I came to this location and I was a little upset because of the price. I felt that I have paid less in the past and so I did bump heads with the manager about this. I went ahead and when it came time to pay the manager, explained that he actually gave me a discount and I did mention I was military so he gave me the military discount, but the price was lowered and it made me feel better about paying. I'm a firm believer in don't spend money where you're not appreciated, and I felt at first that the manager was being rude earlier, but after explaining the price to me, he mentioned that he had a long day, and he apologized if he came off as rude, but that wasn't his attention. He also said something extremely important when he mentioned he was having a long day, he said he's not trying to excuse anything, but he just wanted to tell me why I may have felt he was being rude. He just wanted to help me and that was the price but he went out of his way to help make things better. I apologize as well because I was having a terrible day too and I didn't want to pay that much and things worked out even better. I couldn't believe that he apologize and that was just amazing quality customer service. I felt so good about paying and I wasn't upset anymore and I want to come back to this location and I want to trust them with servicing my car. I know in another review there was a mention of the manager being racist, but I did not get that at all. He had every opportunity to be rude to me, and he did not, and I've dealt with racism, and this was not the case. This is a respectful man that is hard-working and just wants to get things done right. That's what I sensed. read more

Horrible experience I am a contractor from Texas. Trying to get my oil change before I go back. The manager was racist step into the office and he walks out like if he's bugged. They denied me your oil change because my suv was Half quart over full of oil. Totally understand when I try to speak to the manager he walked away very unprofessional. read more

I wish I could put 0 stars. Here's my story. My husband took my car for an oil change to this location. After leaving this location he went to run another errand. My car stalled and died in the middle of the road. We had it towed to a local Nissan dealership. The dealership called and said whoever did my oil change put the air filter in backwards which caused dirt and debris to get into engine and not enough oxygen. I emailed Jiffy and they said they would pay for repairs and my rental car. Well guess what. They just called me back saying they are now NOT paying for anything because specific repair notes on the Nissan receipt didn't specify enough that air filter was put backwards, just that it was dirty, yes it it was dirty and engine had to be cleaned because it was backwards!!! Check your air filters when leaving this place. and if something goes wrong, don't expect them to do anything about it. Worst experience and money lost out of my own pocket. read more

First they put the oil filter on my truck wrong causing it to leak really bad. If I wouldn't have caught it that could have cause my motor to start knocking. Then he removed the filter and let all of the oil drain out and tried to get me to move my truck with no oil in it. And the manager didn't seem to care about anything and just told me someone would eventually reach out to me to get me a refund. $171.00 dollars for an oil change? Never again. Go to Brake Masters across the street. The wait time is also a joke. Wouldn't call it jiffy.

I've been here with 2 cars and each time it has been a great experience. The staff was kind and courteous each time I went they explained my options. I think my only complaint was the fact that the prices are pretty high and there are probably other places that are cheaper but the service is pretty good and I was in and out pretty quick. read more

I went in for a basic oil change but left feeling genuinely cared for as a customer. I was shown all of the air filters and not pressured into making any specific decisions. They told me about other maintenance I would need soon. While waiting, I was informed my car (recently purchased used) had paint overspray all over it, including the windows (which were rough and foggy). I was told how I could get it off the windows myself and referred to an individual at the car wash next door that could remove it. Very thankful for the personalized help with getting my new car in great condition for the road. read more

It's been awhile but I pulled up to the service line and a employee came up to see what oil change I wanted. We agree on one and I think he said it would come out to 65.00 so I agreed. After pulling in and giving him the keys I told him it's also low on Window washer fluid and went into the the waiting room. After about 10-15 min of waiting the manager came in to inform me they were out of that oil I agreed to(REALLY!!!) and that it was also low on coolant. Long story short I ended up paying over 125.00. Oh and they never did fill my window wash fluid!! Because of this I will never go to a Jiffy Lube!! read more

My experience at jiffy lube was good the service even it was packed they took the time to work on my car they didn't rushed it they replaced my air filter but the way they took their time to do it was excellent I definitely recommend them read more

Bad experience. Pulled in they just finished the car in front of me. The 2 bays were open sat there for 30 minutes with no cars inside the shop. A newer truck pulls in and they start working on it and left my car sitting there. I walk out and take my elsewhere. read more

Had an oil change and a tire rotation. I was walked through all the services my vehicle needed/required and although I wasn't able to take care of them because I was short on money, I didn't feel bad or pressured. No sense of urgency at all. They acted as if I would love to sit there all day while they moseyed around.
