than it was before I brought it in. Took it to a mechanic and he said they put the spark plugs in completely wrong and actually crushed one of the plugs entirely, as well as causing my jeep to run on a single cylinder. Ended up getting a refund but still. Don't advertise something as simple as spark plugs if you do not know what you are doing. Caused my engine light to turn on, damaging the catalytic converter. Outraged. Will never come here again read more

I took my Acura in for an oil change and they recommended a tire rotation and I accepted. I've been using Jiffy Lube for oil changes and other minor services for over 20 and have been completely satisfied until now. The technician stripped the lugs on 3 different wheels, total of 7 lugs and kept coming into the waiting room on each one telling me the lugs were like that. I take amazing care of my cars and know them inside out and they weren't like that. I immediately reported the problem to management and in turn had to go to Mavis in Rocky Point and have the lugs drilled out from behind and replaced which cost almost $600.00 I went back to Jiffy Lube with the repair bill and was told there was nothing they could do. As a result of this experience I will not go back to Rocky Point, NY or any other Jiffy Lube for that matter! They are not good business people and do not stand behind their work or their employees. read more

To whom it may concern: I bought my car less than a year ago. Had my first service done at this business and now I have a leak. Its only been two months since my oil change which is null and void since its leaking. Brought it to the dealership since I'm under warentee, but my warentee doesn't cover stupidity of another outside LOF. In case you Dont know what that means because the owner couldn't seem to read, it means lube oil and filter. See that LOF Im within the 90day limited warentee and haven't been able to drive my car since I have written proof of the damage caused by this business. The owner keep asking me questions as to where I live, and who owned my car before me, and the lied about someone to contact me from corporate office or his GM. Seriously this is a real simple matter, you children fucked up. My oil pan is 700 with tax The service to install:200 Money I lost total 1000 because the oil change i spent money on was a waste too. I will absolutely be going here from now on. The man and woman who were there were so ridiculously friendly. They invited me to bring my dog in and encouraged me to find a coupon on the website lol. So nice. I wish I took their names. they told me my air filter was clean and my battery was great. I went into Jiffy Lube in Rocky Point today for an oil change and filter. I have been to this location 3-4 times before. I spoke with Mark when I entered the store. I must say in the past Mark has always been helpful and courteous to both my wife and I. He has given me some good tips to keep my car running smoothly and efficiently. I also asked his working male employee for help in finding a good car service station. He told me they were reasonable and do good work. I will follow up on his recommendation. The worst business around. The first time I went (I was young and naive about cars) the sales rep upsold and fear-mongered me into buying things I didn't need by saying bad things would happen to my car if I didn't get a more expensive type of oil. Another time the staff returned my car to me with the glove compartment unhinged and its contents spilled all over the floor. Another time I drove from there a side panel on my car came lose and started flapping in the wind. I brought it back and Jiffly Lube said they had nothing to do with it. The staff won't be honest with you, and is only concerned with earning as much commission as possible. One perk is that they often have good coupons/deals and are close to my house which is why I keep going back. But next time I think I'll try another place even it's a little more expensive. read more

They never reset my jeep so that the system recognized the oil change and so my light continuously stayed on. They never checked my fluids so during my Christmas Eve travels my engine was overheating and i had to get fluid, mind you my car was a year old. Then I take it to the dealership for one of the recalls and figure I might as well get an oil change while I'm there ..because the light is still and i was nervous about that. The dealer quoted me a low price that shocked me (i always thought you paid more at the dealership) come to find out I've been paying more than double at Jiffy Lube for full synthetic oil when my jeep doesnt even need it. I had to give one star because their is no option for ZERO , which is what they deserve. I urge anyone to NEVER come here. Techs if you want to call them that nor the manager know what they are doing. Went in for a routine oil change which was $50,left with $275 worth of damage due to their lack of knowledge. During their up sale for oil filters and whatever shit they can make up, they failed to close everything correctly causing major damage to my engine. Brought it back not once but twice with the engine light on and they blamed it on the exhaust. Brought it to the dealer they confirmed it was damage due to engine taking in too much air from the failure of JIFFY LUBE not closing my air filter compartment . Don't ever go here!!! Brought my company car in for an oil change and after I left the car was making a really weird noise during acceleration and hesitated really bad!! I brought it back the next day and someone opened the hood, looked in and said its nothing we did, everything is fine, maybe its the exhaust...After a week it still wasn't right. I brought the car to Chevy for dealer service to find out what was wrong. They told me whoever did your oil change never reconnected the air box, so air couldn't get into your engine. I had to leave the car there for the day, get a rental and drive back to pick it up for what turned out to be not a big deal, but a major inconvenience. I called Jiffy Lube and spoke with a manager. After I told him what happened, he said ok, what do you want me to do about it?? Really!?....never again!!! Maybe theres a reason why there is no on ever lined up for an oil change here. I'm using a 1 star rating since I am unable to give 0 stars. This has to be one of the worst Customer Service experiences I've ever had in all my days. I came to this Jiffy Lube anticipating getting my oil changed. I asked the gentleman about the prices of an oil change and he insisted on taking me inside first. I stated that I wanted to know the prices before committing and going anywhere. At this point, he started, what I assume, giving me information about a Signature something or other. It was very hard to understand him. I stated this and asked him to repeat himself. With this, he gave me an awkward look like he wasn't sure why he needed to. He then proceeded to roll his eyes and repeat himself in the same unclear manner but with an attitude, like he was a child. Due to the lack of professionalism, I will NOT be returning to this location nor am I looking forward to engaging with employees at any other locations. read more
