Dennis and his crew are professionals. My partner and I tried a few other places in the area first, but other places were closed, or they couldn't take our work because they needed the manager to approve the work, or they ignored us. They were not professionals. Dennis looked at the scuffs on our driver side door and said, yeah, I'll do that. He and his team got it done in under an hour. My partner and I sat around in the waiting room for a bit (comfy chairs and good air conditioning, by the way), scrolling around on our phones. Atmosphere was good, people were chatty and happy, it's the kind of place where you know the morale is high and people actually care about what they're doing. He and his team did what apparently was a hassle for everyone else in the area. We're planning on coming back anytime we need car work. Thanks again, Dennis. See you next time. read more

First off i havent been to this auto shop in my life and i will never be coming here after having the rudest person on the phone with my mother, The person on the phone openly only cared about the money they were making on the job, Mind you the job was a simple tow after the car just completley broke down, My mom has no money to even pay the bills or repair the car at all, and just wants to retrieve her items some of these items being paperwork/cards/clothes for me and my 3 siblings. I would not recomend coming here it really seems to be an only money driven company with no compassion for customer service. if you are thinking about getting a quick service here just dont!, you want a company that will care for you and your car at the same time!!!!!! When they dont get what they want they will become very rude!!!!! read more

Life savers for me and my new Skoolie!! Dennis and his team were thorough, friendly and honest. I just bought a skoolie conversion in NY and noticed an issue with the temp gauge as soon as I hit the highway! I needed a mechanic before setting out on the 2k mile journey... After a string of very fortunate circumstances, I made my way to Dennis at Eagle. They were able to fix the issue promptly and even saved me money on a part I purchased for installation, but didn't end up needing. Phew! If I lived in New York, I would absolutely come back to Eagle Auto :) read more

My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. Had to buy some cardboard and duct tape as a bandaid until I could get it fixed. Always have insurance! I called around, but ultimately this business got me in the next day. After insurance covered a bit, I only had to pay $100 out of pocket. It's convenient that you can pay over the phone or online. All I had to do was show up with the car and let their technicians do their magic. My window looked brand new! read more

Finally! A great experience purchasing a car. An RDX SUV from a wonderful group and a great team…read more Our salesperson, Gabriella, was astounding. There was absolutely no sales double talk, she was consistent throughout the entire buying process, and it was a same day purchase. She had everything moving rapidly, she worked very hard to earn these 5 stars, for sure. A great young lady with the most excellent personality unlike any car salesperson I've met before, and I've bought a lot of cars in the last 50 years. Her patience was above and beyond. Let me add that unlike others in this business, she knew her products. I couldn't stump her, not that I was trying, but she satisfied all of our concerns. To finalize our deal, she called on her manager Brandon. Now there's quite a gentleman. There was none of that "where would you like to be at monthly", or "what works best for you?". There was no script. He did something most managers in dealerships never do, he listened to us, and just a few minutes later, we made a deal. Shocking, I know. This dealership has a great model, a model that other dealerships could learn a lot from and most especially, treating clients with concern, and respect and giving them 100% of their attention when they are speaking with you. At the end it was time to meet the "devil", the finance manager! Well, once again, we were surprised. Kazim, like Brandon and Gabriella was friendly and got our paperwork done with no gimmicks, hidden fees, or any other games finance plays when you sit down. The process was seamless. Of course, he recommended something I would advise anyone to add to their purchase, and that's tire and wheel protection, unfortunately I declined because I hadn't used it on my last purchase, in hindsight, maybe I should have taken it. But again, there was no pressure sales from Kazim, no pushing, just good advice. I have to say that we were very happy with the price we were given, it was more than fair, but it is not the only reason that I would return to this dealership, it was just part of the entire package. Good luck to all here at this dealership, never change, you're doing it the right way, thank you for everything!!!

DON'T GO TO ACURA OF BAY SHORE!!!!…read more Customer Service is very poor in the service departmen at Acura of Bay Shore . When I asked to speak to a manager, because of a couple of ongoing problems with my vehicle, I was taken to the manager's office. The manger stood up with hands on his hips and was rude with an instant attitude. He was a very big tall man and tried to intimidate me with his stature. . Nothing was resolved. Till this day I'm still having the same issues with my vehicle: 1LOUD NOISE IN FRONT OF CAR 2. CANNOT CONNECT DEVICE TO PLAY MUSIC 3. EVERYDAY OR EVERY OTHER DAY TIRE PRESSURE IS LOW. Acura told me my rotors needed to be replaced. (They said this after I took my vehicle there several times) for the same noise. The first time I told Acura of Bayshore about the issue, they claimed they did not hear anything. Now all of a sudden it's my rotors. I went to another dealer and an outside mechanic and both said nothing was wrong with brakes tires or rotors. Acura of Bayshore have been running me around for almost a year and they're -not even trying to fix the loud noise that's coming from my car or any other issues pertaining to my SUV. I still have my warranty and they are not honoring it. Acura of Bay Shore appears to be very shady and unprofessional, and I still need my vehicle fixed. I purchased my car there almost a year ago and they think they can tell me anything and send me on my way. I spent money on tire warranty and warranties for my vehicle. They look for issues that I have to spend money on. Even then I don't belive them. Make it make sense
