However, on this particular visit, I took my 02 PT Cruiser there to get the oil changed and I was told by three different mechanics that I had a severe coolant leak and that they did not feel safe working on my car. The video that you see is of coolant coming out of what is called an overfill hose which connects to the coolant reservoir in which if someone attempts to overfill this reservoir, coolant is supposed to pour out of that hose so it safely deposits to the ground. I was left without being able to get my oil changed and also given unnecessary anxiety due to thinking I had a major mechanical issues with my car. I was told by these mechanics that my vehicle was "not safe to drive" and that it would "overheat" and was also told that my reservoir was completely empty. If my coolant was empty I wouldn't be able to drive my car and my engine would already be damaged. I am appalled at their lack of knowledge and I absolutely do not recommend you take your car to this location and if you do be warned that they might not know at all what they are taking about.

My membership was suddenly canceled even though my account was in good standing. I received no email, phone call, text message, or written notice explaining the cancellation. When I attempted to contact customer service by phone, I was unable to reach anyone for assistance. I visited the car wash location in person to ask why my membership had been canceled. At first, an employee told me it may have been because I did not have my membership sticker displayed properly. I then showed the employee that my sticker was clearly displayed in my windshield. After that, I was told they did not know why my membership had been canceled. The employee then offered to start me on a new membership, but informed me that prices had increased by approximately $10 per month. The employee also stated that they had been dealing with this issue with multiple customers throughout the day, which suggests this may not have been an isolated incident. I believe customers should receive clear notice and honest explanations before memberships are canceled, especially if they are then required to pay a higher monthly rate to restore service. I am requesting: A clear explanation for why my membership was canceled. Reinstatement of my original membership pricing.
