Took my car in for an oil change on January 25, 2024. After about twice what I have been paying at a local garage and refusing to have a $500 front brake job and other work I knew the car didn't need done I was thinking I probably won't be back here again. Now less than 2 months later and about 1500 miles less than the sticker they put on my windshield says the Change Oil message is coming on every time I start the car. Dirty and smelly. So sad. Very busy and the start time is 8:00 AM not 7:30 as stated. Staff on top are very customer oriented but below staff had pants falling off and rough. Not the best impression. Driver of a fleet vehicle. Brought the car in for a bad headlight and oil change. They replaced an additional working side light and both wipers without my consent. They lied to the fleet company and said the wipers were damaged and cut. They are theives. The manager insisted it was ok because the fleet was paying and oked it. They lack integrity. I came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change which apparently according to them includes removing my glove box(totally not necessary). Well they removed it and apparently could not get it back on, so they attempted to shove it into place which snapped several of the brackets. As I went to leave, I asked the assistant manager, Karly, if there was anything wrong with my car since it took nearly 2 hours. She quickly responded "no, nothing at all". Until the manager walked up a minute or so later confessing that they broke my glove box and would have to replace it. (I'm wondering if she would have even told me had he not been there) So now I come back in for them to replace the broken glove box, and it took them over 2 hours. GIANT WASTE OF MY TIME when all I wanted was a simple oil change. read more

Came in about 9:30am on a Saturday, really dreading sitting through an oil change. I have two kids in sports and work full-time so I am constantly running. I was super happy at the speed of the service! I was out of there in about 10 minutes, and everyone was so friendly! Jon took the time to explain to me what was needed, weighed the pros and cons of my oil choices, and I didn't feel pressured through upselling tactics. I was also happy to see that discounts for teachers, first responders, and military were available. Wonderful perk to give back to the community. Other reviewers said the place is dirty and smelly. Come on, it's a service station, not a day-spa. Because of the nature of the business if it wasn't a little dirty I'd be concerned, honestly. As long as the waiting area is acceptable, that's all that is really necessary. This Jiffy Lube's waiting area was warm, offered basic coffee, and was cleaner that most of the local fast food chains. Is the service waiting area nicer at the dealership I purchased my GMC at? Of course, as it should be since the cost of my vehicle warrants it. Does the dealership give free beverages and subs on Saturday in their pretty waiting area? Yes- but as a rule I have had to wait at said dealership for over 2 hours even though I had an appointment (which I had to book at least a week out) so I should get a stupid sub to distract me from staring at the clock. My time is far more important to me, so I'll gladly take the Jiffy Lube basic coffee that I didn't even have time to finish because Jon and his crew were so fast with their service over the fancy dealership's perks. All in all, Jon provided SUPER-fast, excellent service while also reminding me I can bring my vehicle back for free top-off before 3000 miles rolls around. I will definitely return!! read more

Don't take your car here!!! Just as bad as the one on Larkin. Must have same crooks for owners. Took car here after the jiffy lube on Larkin topped off my radiator with water and never did a flush. These fucks did the same thing I repaid another $89.99 and broke down again from over heating whyyyyy because there was never any coolant used! These company's think small females don't know about cars but I'm not stupid coolant is green and sticky with sweet smell not orange and looks like straight rust water. Claims they have a machine that sucks all the coolant out and then replaces it. It's bullshit. The way to do an actual flush is to stick a hose down the in and flush it out then add the fluid, let it run for ten minutes and then flush that out and add the coolant. But nope these asshats don't "do it that way" anymore. Cheap bastards! read more

Very professional shop. Granted I only came in for a tire plug but I was very impressed with the overall service and cleanliness of the shop. There was a person waiting for her car to be finished and she looked at me as if to say, "than god, I thought it was me." The last time I went to Jiffy Lube, I had a terrible experience. When I came to this Jiffy Lube I let the men working on my car know I was reluctant to come back to any Jiffy Lube. From that moment on, every guy that was working were all hands on deck. They were funny, polite, and even offered me a discount to ensure that this was what real Jiffy Lube service was about. My car was estimated to be done in 10 minutes, and they got it done in 5. I do not live anywhere near the Jiffy Lube I went to, but I will be back because that is how great their service and demeanor is at that store. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO JIFFY LUBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fuck jiffy lube! their services it was terrible. i went in and they got my car done in like 10-15 minutes. and i was a bit confused because when i went to NTB for an oil change it took at least an hour or two get out. and anyone who knows about cars and oil changes and stuff knows that that is the approximate time it SHOULD take because the car needs time to cool down and to be drained. when i left i thought everything was fine. 2-3 months later i'm having problems with my car. so i go to world KIA since it was close, and they told me my engine had oil all over and inside it because they didn't tighten the oil cap. I've gone to NTB for forever and not once did i have a problem but the minute i step into jiffy lube this happens! only reason why i went there was because i got off work and it was already 4 and i was on my way to my dads house in Chicago. only getting a star because i have too. read more

This location on Jefferson st is horrible they always try to upsell and if I accept they don't have what it is plus a 30 dollar oil change was over100 including12 dollars go anti freeze fill up and the air in the tires were all over ranging from 46-36psi which I found out because the tire light came on while there so went directly across the street to discount tires we won't be back here read more

The men are super sweet and easy to interact with, but sadly they all don't pay attention to detail, they're young and not super experienced. My friends had complaints of broken valves and other car minor issues after getting their cars back after going their, I never thought I'd have that issue till I went in last Saturday, my first time ever. Then the next day my back tire was super flat, I filled it up, and not even 24 hours later it was flat again, and I discovered there was an air leak from the valve. I took it to my usual mechanic and he said it looked like someone jammed or forced something in there. They broke a 150$ part since it has a sensor, and now I currently have a normal valve on my tire thanks to my usual guy, but that's a 150$ part now useless. read more

Your in a room separate from the register where they ask you all your personal information, which I love, I always feel awkward at Larkin location the siting area is right where they ask all your information and the space is so small!
