Amazing guys and wonderful store. I don't usually like to rent my tires but the last two vehicles we've come to these guys. Jok and the team have been nothing short of amazing when it comes to a late payment or even answering the simplest questions. I met their VP today and can I just say how awesome and down to earth this man is?! Chris and Jok are two of the nicest and most caring men I've seen in this line of work. Chris actually looked at my trucks tires on the front because we're having some issues with them and said he would even go to where they do their front end alignments with me to get it fixed. Stopped in to get my tires rotated and balanced. I was greeted by a helpful staff as soon as I walked through the door. They promptly got started on my Yukon while I walked around the showroom looking at rims. Their prices are competitive with other places that I've seen and they offer nitrogen for your tires for about half of what the dealership charges. Great customer service. Cant say this enough... there was issue that required more labor than normally was done with no issues or extra charges. Explained the whole process and contract in detail and answered all the questions they could and found answers for the ones they couldnt. So I was needing new tires with all the rain and stuff. Like going bald and so needed but I don't have a ton of spare money. These guys right here rocked!
