They left the floor mats wet, but offered her a towel if she wanted to dry them herself, and didn't vacuum the rear cargo section of her SUV. Even the windshield was still dirty after the wash. She went inside to see exactly what she paid for and the lady clerk said they didn't do all those things listed above and that they didn't have anything else to discuss and walked off. I have noticed less cars getting washes there and now I know why. Guess there will be a new empty building for sale on US165 before long. So long Rocket Lube.

I'm now sure if they simply didn't reinstall them or left them loose, any way I hold this business responsible. I would have spoke directly to them however they won't answer and corporate customer service won't call back. After the $140 oil change now I've gotta buy a $160 part (plus screws) to replace the piece that drug on the highway for hundreds of miles.
