My brother personally has an automotive shop so I know it's possible it's just that our welder wasn't working so I needed to find someone to do some hangers and exhaust tips for the car ASAP. I call a few exhaust shops and I ask them if they work on lowered cars. Majority of the shops flat out said " No sir we do not work on lowered cars sorry" understandable, these people acknowledge the situation and address it properly. I call "The Real Exhaust Shop" ( If you can even call this joke of a place that ) and ask if it is possible for them to work on a lowered car. The man on the phone goes " yes of course ! Bring it down I got you ! " I say " would you like me to send a picture ? I'm driving 45 mins out of my way to come to you I need to know you can do the car" the man goes " of course ! It's not a problem bring it in and I got you 100% " I said okay sure ! Great. See you soon. I drive 45 mins to the shop and as soon as I get there the man goes " Wow I didn't think it was that low" he calls over some employees they look at the car. He goes we can't do it my friend I'm sorry. I say " I drove 45 mins you promised me you can do it ! What do you mean ? " he goes " I didn't know it was this low sorry" I told him I offered to send pictures he said there was no need for. He than proceeds to take out money and offer me $20 for gas to compensate me. As I go to reach for the $20 he takes it back puts it in his pocket and goes "get out" I told him "are you serious ? After everything you promised me ? " he goes listen. I can do it but if something breaks I'm not responsible and it's gonna run you about $150-$200 to do. I said " For an exhaust hanger and exhaust tips I'm providing ?!" He goes " Never-mind get out I don't deal with cheap people" I proceeded to take a picture of the shop to post a review and one of his giraffe workers with tattoos on his neck gets in my face and goes " you taking pictures of me?" I told him "I'm not taking pictures of you I'm taking a picture of the shop" he proceeded to get argumentative and tried to intimidate me when the only thing that giraffe could scare is possibly a 12 year old middle schooler. I left the situation and found another shop to do the work. 10/10 would not recommend going here unless you want empty promises from a guy thats looking in 2 different directions with his crossed eyes and get pressed by a giraffe with tattoos on his neck. Don't waste your time and money.

After 2 weeks I picked up the suv, the next week the right side fender lip started to crack. I took the SUV back, no one seemed to understand English, and I had to fuss with several people for them to agree to repair the problem. Upon looking at the fender repair closely, I noticed that the fender was only patched; the fender was never cut out and replaced, this is why the fender's Lip started to crack. At this point, I realised that I had been scammed. I asked why the fender was not done as quoted and got a I dont know response. Pick up my SUV after 2 days. In February 2026 I noticed rust ovet both the fenf lips. I went back several times and was told there is no warranty and I need to speak to Luis, the owner. After several visits at different times, LUIS is not there. I am meeting with an attorney to take this shop to small claims court. KEEP AWAY from this shop. I noticed they were much more careful this time compared to the other time. They didn't douse the brakes and rotors in lubricant like they did before. This time they put the correct about of it. The other time they installed it, the lubricant spilled all over the wheel and created rust in the first week. The service was much better the second time around. Consistency is key! But I won't come back here. They charged too much for the hour and I like things to be done right the first time.

However, Augie is the FIRST mechanic I have met that listens to the customer, is honest and he knows his stuff. He is a rare find and you won't make a mistake trusting him with your car. He has no ego, he is approachable and is committed to making sure you are happy with the result. They were not professionals. Dennis looked at the scuffs on our driver side door and said, yeah, I'll do that. He and his team got it done in under an hour. My partner and I sat around in the waiting room for a bit (comfy chairs and good air conditioning, by the way), scrolling around on our phones. Atmosphere was good, people were chatty and happy, it's the kind of place where you know the morale is high and people actually care about what they're doing. When they sent the wrong device, instead of telling me to pick the car up and bring it back, he went to get the item himself, driving a total of 3 hours so that I could get the car back the next day.
