It was very busy, but they had reasonable pricing and got me in and out quickly. I was more impressed that when I got my Jeep back, there was protection on the carpet and steering wheel as well as an instruction card hanging from the mirror. So just know that if this place knows that you make money they're gonna try and squeeze it out of you no matter what they don't care if you're about to crash into a car going 50 mph because you can't break because they didn't put in things correctly.. Walked in last Wednesday and made an appointment for this morning at 8:15. My car needed an…read moreinspection, an oil change and for the brakes to be checked out (my brake sensor had been blinking for a couple of weeks). I dropped my car off in the morning before work. Around 9:00 I had gotten a call from the shop stating my brake fluid was low and brakes should be done soon, and that they would text me with any updates. About an hour and a half later I received a text that my car was ready. I was ecstatic. Most of the time shops see a woman come in and try to tell them they need all this work and parts, etc. They were honest, friendly and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely be returning and recommending this place in the future! Thank you! ​

They cleaned up a tire for me that looked like it had been damaged in a fender bender. After 15 minutes of work, they announced the tire was clean and in great shape. It needed some 'beading" but not a new tire. And there was no charge. I did give the worker a tip and left very satisfied. Obviously I can't speak for the prices, but the people working at Mavis seem hard working, honest, and easy to work with. Give them a try.

I inquired whether they had Tesla lift pads, as I had them to provide if they didn't. He responded "why would YOU need to know that, this isn't my first rodeo". I should have took the hint and left at this point. As I'm standing there, he asks the other worker what's next and begins complaining about another customers diesel inspection. Then brazenly to my face says "and then this piece of sh** $10 inspection". At this point, it was obviously time to leave. As I'm walking out the door he says "good, get the fu** out of here". This man is clearly a deranged individual. He acts like he's doing you a favor while disrespecting his customers right to their face. The best part is he wants you to sit there and take it. Well I know your type and I wont (and didn't) stand for it. We exchanged words until a customer had to look at me and say "hey man, just go". To which I took his advice. If you want to be disrespected and cursed out then Rapid is the place for you. I would implore you to stay far away from this place.
