I called Jiffy Lube on Wed to have my oil changed. The mgr said he'd order the necessary oil filter but didn't. I called the next day and a mgr from another location was working in Greentree and ordered the filter. On Friday, I stopped to have my oil changed. Neither manager was there, but Brandon M. took care of me by finding the ordered filter and sorting out the processes and oil change. He was polite and helpful in every way. Customer service is not great anymore, no matter the business, but I can say that because of Brandon, I will go back to the Greentree location again. Well done! read more

These guys are so gracious and good to their customers! I came in for an oil change and they went above and beyond cleaning it up and making sure my car was in good shape. I got there when it first opened, and someone immediately met me outside. He actually told me that they were having trouble getting the computers up and running, for which he was very apologetic. He gave me a good timeframe to come back, which was only a few minutes or so - nothing crazy long. When I did, they were ready to go just as promised. They got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. They were kind and willing to explain anything I didn't fully understand. Made a trip to Pittsburgh and my oil change light came on in my truck! I knew this Jiffy Lube as I had been there before when I live in Pittsbuugh and they do work on fleet vehicles. I arrived around 3:40PM this particular day and they closed at 5PM. They got me right in- they called LeasePlan and had my truck done within 30 minutes and that was with an air filter change. You may think this is nothing and this is all normal, but you need to understand with a Fleet truck, a lot of places say they do "fleet vehicles" then you bring it in and they have no clue and they take 4 hours for an oil change. So I really appreciated the fact the guys were quick and efficient. They vaccum the vehicle and clean all your windows. They are also VERY friendly, they all asked how I was and if my day was going ok. Very good personalities, which is always a plus for customer service. I cannot tell you their pricing as I see none of that. I assume they are fairly priced. read more

Two hours for a "routine" oil change that was left incomplete. Went in with two working headlights, left with a crack in one, front grill bent out and two huge dents in my hood. Highly recommend avoiding unless you enjoy long waits, and your car damaged. read more

This has had to be one of WORST experiences ever. I will not being returning to this location. I arrived at this store and I have probably been to one Jiffy Lube prior out of state. When I pulled up there were three lanes. I pulled into the far left one. The attendant, blonde hair, ponytail and tall had walked up and said "why did do you pull into this lane?" I said "I saw it open. My apologies Is this wrong?" He said pull into the right lane please. So I pulled into the far right lane and I see him in the center lane pointing down and signaling me to go to that one. I said "my bad I thought you said right lane." He said, "this is the right lane" which a major attitude. I asked him "are you okay today?" Because at this point I knew where this was going. I said "I have a groupon here". He cut me off and said "well let see if you even have the right oil selected". This to me was condescending. I said "okay and showed him". I exited the car and asked him "hey where should I wait" because I didn't immediately see anywhere from where I was located. He looked at me and said "oh I guess I can show you". I started to follow him and while following him I said "hey my apologies I have not been to one and if I did I think it's been a long time". He replied "oh is this your first car ever?" I felt like that was disrespectful. We entered the lobby and there was one other man there. Before the attendant left, he sarcastically stated "we have a bathroom, we have coffee and also the prices are posted you can have a seat." It was very condescending and when he left the other guy in the lobby stated "wow there is a fine line between sarcasm and being an asshole". This further validated my feelings being that the other customer wasn't privy to the prior conversation and also had noted his demeanor. When I was checking out it was by the same blonde attendant with a ponytail. He knew I had a Groupon and I told him I had one he entered it (after three attempts and further argument) and told me I still owed $70 which blew me away because I paid for a Groupon and the service should be covered up to 5 quarts of oil. He was arguing me that I was wrong and I need to pay $70 he then went to get his manager who fixed it and told me I was only responsible for the tax which sounded reasonable. Before leaving I explained my situation to the manager and I had asked for the attendants name, the manager seemed confused. He couldn't recall his name and kept saying "um um um". Thankfully, there was another employee in the room and he said James and they both said his name at the same time. I found it odd that you are the manager and there are three team members reporting to you and you don't know their names. This lead me to believe he didn't want to tell me. I have never been treated like this and I will make sure this review is everywhere. This is NOT how you do business anywhere. This attendant should not be in contact with customers if he treats them this way. read more

Went into get my regular oil change, I typically go to the Jiffy Lube at another location, but this one is closer to home. This was the greatest experience I have had with getting an oil change. The supervisor Richard had the best bedside manner, he was professional yet extremely personable and friendly. It felt like I wasn't at an chain Jiffy Lube, it felt like I was at a family owned mechanic ,getting an oil change. The kinda place that knows your name and doesn't treat you like just a number, felt like the most civilized experience I've ever had with a mechanic! The oil change was excellent and great work! All the other employees there were super friendly as well. I think I finally found the place I will go to for my oil changes from here on it, thanks Richard for great neighborly business! I had the worst experience at the Jiffy Lube 2010 Greentree Road, Pittsburgh, Pa 15220, 412-531-1660. I got a flat tire Sunday night 1/9/2022. Monday morning I reached out to Jiffy Lube spoke with an associate Jeremy I explained my situation of having a flat and i needed 2 front tires. He advised me they are able to get this done today gave me a quote on 2 Continental Tires ( i requested that specific brand being my back tires were still in good condition). He quoted me 340 and some 21 + plus to mount and balance each tire. I agreed and said let me see about the tow and I will call back. I secured a tow called him and advised him of the time of arrival. Then my boyfriend received a call asking why the truck was there (they must have pulled his information from a prior service). The call came in from a Jesse (store manager) on his cell phone which I didn't understand why he wasn't calling from the company line. My boyfriend put me on 3 way with them both I explained the talk/agreement I had with Jeremy a couple hours ago. He said he wasnt familiar with this but he will make sure it gets done. Then he (Jesse) calls back about an hour later stating they dont have the tires Jeremy promised then he quoted tired for 250 each, which was not in out budget. At this time we were frustrate being we were quoted an amount that now has changed extremely, we just paid to get the care towed and Jesse never took accountability or even apologized in any way for this inconvenience. When I brought that to his attention he stated "oh it was a human error I'm not going to do anything to him for it" he said he made a mistake what do you want me to do, I'm not going to beat my employee up over it...". I didnt respond immediately because the unprofessionalism of this store manager took my breath away. While sitting there in thought trying to find my next words my boyfriend asked for the corporate number instead of getting the 800 number he gives a 412 number (hich we knew wasnt affiliated withe the store). After asking for the corporate number my bf hangs up then I say " Ok now lets try to resolve this situation" Jeremy says "at this point I'm not willing to service you at all. I was in shock again because there was no valid reasons for the refusal of service. I was confused, upset and frustrated. I immediately hung up on him. I had to pay for another tow to get my car picked back up to get towed back home. Our son needed picked up from daycare, we were back to square one. I never felt so defeated as I did 1/10/2022. I thought I had everything handled and I took every step I needed for a smooth resolution. I would not refer anyone here and Jesse needs to be demoted from his position until he has been re-trained on how to handle different situations as a store manger and how to deescalate appropriately. Jeremy needs to also be trained on how tire orders work and the time around and where and how to provide accurate information to the customers. All of this could have been dealt with differently if basic customer service training and I know as a Supervisor of major healthcare company all of out trainings teaches you to take responsibility/accountability (by apologizing for any inconvenienced this may have caused) , show empathy (empathize with that person let them know that you can understand why they may be frustrated and you would too), and find a resolution (offer a discounted rate, a coupon for a next service anything. We received our vehicle back with scratches on both sides and will be filing a police report. read more

This location did not check my fluid levels as they are supposed to. One week later my coolant is empty and my car overheated. Lucky my engine isn't ruined. Wish there were a way to give a zero rating. I will make sure to tell everyone I know that Jiffy on Greentree Road is a big rip off. I was given a quote of $1800.00 to repair my vehicle a while ago so it would pass inspection. Supposedly all 4 tires and drive axels were dry rotted and it needed front brakes. According to the inspection mechanic, it should not have passed inspection in 2018 for the same reasons. This same station passed it with flying colors in 2018. I stayed in the waiting area while my car was being inspected and had a clear view of the garage area. Not once was my car lifted higher than a few inches on the rack. I saw that only one rear tire was pulled off. Another indication that the mechanic was lying. My vehicle has pretty much been sitting since the Covid virus. I took it to another station today. The tires and drive axels are fine. The brakes would have lasted a bit longer and would of passed inspection as is. I suspected that the mechanic at Jiffy was lying when two other customers came in behind me and and were told they needed 4 new tires. They were promptly sent next door to the NTB. I am sure NTB was doing the same underhanded practice and referring cars to Jiffy for "repairs". It is ashame that honest, hard working mechanics are lumped into a category with those few dishonest ones who prey on women, but would not pull the same stunt with a man. read more

Wwnt in for an oil change with a groupon. Found out newer cars oil is not included in the oil change so $37 upchatge on top on groupon. Manager was very helpful and nice. Other employees seemed bothered when manager asked them to stop standing around talking and do the rainex treatment I paid for. When I pulled out I realized they never vaccummed. When I pulled back around they laughed like whoops.... found out the person before me they forgot to vaccum too. My windows were washed with very little effort. For the price I'd expect better service and effort from all employees not just manager. read more

I brought my car here for an inspection recently, and they did a thorough job. They're also really honest and won't gouge you. Being a woman, they did not try to trick me into having more done to my car than need be. They even have at least one chick on staff, which is cool. read more

These guys are a persons worst nightmare! They are willing to charge you for services you do not need. I went in for a car inspection and they failed me on the emissions test. Later that day, I found out that my vehicle was driven less than 5,000 miles on it since it's last inspection, so i was exempt for the emissions test. Every garage I've been too has always exempted me for the emissions test if appropriate. Not these guys. They refused to give me a refund because the employee, Mike, said it was my responsibility to provide them with a VIR report and they do not has to ask for one. So they charged me $50 for them to do nothing. The manager, Mike, was extremely rude, yelled, and claimed that "i should know to bring a VIR report to a car inspection." What a loser. Also, if they would have done their job correctly, they would have found out that my brake lines were all rusted and my vehicle was unsafe to drive. My brake lines could blow any minute and they let me drive out. Incompetency at its finest. If you want a place that's honest and reliable, don't go here. read more

This location is literally the best!! The employees are friendly and courteous, always checking with me before doing anything. And they are always super kind to my son, letting him watch the services they perform, and engaging with him when he asks questions. They are also super fast with everything they do. I have never waited longer than an hour for any service, to include brakes (which is a huge relief when you have a toddler like I do.) Id give them a 0 if Yelp had one..My family has been going to the Greentree Jiffy Lube for years..I thought we had a good repore with them..( NOT the case ). I was going away for a few days and decided to take my car to the Greentree Jiffy Lube where I have been going to get my car serviced for years to check all my fluids before I left..I pulled my car in and 2 young men came over and started checking all my fluids,,They checked my radiator and added a little anti freeze to my system..( due to evaporation..not leaking ) I thanked them and proceeded to home (1 mile away ) I was already packed and ready to leave the next morning.I got up and into the car I went and proceeded to drive to my destination..( 450 miles away from Pittsburgh ) I got about 2 hours into my trip when my temperature gauge went into the red,My car started running bad and steam all over the engine. I pulled off the highway and lifted up my hood..Steam everywhere.When it cleared up I saw that my radiator didnt have a cap on it..I looked on the passenger side inner fender and there was my cap laying there.( man was I mad ) I then relized the Jiffy Lube didnt put my cap on..When ever I travel I always bring oil/tranny fluid and other things I may need in case of a break down (my car never broke down before ) I waited for my car to cool down before I added anti freeze to it..After filling up the radiator I got about another 1 hour and a half into my trip when my temperature started rising again..I pulled ove again and had to add more antifreeze..I then drove another 1 hour and a half when AGAIN I had to add antifreeze It was friday evening and no garages open for me to go to..My gas low fuel light started blinking so I pulled off the exit to get gas..when I came back out from paying for gas I saw water lealing all out the front of my car.I lifted the hood only to see the serpintine was shredded to pices..I called the tow truck and had it towed to my destination ( about 30 miles away ) That Monday I called the Jiffy Lube that left my rad cap off and told them what happened.They said they would have to submit a claim to their corporate office..I said ok and then sent the repair estimate to them ( almost 900 dollars ) I got from a Legitamate read more

I used to go to the Jiffy Lube when I lived in Sewickley until they caught a car on fire. Search "Car Catches Fire On Way Home From Jiffy Lube." It will be the first thing to come up and yes that happened at the Jiffy Lube in Sewickley. I decided to give them another chance since they are on my way home and I was over due for my inspection. After 15 minutes they came in and said that I needed over $300 in repairs and conveniently enough they could do everything there for me. I thought it seemed suspicious because it takes an hour at the dealership and I had just had my car serviced. When I said that I would have my husband take a look at it they said that if I had $20 cash that they can waive the repairs. I said no thank you and got out of there! I always liked their oil changes at the old location. They would get you in and out in a little over half an hour if they weren't busy but I won't be giving them another chance. I took my car to the dealer and it passed. I mentioned my experience at Jiffy Lube and they showed me everything they checked and showed me that my car was fine. They agreed that them asking me for cash to obtain a waiver sounded strange. It's so much cheaper, and faster for oil changes, at the dealership and I don't have to worry at a dealership. read more
