Brought my car in for oil change, brake fluid change, and transmission fluid change. Was told it would be a few hours and could I come back. I said yes, but after 4 hours no one had called me. I called them and they said it wouldn't be done today because they "got busy"! Had to leave it overnight which was a huge imposition and unplanned. Also tried calling to get an update after the first call, and no one EVER answered the phone--tried 5 times, phone rang 11 times each before disconnecting, so someone listened to the phone ringing 55 times without answering. Finally got the car the NEXT day, which was a huge hassle, and they didn't turn off the maintenance light. Had to specially request that someone turn it off before I could leave. No one ever seemed sorry about all this hassle even though I told them I was NOT HAPPY. I will not be back. The WHOLE POINT of a drive-through car service is to have it done the SAME DAY you bring it in, not have to listen to why they serviced other cars before mine and then couldn't finish mine even though they'd had 7 hours to work on it. I've been going here on and off for 14 years. This week they put synthetic in my car without asking. When I balked at the price, they told me my car requires it, which not true. Then they drove my car around to the back of the line to replace the synthetic with regular. The kicker - they left grease or oil on my steering wheel. I have it 2 out of 5 being, the service was done good or seemed to be sofar, but after getting a oil change, they did not put the sticker on that they usually put on telling you when the next service is due, and when calling they would not answer the phones. Doubt will go back since they can't even answer the phones to get the concern addressed. Oil changes are to have stickers for due mileage. They failed to provide one. read more

When I finally pulled in, employee says he does not have the yellow plug to complete the oil change. I asked him why he did not tell me this while seeing me next in line for 25 minutes. They do wonderful, quality work as well as give wonderful customer service. This was the best Jiffy Lube store I have ever been to! I was down the road and decided to find one for an oil change before I drive back to Florida. The staff were incredibly nice and very quick! Vacuumed my car as well which was a first for me. I've been to Jiffy Lube stores in Florida and Nashville and this was the most customer-service oriented store I have been to. This place was very convenient because I shopped for groceries next store (Sprouts)over while they changed the oil etc. I thought the cost was reasonable: $42, as they offered me the discount price with a coupon. I got my oil changed there today. It was a fantastic experience. The new manager Joe, was a pleasure to meet and helped me get the best deal on the services I needed. He explained why it would be a good idea to upgrade to a better quality oil for my high mileage vehicle but didn't pressure me at all. He thoroughly explained all their different services and that if I ever had an issue with any service I had done there to make sure he knew so that he could take care of it. I could tell here really cared about the quality of their work and their customers. Not only do they change your oil, but they also vacuum your floors, clean your windows and fill your tires with air. I can't imagine better service anywhere. I give them 1 star because it is not possible to give them zero stars. They were supposed to change the spark plugs in my vehicle. After pretending to be mechanics for 2 hours they called and told me that they didn't have the right tools to do the job. I came back and got my vehicle and it had the check engine light on and would barely run. It's going to cost over $500 for a real mechanic to make this operable again. I went in on my lunch break for an oil change. I had a Groupon (which I buy for every oil change) that included tire rotation, RainX and oil change. The service was very quick, the gentleman informed me that I should get new tires and I was back at work quickly. When I got to work I tried to use my windshield wiper fluid and it was still out, so they clearly didn't fill it up when they marked it off on the printout that was given to me... now I wonder what other services they skipped... the tire rotation? I've had much better results at Nashville locations. read more
