Hands down a beacon of hope, whenever I have a panic with my car and I come here I know I'm being set on the right path. From assuring my tires are good to making sure the puddle left behind isn't oil as well as being sure I will be safe driving. Hot rod knows his stuff and knows how to put a girl at ease. Wouldn't recommend because they told me my oil needs to be changed every 2500 miles. According to the owners manual, it's every 5000. I usually change my oil every 3000. On the positive side-They were very nice, professional and friendly, but come on who gets their oil change after 2500 miles? My vehicle has less than 70,000 miles on it. read more

Took my new/used Chevy Cruze in for an oil change, told me my oil plug was COMPLETELY rounded out and that I had to take my car elsewhere since they didn't have the tools to get it off. Before taking my car to a Chevy dealership I took my car into a Grease Monkey for a second opinion. No problems whatsoever with changing the oil. Turns out, according to the Grease Monkey staff, this Jiffy Lube has a tendency for telling their customers that so they don't have to change their oil. Sounds like the wrong profession to get into if you can't even muster doing an oil change. Needless to say, Grease Monkey has gained a customer and Jiffy Lube has lost one. read more

Our car started to heat up just as we pulled into Bloomington so we called this Jiffy Lube and they were very responsive. We brought our car in and even though they looked busy, they worked hard to get everyone through quickly and efficiently, treating everyone kindly and with a joyful spirit. Our mechanic, Ken, got our car fixed, walked us through what he did, and gave us maintenance tips to help us get back home. Was in and out so fast and customer service was great. I originally requested a tire rotation, but the guys basically told me I didn't need it and to save my money which I really appreciated. Will always be coming here for an oil change! read more

My son brought his car there for rear brakes & they quoted him one price & charged him $125 more plus told him his front brakes needed to be replaced too. I had him go to a reputable car repair shop in normal & they said his brakes were good in the front. Same thing my mechanic said last summer. Stop taking advantage of these College kids!! read more

How long are you supposed to wait for anyone at a location called "jiffy" something to acknowledge you? Sat at the garage entry x15 min and watched 3 people walking around cars inside and no one ever came out to see what I needed/wanted or to let me know how long the wait would be. Completely impressed from the moment I pulled up. So polite. So personable. So professional. They were fast. The location was clean and I felt so respected (even though I present female). There was no effort to upsell or add on extras. They were straight forward and honest. I don't find this treatment often as a woman when it comes to cars. It is often assumed that I don't know anything about cars and I get a lot of man-splaining. This was such a positive experience. I highly recommend.
