When I asked Mr Vela how they would fix the issue, he told me their district manager Josh Salcido said they needed to charge me for another oil change. I asked to double check that and they said there was nothing they could do and they would not take responsibility for the mistake. The tech, Mr Vela was rude and tried to make sound like it was my fault for not telling them what oil weight (that was clearly marked on the sticker). This place has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time and would not recommend using them. I'll go to Jiffy-Lube or even Walmart from now on. I don't recommend this place.

Hubs got on the phone and spoke to Ken. He said they were very busy and they would be closing early and would not be open on Saturday because it is new year's weekend. He also said for her to bring the car up immediately, ask for him and he would see what he could do. She did and he looked at it and found a rock jammed up in the break area.
