I was sideswiped in a hit and run in town, and was recommended to this shop as they are part of Geico Repair Xpress. How serendipitous! They streamlined the entire process and made the repairs easily. Unfortunately, there were some bureaucratic issues in getting my deductible advanced, since the party at-fault was to be billed. Tracy, at the body shop, is truly my guardian Angel. She treated me like family and got everything resolved. She also had the body shop clean my car like it was detailed! I cannot recommend this shop enough to anyone in town. I am so thankful for them. Truly.

There was absolutely no sales double talk, she was consistent throughout the entire buying process, and it was a same day purchase. She had everything moving rapidly, she worked very hard to earn these 5 stars, for sure. A great young lady with the most excellent personality unlike any car salesperson I've met before, and I've bought a lot of cars in the last 50 years. Her patience was above and beyond. Let me add that unlike others in this business, she knew her products. I couldn't stump her, not that I was trying, but she satisfied all of our concerns. To finalize our deal, she called on her manager Brandon. Now there's quite a gentleman. There was none of that "where would you like to be at monthly", or "what works best for you?". There was no script. He did something most managers in dealerships never do, he listened to us, and just a few minutes later, we made a deal. Shocking, I know. This dealership has a great model, a model that other dealerships could learn a lot from and most especially, treating clients with concern, and respect and giving them 100% of their attention when they are speaking with you. At the end it was time to meet the "devil", the finance manager! Well, once again, we were surprised. Kazim, like Brandon and Gabriella was friendly and got our paperwork done with no gimmicks, hidden fees, or any other games finance plays when you sit down. The process was seamless. Of course, he recommended something I would advise anyone to add to their purchase, and that's tire and wheel protection, unfortunately I declined because I hadn't used it on my last purchase, in hindsight, maybe I should have taken it. But again, there was no pressure sales from Kazim, no pushing, just good advice. I have to say that we were very happy with the price we were given, it was more than fair, but it is not the only reason that I would return to this dealership, it was just part of the entire package. When I asked to speak to a manager, because of a couple of ongoing problems with my vehicle, I was taken to the manager's office. The manger stood up with hands on his hips and was rude with an instant attitude. He was a very big tall man and tried to intimidate me with his stature. . Nothing was resolved. Till this day I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle: 1LOUD NOISE IN FRONT OF CAR 2. CANNOT CONNECT DEVICE TO PLAY MUSIC 3. EVERYDAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY TIRE PRESSURE IS LOW. Acura told me my rotors needed to be replaced. (They said this after I took my vehicle there several times) for the same noise. The first time I told Acura of Bayshore about the issue, they claimed they did not hear anything. Now all of a sudden it's my rotors. I went to another dealer and an outside mechanic and both said nothing was wrong with brakes tires or rotors. Acura of Bayshore have been running me around for almost a year and they're -not even trying to fix the loud noise that's coming from my car or any other issues pertaining to my SUV. I still have my warranty and they are not honoring it. Acura of Bay Shore appears to be very shady and unprofessional, and I still need my vehicle fixed. I purchased my car there almost a year ago and they think they can tell me anything and send me on my way. I spent money on tire warranty and warranties for my vehicle. You have the option of many services, I always choose the silver. I like that they do not rush when vacuuming your car, assuring that the floor mats are vacuumed just as thourogh and they are meticulous! You enter into a huge waiting area when going to pay for the car wash that is filled to the brim with every possible car item you could imagine for purchase. From floor mats to different scents to keep the inside of your car smelling fresh, they carry it all and they are very reasonable! There are even massage chairs to use while waiting for your car to be washed! After your car finishes going through the tunnel, the staff spends a good amount of time drying your car and polishing the tires (if you choose the service that offers that) Just like the way they do for the inside when vacuuming at the start. You receive the same quality service at the end. I leave with my car looking like show room condition every time!! If I could give 5 more stars to Wash N Roll I would. SAFETY SCAM ALERT My biggest concern with East Hills Subaru…read moreof Sayville is SAFETY. I brought my vehicle in for an active passenger seatbelt/SRS airbag issue. After paying for work on this safety system, I left with the same problem unresolved, including the constant seatbelt chime and an SRS system that may not operate properly in a collision. I had already received a professional diagnosis using factory-standard diagnostic equipment and provided East Hills with the fault codes. They wanted another $300 diagnostic fee, which I declined. I paid East Hills to perform the complete work and applicable Subaru factory procedures associated with replacing the seatbelt receptacle--not simply install a part and clear a code. Most concerning, their own technician states in the service video that replacing the receptacle DID NOT resolve the problem. The technician does not mention performing the applicable SRS/occupant-detection re-zero calibration, and neither does my receipt. Yet the paperwork states the repair was completed to factory-standard satisfaction and that the vehicle was test-driven, despite the odometer not changing. When I asked for documentation confirming the re-zero calibration was performed, they could not provide it. The same warnings and fault codes remained, and I was told I would have to pay another $300 diagnostic fee, even if the issue involved the work I had just paid for. All I wanted was documentation showing the complete repair and applicable factory procedures were performed. Instead, my calls and emails eventually went unanswered. I paid for a safety-related repair, their own technician acknowledged the problem remained, and I still cannot get documentation confirming the questioned calibration was performed. Based on my experience, I would not trust East Hills Subaru of Sayville with another repair and will not return.
