After watching a million videos on YouTube, I changed out the brake booster on our Lincoln MKX-…read morebecause I'm just that good, right?! Wrong! Brake booster is in, 3 spare screws, and a missing wrench later, I have No brakes! I'm panicking at this point because my wife is going to kill me! She told me to take it to the shop before it cost me more money to fix my screw up. Thanks for the confidence baby... anyway- I slowed my heart rate, did some breathing exercises, and googled Christian Brothers. I put my tail between my legs and explained what I did. Without judgement and with no laughs they asked me to bring it in and let them take a quick look. No cost for them to check it out. Listen people.... DO NOT watch YouTube videos. You are not smarter than a professional. You will screw it up! Seriously, Learn from my mistake(s). But wait, they just called, It's fixed! And within two hours. Wow!!! I was back on the road and to my wife, I looked like a hero. She doesn't need to know the details...Let's keep em between us!

This place sucks. I was charged double what others charge for labor. The broke my door handle off…read moreand tried to say it was already that way, gave me a bill estimate for it. I had to refuse and make them fix what they broke. Other stuff was fixed. Then a list of stuff they claim needs to be done soon. (Did not include my radiator that had a hole in it.) So I had to be towed ,on another day. Lucky my engine was not ruined. To find that out. Had them check the list of stuff and none of that needs to be done. I put a complaint to AAA to not recommend them, and what had happened. And will report to BBB.

Mixed bag of an experience. I've been looking for a local mechanic and received several estimates,…read morebut I went with this shop because of the distance and reviews. Their pricing is on the medium-to-high side for the area, though still cheaper than the dealer. I needed an oil leak repaired. There was an $80 inspection fee before repair, and it didn't count toward the total repair cost. I did appreciate how quickly they handled everything and that they offered a ride home. When I picked up my vehicle, I had some questions about my bill. I politely asked about the labor charges because I was confused by how high they seemed. It showed $80 in labor to fill the vehicle with oil, even though it was already in the shop and had been drained after the repair. While my service advisor was reviewing it, another advisor helping someone else made an unsolicited snarky remark: "We have to charge labor--what, you want us to fill it with your used oil?" I had no issue paying for new oil; the labor charge just didn't make sense to me. My advisor found that it had been entered in error and removed most of that labor charge. There was no apology. I'd like to think the mistake would have been caught even if I hadn't said anything. As for the quality of the repair, it's hard to say for now--everything seems fine, and time will tell. I also later learned the repair should have a two-year warranty, which was never mentioned. Overall, I left feeling upset and irritated by the experience.
