But this time it's the owner and he was very unprofessional telling me to leave his establishment and go b***h somewhere else. Wow!!! For a business owner to act out like that is very unprofessional. I usually don't ever post a review for any business and I just don't come back but this is the first time in my life where I felt like I had to. I came in and asked the owner how much it would cost just take the tires off my wheels. He told me $20. After his employees are done with the service he wanted to charge me $40. Double of what he has told me he would charge. If that was the case please notify future customers how much it would cost before servicing anyone and not after you have taken off the tires and tell them. After 30 minutes, I was told the brake pads still had a thick layer and one tire sensor was bad. They had replaced it and after paying I was handed the keys and drove away. Thirty minutes and the cost of one sensor and I'm on the road!! Gene's Tire Service busted earned a repeat customer. He sounded like a first responder arriving at the scene of an automotive natural disaster. I'm convinced alarms started going off in the shop the second I explained the situation. "Woman stranded." "Friday tire emergency." "Deploy Colin immediately." With less than an hour before closing on a Friday, he treated us like we were lifelong customers instead of an inconvenience standing between him and the weekend.
