I've had absolutely excellent customer service from each member that's helped me. Tina was exceptional and my whole family prefers her when we come in! She's very sweet, informative, and friendly. I noticed on my old receipt that the oil plug was torqued to recommend specs. While waiting today for service I did not see a torque wrench being used on multiple vehicles before me. Are you guys using some new type of wrench that we don't know about? My vehicle is not leaking after service but if it's not being done then why is it in the receipt? read more

The guy uncharged me 45 dollars on an oils change because it's a "premium car gets premium care". Absolutely ridiculous. They took advantage of me because I was 18. Needless to say I am the most pissed off with them as ever. Such a slimy company. They used no different oil. They didn't have to do anything different from any of the other cars we've taken. I would've thought this place was just to go get your oil changed, but I've used them a few times on basic maintenance. I've been happy every time and the pricing is reasonable. Last Saturday my car died and was towed into the Springhill location. They were just closing, but Joshua Wright and Gary wanted to do a quick diagnostic before the weekend and it ended up being my battery. Dontarious was our attendant, and was kind, courteous, and professional (not to mention, I loved his singing!) Truly helped this mama bear out! As a single mom of 2 daughters, I do my best to teach my girls to be independent but my 17 year old was pretty scared to get her oil changed for the first time on her own so I decided I would get my oil changed in my jeep at the same time as she got her car taken care of. I pulled up with her following behind me and told the technician that my daughter was in the car behind me and it was her first oil change and she was nervous. They had me pull in one bay and her beside me. Her technician was very polite and explained everything to her. my daughter brought her car to have the oil changed and left scared to death. We have had 0 problems with this car and have maintained it since we bought it. She called me at work a complete wreck saying she had a coolant leak. I just changed the battery in this car and checked all the fluids when doing so (my daddy taught me a thing or two) and there was absolutely nothing wrong then, there was nothing wrong when she took it in but now....she also said she heard the tech say oh s!@# while he was under the car. So, they messed up her car and will not make it right. We do not recommend this place unless you want unnecessary mechanical work done. read more

I usually do not get angry about things but sometimes it bothers me for them not apologize taking all day with a only one vehicle family with a scheduled appointment, so I took my vehicle there with a scheduled appointment and it took them 6 hours to complete my vehicle brakes and they put on the wrong brakes and discs and had to get the right kind hopefully they didn't put on the wrong size breaks.... read more

I needed an oil change and a tire rotation. I found these guys and saw their great reviews. When I went to the web site, it let me make an appointment .So instead of heading on down at like 9:30am, I scheduled the next available, which was 12pm. When I got there, they told me they don't actually do those online appointments. He said he usually calls people to tell them, but he didn't have time. Of course, this is an absolutely ridiculous way of doing business. Letting people schedule online, then trying to call them to tell them they can't schedule online. So on the service side, there were at least 3 guys, and they were all just kind of hanging out. Maybe it was lunch time, I don't know. But again, I wouldn't have come at that time except that the web site specifically told me to. They told me to go to the other side and wait for an oil change. They said they do that first, and after that, they would look at my tires. I drove to the other side and realized I would be waiting a while there too, so I finally gave up and drove to another place nearby where they took care of me. Obviously, I won't be back. Be sure you don't make an appointment online, as you will be disappointed. read more

The service I received was fine. However, the sticker placed on my car showed that I needed my oil changed after 3,000 miles. They should have known that Toyota recommends an oil change after 5,000. Since they should know this, they were probably wanting me to change my oil more frequently in order for them to make more money. read more

I have been using this place for several years for repairs/tuneups. Up until now everything has been great. Unfortunately things change quickly if you experience a bad service from them. The general manager of the store was immediately hostile towards me. He was completely unwilling to listen to my complaints. After trying to reason with him and the crew working. I did get an attitude back. I'm only including this because I'm sure the response to this will state this. Sadly it took more then 15 minutes of trying to tell them the issue before they even understand what I was saying to them. All this while being pressured by three of the workers and the general manager. About a month ago the car was serviced. It had a general tuneup, water pump and timing belt replaced. This automobile has only been here to be serviced. The problem is that when they put the car back together lots of clips were left off. The plastic under the bumper fell off after a month. I'll just assume the general manager is afraid to get in trouble for faulty work. I really don't know. There is no damage to the bumper whatsoever. However, the general manager is claiming the car ran over something. The plastic shroud in question is higher then the bumper that has no damage. Plus, every push button clip under the front bumper is missing. Not just one or two but practically all of them. It seems to be a good place for an oil change, but I can't recommend having any other services done here. Mistakes happen all the time. It's how we handle them that make the difference. read more

I'm always greeted upon pulling in even if I'm waiting behind other cars. The manners of these employees are always superb! They explain everything they're doing and I don't feel like I'm being "upsold" on products or services. Highly recommend taking your vehicles here for services because you'll be taken care of and won't break the bank! June 20 2018 So it happened to me! Had flat tire! Put my spare tire on and it was flat,too. What a lucky day! Drove my poor car to the nearest car care center. They are located less than a mile away from my home although I wanted to take it to Express oil change, this other place was closer. Anyhow my little girl and I walked in, it wasn't welcoming. 1st thing receptionist said to us was " we're very busy today" with tone. I really needed my tire fixed so we waited, all they said to us was it will be a long wait. We waited for a while and decided to call Lyft service. We left my car in parking lot and took our busted tire to Express Oil Change by Lyft. They looked at it and said it can't be fixed ( due to big piece of metal in it) but they can order a new tire. They asked where my car was and they "drove" us back to the parking lot of 1st car care center, asked to use their air to pump my flat spare tire and just took a few minutes and we were able to drive back to our home. They did all this out of kindness and it was so nice. Express Oil Change told us to come by when tire gets in next day so we did. Since I had purchased " TIRE PROTECTION PLAN " my brand spanking new tire was FREE!!!! I am so thankful for these people. Thank you so much! read more

Tried to get my oil changed for my company vehicle today. For some reason today they said authorization would take 15-20 minutes and they wanted me to drive around and get in the back of the line! For a simple oil change, my company doesn't require authorization. Soo anyhow, I won't be taking my personal or my company vehicle there any longer. I pulled into Express Oil Change and even before I had gotten out of my car, a nice young chap named Philip came out to assist me. Philip later warned me regarding the condition of my tires. I also spoke to his supervisor, Marco, another helpful and polite young chappie. All in all, I had an excellent experience with Philip and Marco and if I still lived in or near Spring Hill, would do all my car related business with them.
