0 stars if it was allowed. These dudes improperly installed my oil filter and it fell off while I was driving causing my oil to go everywhere and me to emergency pull over. I had to get towed and take it to Toyota where they diagnosed it and establish the filter was never properly installed. The tow costed me $150 waited 3 hours, the diagnostic costed me $185, and the service another $250 to fix jiffy lubes mistake assuming nothing else happened to the engine. $600+ to fix something these guys did wrong. I will also have to degrease everything to get the oil off that went everywhere including my brakes WHICH IS A SAFETY HAZARD. Just a complete lack of professionalism DONT COME HERE it's not even worth it find someone else for your services. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Kaneohe Jiffy Lube that ended up costing me a lot of time, money, and stress. I went in for a safety inspection, but I was told they couldn't complete it because one of my tires was bald. They also recommended an oil change because my oil light was on, but I declined the service. Unfortunately, after they stopped working on my vehicle, they forgot to put the oil cap back on before returning my car. I had no idea anything was wrong until oil began spraying everywhere--covering my engine, the underside of my hood, the exterior of my car, and even my driveway. The damage required a full engine cleaning, replacement of the hood insulator, exterior cleaning, and hours of cleaning oil from my driveway. My car is my livelihood, so being without it also cost me income. When I called to report what had happened, the manager asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" and told me to come back the next day. When I returned, I was treated very rudely. The interaction made me feel so uncomfortable that I asked my husband if I should call the police because I felt intimidated. I had no choice but to stay because they needed to clean the oil off my engine. To make matters worse, getting reimbursed for the damage was an exhausting process. It took nearly two months to get my money back. I had to make countless phone calls, send multiple emails, provide photos and videos, and repeatedly follow up just to get a response. It even took them two weeks to reply to my very first email. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue promptly, they made me fight every step of the way. Everyone makes mistakes, but what really disappointed me was how this situation was handled. A simple oversight turned into a costly and stressful ordeal, and instead of receiving empathy, accountability, or prompt service, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Horrible experience here, mostly the with Manager. I went in for an oil change, that went well. It was quick. Mechanic techs were friendly, told me they were almost done just finishing screwing the skid plate in. Paid and left. Once I was almost home, I heard a loud dragging sound which I initially thought was my breaks, I pulled over to check and noticed the front of the skid plate had come off and folded under the car. I continued home because I was just a few minutes away. Once home, I called Jiffy Lube and no one answered, I called a few times until someone finally answered. It was the female manager. Explained that I had just gotten my oil changed and my skid plate wasn't secured properly and was now halfway folded under my car. She said "well, you can just screw it in." I said I don't have the tools, equipment, or know how to do that. She said I could bring it back and they could do it, however I explained that I live about half an hour away and it would have damaged the skid plate even more. She then said "well, what do you want me to do then?" and put me on hold, I waited on hold for 40 minutes before I hung up and called again. She answered with an attitude as I explained if someone could come to my house or tow the vehicle back to be repaired. She said I can issue a refund. I said okay sure. But what about the damage? She gave no response and said the refund will take 3 days and she would call me back the next day to process the refund. I never received a call back, and attempted to fix the skid plate issue myself by borrowing a jack and unfolding the skid plate and attempted to secure it. I have no experience doing this, so it was a temporary fix. I drove in the next day, the techs immediately recognized my vehicle and seemed to know the situation. They assured they would get it fixed. I asked to speak to the manager to follow up on my refund. They said she had just left. I waited in the lobby while one of the tech called the manager on speaker, she walked him though the refund process. As she's talking to him she says "this fucking guy gotta come in ah." Shocking. The tech began the refund process and they fixed the skid plate. It's still permanently damaged underneath from being folded and dragged, but at least they secured it. Received 0 apology for damage or inconvenience. And a whole lot of attitude. Absolutely would recommend she be fired. Super rude. Acted like it was my fault I didn't know how to fix the problem and took 0 accountability. Pics are from after I attempted to fix it. Needed air in my tires, decided to go back to Jiffy Lube Kaneohe for a recheck, Daniel ( mgr) & team calling them aunty & uncle checked & filled all 4 tires to their proper pressure(32 psi) topped off the oil & filled the windshield washer reservoir! Terrible experience. I got here around 7:00 AM for their "first come, first serve" safety inspection service while it was lightly drizzling for only a few minutes. By around 7:05 AM, the rain had completely stopped, but the senior mechanic still refused to do our safety check, saying, "We don't do safety checks when it's raining." He also admitted, "If I do your car's safety, other cars will line up too," which made it feel more like they simply did not want to work rather than an actual safety concern. Very disappointing customer service and a waste of time after showing up early in the morning. read more

Super fast and very good service! Battery died right around the corner from this location. The person who jumped our car recommended Jiffy Lube to change the battery. All of my experiences with Jiffy Lubes before have just been for oil changes, so we weren't too convinced that Jiffy Lube would be a good choice for batteries. But they were fantastic! We pulled in, motor running, they brought us in right away and changed the battery while we waited in the air conditioned office. It took maybe 10 minutes and then we were back on the road, safe and happy. I might even consider getting my oil changes here. It's not the closest location to me, but beats waiting in line for the town ones! read more

Buyer beware. I went by there on OCT 10, 2023 with an indication to change oil. A low oil pressure light came on right before pulling into the garage. New manager and team at the Kaneohe location is a major improvement. After two visits last year with the prior team I didn't feel confident with their knowledge and they were extremely slow so I went into town instead and to their competitors with my three cars. Gave them another try on Monday and this new team with mgr Sheeran was a pleasant surprise. Knowledgeable and quick service. Also, Since their SUV lift wasn't available for the promo tire rotation that ended that day the mgr said I can come back next week and she'll still honor it.
