AVOID AT ALL COSTS! TRY TO SCAM YOU FOR MONEY!!!!!!! I went there a few weeks ago because my car was lagging to start. Brandon tried to tell me it was my alternator which had been changed a few years ago. I told him it was very new and he told me he had changed one a few months prior on a jeep (a different car than the one I brought in). I asked him what that had to do with my car and he was like "it's going to be 500 dollars for a used one and more if you want a new one. I told him that I was going to get a second opinion, he said I needed to see a master mechanic at jiffy lube and that I needed to come in and hope that they had one there that day. I asked him about making an appointment and he was reluctant to schedule me. When I went to pick up my car- he said he wrote my name down for an appointment but didn't. I took my car to Atlas Automotive to get a second opinion and they fixed my car the next day and diagnosed it as a bad battery and corroded wires. There was obvious corrosion under the hood- and jiffy lube said "my battery was working fine". They just wanted a 500 dollar plus sale. Avoid this place at all costs- take your car to atlas- where the mechanics are friendly, experienced, and very open about repairs. read more

I have never had a problem, I didn't at first that day either but when i came back to pick up my car the older lady screwed everything up! She had no clue what she was doing. First of all i told her the name and then she could not find my invoice, then she said oh ya yours was the won ty hat flew away! Ok she did not even pull me up. She said yours is $104 I said i have a coupon from jeffy lube for $25 off and she said no that is for Oklahoma City! I said will is there one for our area she said ugh no! I said ok my husband works for the city of Glenpool and they get a discount and she said ugh i will have find out like she was going to go out of her way to find out. I just spent 2 hours in your Glenpool store waiting on my car. When I pulled in (2:20pm), I was told it would be a 25-minute wait. I told the young blonde guy (very nice kid--very helpful) I was walking over to Walmart and I would be back in 10 minutes. When I got back, other people were announced that their cars were ready, so I assumed they would call my name eventually. I got a phone call (2:50pm--while I was in the lobby) from your team about my service and the price. I approved. At 4:05 I finally had enough Gunsmoke reruns and asked for my car. Again, the young guy that helped me first was very nice. The older guy that was taking payment copped an attitude. No apology. No excuses. He just acted like it was a normal transaction. I said I was in a hurry to pay, and he snapped at me, "I'm doing my job." I responded, "Evidently not," and he turned and walked into the bay area. I had to process the rest of my transaction in an effort to leave. After another few minutes he came back in and just dropped my key on the desk and handed me the receipt. No "thank you." No "I'm sorry for your wait." Nothing. When I got to my car and tried to call the manager, the same guy answered the phone and gave me more attitude when I asked for Justin Morris. Your "customer service" person is anything but. TRAINING IS IN ORDER. Your "greeters" are doing a fantastic job. PROMOTIONS ARE IN ORDER. My experience is as follows: I came into this Jiffy Lube to get just an oil change. I was met by a young guy who took my car and told me to go inside and wait. The receptionist told me to take a seat as I waited to be called up. When she called me up, she pushed the screen to face me and put the keyboard in front of me and asked me to enter in so much personal information. I told her she didn't need my address to which she said corporate needed my address. Which I then replied that corporate has no business needing my address for a car oil changing business. I then told her she didn't need my email either for I didn't need spam email. She told me they needed it to send me my receipt because they don't print receipts anymore..... rigghhhtt..... She then slapped my cabin filter on the table and was like this is dirty. I chose to change it because I know it's been a good minute since I changed it. They replaced my windshield wipers and fluid too. She claimed my transmission fluid was a quart low but that seemed to be their running rhetoric, for the time I sat in the lobby it was the same statement she said to other customers waiting for their vehicle. They filled my tires and claimed to have vacuumed my car (they didn't vacuum my car). I paid around $167 for all this and guess what? She printed me a receipt....... The receptionist came out with me to my car and showed me they changed the oil and I was on my way. I only made it down the street before I heard my skid plate below dragging on the concrete. I drove back and told them something is dragging under my car. The technician goes "Oh your skid plate isn't attached we went ahead and got new plug/tabs and attached it". Now I know that the tabs that hold these skid plates in are designed to snap off and there is no way they used the same tabs to reattach it. I bet you its attached by zips ties now. So, for the next 2-3 weeks, I got texts and emails begging me to give you guys a review. I never got and emailed receipt. I refrained from writing a review because you really weren't going to enjoy reading it but today all of my windshield wiper fluid just dumped all over the ground and this has not happened before going to this place. I had my normal oil changed and they also did work on by breaks. John the mechanic was wonderful at explaining and showing me exactly what needed to be done right away and what could wait. Thankfully I was able to get approved for the Snap financing and was able to take care of everything that needed to be done that day. I called other shops in the area and spoke with them about what was suggested that I needed to have done and Jiffy Lube was the least in cost. When it was all said and done it was around $200 less than the quote. Great customer service and follow up afterwards. I will be back. read more

My wife and I brought both our cars here to get serviced before our move out to Florida. Now that we're here and it's time to change our oil, the mechanic said the drain plug in her jeep was stripped round so they couldn't get it out. Now I'm being charged to remove the plug. Also, they don't check any fluids or tire pressure like they say they do. My tire light was on before and AFTER being serviced and when I got home, I aired it up to correct pressure and the light went off. Bottom line, don't waste your time with this place. Go to Hibdon Tire in Tulsa Hills. We should have gone there but we were in a hurry. That's what I get! read more

I had my oil changed here on Friday, June 16th. On Thursday June 22nd the motor seized due to the engine being started with no oil. My car is a Honda with 48,000 miles on it, routine maintenance performed. The motor had oil in it when it blew. I can't even give this jiffy lube a 1 because of the way I have been treated. Because of your negligence I was without my car for 3 days. Because you installed a oil filter improperly, my engine light came on. I spent over $100 putting in a new oil pressure sensor. Employees not helpful. The worst service. Trying to tell me it was because we installed the wrong sensor when in fact it was your negligence installing the oil filter improperly. I was waiting at Robertson Tire to have my oil changed along with tire rotation. I arrived at 1:30 PM not thinking they were busy(minimal work ordered and vehicles In parking lot) by 2:55 PM still had not touched my car. Called Jiffy lube and they had me in and out within 30 minutes, great friendly service. Will be returning to Jiffy Lube. read more

I didn't pull up until 5:30 PM. I had not expected such a warm welcome from the lady. This was my first time here after having my previous vehicle serviced in Tulsa. I had recently purchased a used car and needed an oil change right away. Everyone seemed to be working well and remaining focused despite the cold temperatures and closing time approaching. Within two seconds after entering the establishment, my daughter helped herself to some free popcorn (familiar) and a complimentary can pop of her choice (unheard of) with the option of water being offered, also. Im sure on the way out I will grab a grape sucker for myself. I'm not at all an expert, so best I can tell they did a great job. I felt informed and was treated like a person rather than a number to herd in and out. The place is new so it just felt clean no matter where we sat. I've been advices to never go to a place that offer fast oil service. My experience told me I will be back for my next one at this very location. read more

Never in my life will I go again, I was taken advantage of to get more money out of. I went and took my car on Saturday to see what the screeching noise was. I waited 35-40 minutes only to be told that my water pump and my belts needed to be replaced. I was told that nothing could be done today as they did not have the part and could not do anything till Tuesday. I was told labor alone would be $450 not including parts and they could not give a price on that just yet. I was told to keep my coolant full I watch for my car to overheat. Going home worried about that, constantly looking at my temperature gage I made it from Glenpool to Henryetta and it did not budge. I popped my hood when I got home and the coolant had not drained since filled at the repair shop. I have a friend who has been a mechanic for 40 years and has his own shop here in Henryetta, come and take a second look at my car, I was told that there was nothing wrong with my water pump and he showed me,my belts were fine and in working order. He then showed me exactly where the noise was coming from and what I needed to replace. It had nothing to do with the water pump or belts. The tensioner and idler pulleys were giving out and needed to be replaced. Realizing I could of been potentially ripped off, I am writing this review. Always get a second opinion !!! And demand them to show you what is wrong, you have the right to know before giving hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Chain automotive repair shops, I am convinced will take advantage of you not knowing. One thing leads to another and before you know it your having your whole car rebuilt, sad part about it people like me would just pay it trusting what they say. read more
