I live near one, I work near one, and I pass by another in between. This is the one by my house, and the one where I chose to take the truck before our holiday road trip to TN. I found a coupon online for $20 off but their fine print meant it still ended up costing more than their advertised price, and then they tried to upsell me on every maintenance service a vehicle can have done. worst than can even describe, had a stripped drain plug screw, wanted to get it removed and replaced and on be my way to do it in the parking lot, lady said for liability reasons she can't let me leave, i didn't ask for anything beside to take off and replace drain plug, didn't verbally agree didn't sign nothing and this lady talking about liability, then said she HAD to replace my oil right then and there and wanted to charge me a 57 dollars labor fee to pour MY oil in my car. Then proceeded to do the oil change, told me the oil i was using was incorrect (it wasn't, 0w-20 for 2.4 jeep renegade) then did the oil change and charged me 135. overall terrible service and no transparency whatsoever, the thirst for control was very irritating and to top it off the kid that was looking under the hood couldnt even read the dip stick!! read more

I asked if there was any coupons she told me to look online. I found a $30 jiffy lube coupon. She didn't scan the coupon she pulled out her phone calculator and did $178 - $30 brought be a bill for exactly $148, no sign of coupon on there. In my case, this was a first time here and they performed as expected: got the oil out, the new stuff in, checked the fluids and filters and checked the air pressure on the tires. All the stuff I cam capable of doing, but frequently do not have the time to do myself. The typical discussion starts with: you discuss the type of oil you want based on your driving style or the age of the car, any other services and then the Jiffy Lube peeps di their thing. They will offer you other services which you may or need. You do not need to feel pressured to take those things, but the offer will come. I'm just going to say that I sent my daughter in for an oil change and to say that she got taken advantage of is an understatement. She walked out paying over 200 dollars this is after she had used her Groupon. They convinced her that she needed a 50$ air filter - at best a 15$ part - as well as the most expensive oil. I don't know who I am more annoyed with - them or myself for not teaching her that some people will take advantage of you. I guess better to learn this lesson sooner rather than later but, infuriating none the less. read more

Not sure how I ended up spending $106 for an oil change. I asked for an oil change, the representative said it was $40. No it was $49 then they charged me for an "additive" that was another $40 something and added coolant another $7. I know how to put coolant in my car, could have done that myself. But it's the fact the representative straight up lied about the pricing added stuff I didn't approve and gave me a bill after it was done. I said okay to service because I was told it was cost $40, not $106. The only reason I came was because my guy an honest mechanic was booked. Lesson learned. My car was serviced by jiffy lube when my regular mechanic was unavailable. On my next oil change at my regular mechanic, it was discovered that an oversized drain plug replaced my original drain plug with an oversized drain plug. The drain plug is stripped and does not seal any longer. This can only be repaired by replacing the oil pan itself! This is a$1000.00 job. When providing this evidence to the manager "Jessica" she became very defensive about the issue. This practice is apparently a regular thing with this company and I recommend that no one should ever use this company! They are incompetent and very smug about the fact they damaged my car! Basically leaving me at the counter and going about her day without any concern whatsoever for me and this issue. BOYCOTT JIFFY LUBE!!!! They are incompetent, and criminal!. I went in there this afternoon to get my oil changed and they told me my batteries are at 25% and that I needed to get them changed. I suggested that they check my alternator and which they immediately told me no, that that would not be necessary. I am making this review from the side of the road as my car will not turn on although all the lights well proving that it was the alternator. I had gone there multiple times to get oil changes with my lifetime K&N filter. Every time they try to take shelter and throw it away and give me one of those replacement ones that you have to replace every time you do an oil change. I caught them multiple times trying to do that and apparently the last time when I decided not to look up they went ahead and changed it without me looking at me hundreds of dollars on just the filter. Not to mention the fact that my car is stuck in the middle of the road and I was in a car accident two months ago I have to be at the chiropractor tomorrow or else I have to then pay it out of pocket rather than my insurance. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at this location will not happen ever again as I will refuse to come back to that location. It's funny how she said she would listen to me telling me the customer is always right, yet when I asked to change the alternator they didn't even want to do it. The customer is always right though. So not only do I have to deal with all this bad pain, but now I have to deal with the negligence of Brianna and Johnathan's work. They also did not know how to redeem a groupon voucher and pretend to be very knowledgeable about how the voucher worked. the oil techs were fine, yet the management team was just try just upsell me and not take my voucher code from groupon. I came here for an oil change because I had a coupon. The coupon was for $24.99 for an oil change, fluid top off, window cleaning, and to have the floors vacuumed. It was an extra $10 because I have an SUV, no big deal. I ended up buying windshield wipers because I was already there and needed them anyway. All tolled it ended up costing me $75. Since it is summer in Florida my girls and I didn't feel like sitting in the hot waiting room. We walked over to a nearby strip of stores. We checked out the handful of stores her and ended up in a nail salon. After some begging my youngest got her nails done and my older daughter got her eyebrows waxed. As we were paying I get a phone call from Jiffy Lube, my oil plug is stripped and they can't use it. They don't have any in stock and have to order one, but since they already drained the oil I can't leave. The manager said he would not charge me the extra $5-$10 since it had already been an hour. We opt to go and wait at Jiffy Lube thinking it would not be much longer. It was really hot in the waiting room and we had to play musical chairs since there were not enough for all the customers. I alternated between having my daughter sit on my lap and standing. This was not fun with 2 hot and cranky daughters, how quickly they forgot our trip to the nail salon! The employees were nice and apologetic about the wait. Right about the 2 1/2 hour mark they said we were ready. Now get this, as I am walking to my car an employee is standing there with something tucked under his arm. As I get closer he whips is out and unrolls...................(wait for it)....................a miniature red carpet! He literally rolled out a red carpet at my feet! OMG I felt SO bad for that guy, you know he had to feel like an idiot! When I get in my daughter points out that they didn't vacuum. Again, they apologize, and again we play musical chairs in the hot waiting room. The vacuum job was not great, they didn't even move the mats. Oh well what do you expect it's Jiffy Lube not a car wash, and we just wanted to leave at this point. It wasn't a great experience but the employees really did try. Jessica -= NIGHTMARE! I'd give her zero stars. A tech took off the cover in my engine and they couldn't get the insulation that goes inside the cover and the cover to fit back on. Soooo Jessica says 'I'm going to throw this insulation out because it's ripped and it shouldn't be in your car because it can start a fire'. HMMMM so Range Rover added additional insulation that could start a fire???? Doubt it! In addition the insulation was NOT ripped - just that she did not want to take the time to figure out how it fit, so the easy thing is to say 'throw it out'! Then she gets belligerent and says 'oh I see where this is going and there's a camera up there' Great !!!.....then maybe maybe the owner will see Jessica has absolutely NO skills and is inept!!! I went here with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change. After about 2 minutes under the hood of the car, the lady, Jessica came to my window and asked when was the last time the oil was changed. I explained that it was my mom's car, that I was getting the oil changed for her, and that I wasn't sure when it was changed last. The check light had come on so I took it in. She told me the oil looks brand new and that it didn't need to be changed yet. She said the Groupon is good for 60 days, and that I should come back later. She then proceeds to clean the windshield, fill the fluids under the hood and check the battery. They didn't charge me anything, and their honesty will definitely keep me coming back. read more

I went there and they charged a disposal fee and an extra quart or 2 of oil which ended up costing me a total of 44 dollars after the quart of oil and disposal fee. Years ago, they tried to tell me that my air filter was bad, AND IT WASN'T EVEN THE MAKE FOR MY CAR (thankfully, I knew this). In desperation of a quick oil change, I gave them another shot. They told me my "cabin filter was awful, and it was going to break my a/c, and did I want to change it for $50!!!" Not knowing what to do, and unable to reach my husband on the phone at that moment, I told them to change it. My husband called me back while I was still there, and told them to stop. That he could get a filter for $6 and install it in like 30 seconds...which he did. I don't mind paying double for something like that, but that is HIGHWAY ROBBERY to charge $50 for a $6 filter. Be sure to check anything and everything they do here on your car. #1, they sell people on overpriced filters ($40 cabin filter?? They are $5 on Amazon and install takes less than 5 mins). But the worst part is, they did not finish the job! The filter covers were left off and the only reason why I saw it was because my wife happened to get me for lunch (it was on the dashboard). While it only take a minute or so to put back together, for $40, you would think they would finish the job. Called the shop and they wanted me to bring the car back. No thanks, I got this. I went for an oil change .They told me that Ford said I needed higher priced synthetic oil (not true) i've used conventional oil without issue for 3yrs, and that I needed the coolant flushed for $138 .they drained most of the coolant out of my car anyway and it over heated on the turnpike drive home ,it took a quart of coolant from a tow truck.Big Scam !!!! read more
