Our vehicle was towed to Simba, they diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered and vehicle was done the next day... WAY earlier than expected! Staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. I'm not 100% sure on what would be charged for this particular issued I looked it up online and this fell within that range... towards the higher end of the range but within the range nonetheless. BONUS, I checked in on Yelp and there was a 10% off labor coupon. That saved us about $40! Like I said, no one LOVES having to service a vehicle but when we have to, we'll be returning Simba Automotive!

I made an online appointment online to have my brakes repaired and arrived at 8am for the…read moreappointment. I was greeted immediately and explained the issue, was giving timing for when the assessment may be completed and what to expect. The assessment took about 30 minutes and they called with their findings, recommendations and quotes. I had previously priced out the service so the quote I received for brake pads and new rotors was very reasonable and well within a reasonable price range for my car. I'd certainly return in the future as the need arises!

I've used them for years but recently, it's been a less than favorable experience. They said my…read morebrake pads were worn and when I got the bill they had changed my rotors as well. I had about 25,000 miles on my vehicle. They never said anything about the rotors. I had them rotate my truck tires and when I left, the low tire pressure light was on. I checked when I got home and they had lowered my tire pressure from 50psi down to 32. They did that on two different occasions. I had trailer tires mounted and balanced. Most of the stick on weights flew off. I won't trust them with my vehicle now. I even go elsewhere for the emissions test.

He didn't call me until 5 (after they closed), but the quote was reasonable. It did take some follow up on Monday to figure out when it would be done, but eventually got the car back and all the warning lights were off and it's been working well for a few months now. Overall I'm happy. Communication could be better, but glad we found a mechanic who could fix the issue with reasonable cost.

I was told by another shop that I needed to replace the entire oil pan because the threads were gone. They were charging me $1100 for that service and didn't offer any other option. I took it to Missouri Car Care and told them hey I need my pan rethreaded and of course it's a little harder to do that on an Aluminum pan but they said they will try. And they did it! They also saved my oil so I wouldn't get charged more. $95 for that service. Great place and I most certainly recommend over any other shops in town.
