If I did not know it to be true, I would be skeptical of my own review of this place. They once failed to properly seal the oil pan underneath my car. When I discovered the leak and returned, they pulled my car into the bay to make it right. Astonished, I watched a car pulling out of the service bay with oil pouring from underneath their car. I ran alongside that vehicle to get the poor motorist's attention before they left the premises. Jiffy Lube may be all right now, but I personally lost all faith and confidence in that particular crew. read more

I always go here in Monroe for my oil change needs! It's best to go here in the morning if you can to avoid the traffic of people needing a change. But if you do have to wait, that's fine! They have a nice air-conditioned office to sit in with plenty of magazines and even free coffee! It's a perfect place to curl up with a book while I wait. The people who work here are very friendly and even during a routine oil change, they check for other ways your car needs a tune-up. They topped off my wiper fluid for free! It's not the cheapest oil change out there. I believe mine was around $66. The bright side is is when they put the sticker on your windshield indicating when your next oil change should be, you can get a free oil top-off anytime between changes! They told me they'd also fill up tires or top off anything else for free during that time! You get much more for your dollar here! read more

I had a Subaru Forester and did an oil change there. While they ended up putting the engine oil in my transmission. After I made several calls to the Jiffy Lube HQ, they finally admitted that it was their fault and agreed to pay for my new transmission. Whether it was just being stupid or racist, it is the WORST place you can get for an oil change. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I once received a coupon for a free tire rotation and the "mechanics" broke a lug nut off my tire after they rotated them. They then blamed the previous person who rotated my tires for "crossthreading" the nut (even though they had already removed the lug nut and then put it back on making them the people that crossthreaded the nut). At this point the manager refused to fix the tire. They would not see reason. These people will not take responsibility for their actions and will blame anything they break on someone else. I took my car to Japanese Automotive off Bread St. and they promptly fixed the lug nut for about $70. That's right, Jiffy lube lost me as a long term customer over $70. For the love of everything that is holy don't go here. Japanese Automotive will give you a better price and treat your personal property with much higher respect. read more

I stoped by for a oil change , the customer ahead of me took a while for what reason I don't know . When the friendly tech approached my truck he apologized for the wait that clearly wasn't his fault . He ask me what I needed and I stated a very quick oil change I had a dr appointment to make and I was running out of time . He said he would do his absolute best . When I was brought into the bay the manager Justin came over and ask what time my appointment was I told him in 40 min and it was 10 min away , he scrambled the team he himself got to work getting my order completed as quick as possible. This is a fleet account and usually the paper work takes a bit . He came out and let me know the fleet management company wanted more service performed but as I was in a hurry he ask me to come back when I can a get the rest of the service completed. They had me done around 15 min completing every thing quickly and friendly . I'll be back and I'll have they rest of our trucks service hear as well. read more

They advised me of filter that I never knew existed. They replaced with no problems. 5/5 stars!!!! I am currently on a road trip and I had to stop because my car was leaking oil. I called in and they said they could take me in right away! I love the drive through option. I came right in to get an inspection sticker and also an oil change on the very last day before my sticker expired. It went by quick 15 minutes max but I could tell it was very detailed. I was helped by Jimari, Debrandon, Robert, and John.
