I had Sherman come out to look at both my 2012 Toyota Camry and my 2010 Chevy Impala, and I…read morecouldn't be happier with the service. My Camry had a no-start issue, and instead of trying to sell me a starter or some expensive repair like less honest mechanics might have done, Sherman took the time to properly diagnose the problem and found that a connector wasn't plugged in correctly. He fixed it quickly and had the car running again. On my Impala, he completed an oil change and repaired my cigarette lighter outlets, which had been damaged by an overpowered device that had melted part of the circuit. Everything is working properly now. He arrived on time, was professional from start to finish, explained everything clearly, and charged a very fair price. He even followed up by sending me a PDF with diagnostic codes and a detailed list of recommended maintenance items for future service. It's hard to find mechanics who are knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, but Sherman checked all three boxes. This was easily a 10/10 experience, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for reliable automotive service. I appreciate the work, the honesty, and the professionalism. Looking forward to working with him again in the future.

Timely and responsive!…read more I reached out to several contractors for my project through Yelp. I received plenty of responses, but Manny's Mobile Auto Repair Services was the only one who actually showed up and followed through. Manny arrived on time, evaluated the scope of work, and completed the job exactly as requested. The convenience of having the service done at my home was a huge plus--it saved me from taking time off work and making a trip to a repair shop. I was able to continue working from home while Manny handled everything efficiently. I was so impressed with his workmanship and professionalism that I've already scheduled him again for another upcoming project on my Jeep Gladiator. I highly recommend his services!

I have been taking my car here for about 5 years. They have changed for the worse! I went for an…read moreoil change a few weeks ago, they recommended around $700 worth of work that was "needed". I took my car to my mechanic and he changed the belt that was recommended but my original belt was in great condition. 1st Choice Auto broke the clamps that hold my air filter in place. And they also did not change my oil that I paid almost $70. After a week and a half when my mechanic drained my fresh oil that they claimed to have changed, it was really dark and really thick. We are thinking they just added more oil into the oil already in my car instead of doing an oil change. Also they didn't put the correct oil for my car. I will never go there again. This is ridiculous and grimey for a company to do. I'm angry and disgusted. I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years and have never experienced this. Shame on this company for lying, deceiving, and basically stealing money from their customers. Whatever you do, do NOT bring your cars here. They will break stuff, lie to you, and half way do the work that you pay for.
