I've had three expensive repairs done in the last few months, and they all feel like the prices were high. And not being able to see what I paid makes a question and trust the service that I'm getting. Keep in mind the work they do has always been satisfactory. But something just doesn't sit right, not being able to see what I'm being charged. When I asked, they told me that I should never have been able to receive an itemized bill. From what I understand, this is wrong. Everything I read online tells me that I should receive an itemized bill, and other mechanics that I called to inquire said the same. (Surprised they didn't tell me I needed new blinker fluid.) Not only that, since they worked on it I've been getting a loud vibration noise when the car idles. I wasn't going to bother reviewing, but I just had to have my rear brakes (and rotors) replaced less than 3000 miles since they "inspected" them and told me they were good. If I was that close to grinding metal on metal that would easily have been detected had they done an actual inspection. Nope, never going back.
