Had them put new shocks on wich i provided. Ok so you don't warranty the parts. I understand that. I go back because the back left was loose. All they had to was tighten the bolt. After waiting FIVE HOURS he finally gets to it. Comes back not even 3 minutes later. Says I have more problems then I thought. I go back to the bay he starts to show me the struts. Wait....why are you showing me those? I said the SHOCKS. I said the bolt is loose. He goes to look at it and says that's not under our warranty. Well yeah it is. The shock itself isn't but the bolt is. Then he says well that'll take over an hour to fix. Ok so fix it. The young guy who is alil punk says ok I'll bet you. If I put this up in the air and it's tight then you owe me 80 bucks. If it's loose then it's free. I said man you can tell right that's it's loose. That's on you and your failure to tighten it. Not me. He then continues to say the bolt isn't their problem. I say ok see ya in court. Then he gets smart with me and says you'll be spending even more money on a lawyer. Well not only will you pay for your lawyer you're also going to pay me for mine. Plus 2 days lost wages and my time that you've wasted. He then says I'm now banned from any big ray's location for life. Like I would want to come back anyway ya idiot. DO NOT GO TO THESE IDIOTS. read more

The guys were all very helpful & kind. They got me in quickly for my synthetic oil change. I saved a LOT of money having them do the work over the dealership doing it. When I paid the Manager said we really appreciate your business & God Bless You! That means a lot! Definitely going back there for all my car needs. They also do new tires, breaks, rotors, filters, wipers, everything. They are professional & do a great job! read more

They tried telling me my car "calls for full synthetic oil." It clearly does not and have even changed the oil myself with basic oil. They told me it would cost $90 without explaining why. I told them i'm not paying that, and they said to come back when i have money. Biggest joke of a business i've ever witnessed. I went somewhere else across the street for $50. read more

A co-worker told me about Big Ray's. She had her A/C charged there for a reasonable price. I thought I could do the same. No such luck - My A/C needed a new compressor. When I initially took my car in, Aaron, the mechanic on duty, tried charging it, but it wouldn't keep the charge, since the compressor was bad. He explained everything he did, and what he recommended. He did give me a quote with a very reasonable price, compared to the prices I found on the internet just for the part alone. I brought my car back there today, asking if that was enough time for them to take care of the compressor. No problem. They had my new compressor installed (with a life-time guarantee) and my oil changed in what I think is less than an hour. A/C works great. Now I know where I'll go if anything happens to my car in the future. Aaron and Ashlee were wonderful. I strongly recommend Big Ray's. read more

I was told the recommended oil for my vehicle was all synthetic. Someone may recommend that, however the vehicle comes with 5 w 30 Valvoline conventional oil. It was then sternly explained to me that the paperwork would state that "the customer rejected their recommendation". Wow. So I replied: "that's fine". Thankfully, the narrative changed to getting the job done. They did not attempt any other up sell and behaved in a helpful professional manner. I actually may go back. read more

Fast and friendly service! Definitely the place to go for an oil change. They try to save you money, not upscale other services!!

Today I went in for a normal oil change. They told me they could not take the filter out of the housing because whoever did it last did it with no care whatsoever and compressed the housing together so tightly that it would break during removal. I have never heard of an issue like this in all of my oil changes/few years in car maintenance. Do NOT visit this shop. The prices may be cheaper, but the service is VERY apparently not standard and will cause issues in the future. read more

Worst experience ever! First the guy tries to con me saying my vehicle used only synthetic when I've used only conventional oil for 150,000 miles now without issues but then when replacing my air filter they both couldn't figure it out! Then I get my van back and the damn thing isn't shifting correctly when it ran fine before the visit! These pricks are nothing but con men! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! read more
