I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for some time now -- probably a dozen times by now -- and they never disappoint! Shad and his team are truly amazing. They're always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. I've brought both my Land Rover and my Jeep here, and even when it's something they can't handle directly, they take the time to explain what's going on and point me in the right direction. I came here for an oil change and honestly had a frustrating experience. After starting the service, the staff realized they might not have the correct oil filter for my vehicle. One of the technicians even said, "They should've taken this shit to the dealership," which was very unprofessional to hear as a customer. They eventually found the right filter and finished the job, but this situation could've been avoided if they had checked for the correct filter before taking the old one off. Imagine if they hadn't found it I would've been stuck mid-service. Poor preparation and communication overall. That said, I do want to recognize Zachary he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. If you go here, I recommend asking for him specifically. read more

I lost my sticker for my car so I stopped by to see when I was due for my next oil change and they replaced my sticker as well as noticed that I needed air in my tire! Great place with professional manager. If you live nearby I highly suggest going to this specific Jiffy Lube. Came in for a top off because my water light came on. Turns out a hose came undone while driving spraying coolant all over the engine. Dustin hooked it back up, topped off the fluid, and had me back on the road in no time. Awesome service. read more

I couldn't have asked for a better experience! To make a long story short, after taking my car to another Jiffy Lube that left my car in a not great situation. I was on my way home from a trip and this Dupont location was right off the freeway after my check engine and EPC light came on. Andrew, and his team were SUPER helpful! Prepare for a long review. I should've posted this a long time ago when it happened (2/14/2022) but I was so angry and frustrated that this occurred. For context, my dad was deployed when this happened and he's the one that helps me with my oil changes and has for the majority of my life since he's a mechanic. That's why there's such a big gap in the oil changes that Mr. Ellis pointed out. Anyways, jiffy lube forgot to put oil in my car and refused to pay for damages. A blown engine all because someone forgot to put oil back in my car. After my car dying on me three miles later, I had it towed back to jiffy lube, they put oil in since there wasn't any(they checked), in hopes that it'd fix the problem. Too late. They tried to make it seem like its my fault in stating there was a rear main seal leak but I had the ford dealership check for that after ruining my car. Surprise surprise, there wasn't one. I took it into the ford dealership where they found no leaks and said the reason the engine wasn't working was because of lack of lubrication aka no oil. Guess who had an oil change with jiffy lube and then 3 miles later my car broke down. I spoke with Adam Ellis, who was the regional manager at the time, not sure if he still is and they had a third party insurance that was hired by their company to look at my car but I wasn't surprised they said jiffy lube wasn't at fault. I'd post a screenshot of the email from the claims department saying the third party insurance deemed jiffy lube not at fault but there's some legal jargon in there about not reproducing the email. In Mr. Ellis emails, he makes it seem like I did something wrong because there was a gap in getting my oil changed at jiffy lube since my dad was changing it at home. Not once did I have a problem or "rear main seal leak" when my dad helped me with my oil changes. My dad was deployed and I didn't want to change my oil in the rain. Figured I could trust jiffy lube to do their job correctly. WRONG. That should just show you my car had no problems UNTIL my car was seen at jiffy lube. The store manager at the time, Arabella and Mr. Ellis both said they had footage of the techs checking the oil level after putting oil back in but conveniently their cameras stopped working for three minutes when "oil was being put in" so they can't confirm or deny if oil was put back in. I've attached a pic of receipt, documents from ford stating my odometer and the damage, notes from the store manager (Arabella).As well as pictures of Adam Ellis' emails and the claim department that said jiffy lube wasn't at fault. $80 for an oil change. Stereotypical add-on for air filter ($28). Didn't even vacuum or clean windows as advertised on website because "the customer has to ask for it". This was the best oil change experience I've ever had! Usually I am intimidated by auto mechanics because I know very little about vehicles, and my husband is deployed so I had to go in myself. Danny and a very nice girl there (I am so sorry I didn't get your name) were extremely helpful. She even gave me directions to go buy the oil filter I needed since most shops don't carry it and the Land Rover dealership is overpriced and 30+ minutes away. I will go back here for all of my oil changes and anything else they can help with. No up-selling, just friendly, knowledgeable, helpful service. On July 22, 2021 I received an oil change from this Jiffy Lube. (DuPont) Ever since Covid ...we (customers) sit in the car for services. The talk among the service techs was unprofessional. I heard a racist comment followed by oh you don't watch South Park to another service tech. But that's not why I'm writing this... They didn't install my skid plate for my oil pan correctly on my black Honda Civic. It flew off on my drive to work the next day. I go back.... They promised to fix it... Only after telling me that I don't really need a skid plate. They haven't contacted me or bothered to let me know what's going on. It's complete garbage, that no one cares. Please be advised, do your own oil change. That's probably the only good thing that came out of this. read more

Just got my toyota corolla's oil changed! Pulled in the parking lot and was instantly warmly greeted by an employee and then later called by name. I appreciated these little things! Just amazing customer service from a couple of young honest, very friendly and patient men at this place. I called to make sure they were accepting walk in oil changes, since they said yes, I drove right over. Walked in and they had it done promptly as told over the phone. My "low air in tire" indicator came on. And finding usable air pumps is always a hassle. Happened to see these guys were open even on Labor Day. Asked if they could check my tires. They did all four very quickly, for free. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and nice. The staff at this store is very nice, however the store is a rip off. I took my daughter down there 3 month ago to get her oil changed. They charged me $65. My daughter went by herself and they tried to charge her $100. After I got off the phone I called Toyota in Olympia and for the same oil they were going to charge me $50. We have had the same issues over the years were they charge my wife one price and me a completely total price. Same oil type, no additional services. Despite all the horror stories about Jiffy Lube on the news and youtube, this JL is spot on. Once again, Barry the manager is quick to help and assist you as soon as you pull up. He breaks it all down in an easy to understand fashion and you make your choice of basic(conventional), high mileage, synthetic blend, Pennzoil Platinum or the best Pennzoil Ultra. Fast service! I went in for a quick oil change, the worker walked me through everything and gave me extra info on other things to be on the lookout for once I hit certain mileages. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain everything to me. I was in and out in about 20 minutes, it was amazing. They changed my oil and air filter, rotated my tires, cleaned my windshield, and topped me up on fluids. The worker told me I could even go to any Jiffy Lube and ask for a top off whenever I wanted. Barry, the manager here, is the most straight forward Jiffy Lube employee I've worked with. Haven't been to a JL for a long time before today but it was convenient so I stopped in. He didn't pressure or try to upsale me which I know is something the employees here are measured by. He was quick and to the point, got me on my way really fast. I've been getting an oil change for about 5 years now. Every time I went in, I am greeted and customer service was great. 9 out of 10 times the service was quick. I love that they give a military discount. I get that they try to up sell which makes me uncomfortable but I do appreciate that they explain and inform and not being pushy about it. Not only they do and oil change but they do lightly vacuum your vehicle and top your fluids. It's very convenient for me where the location is and how the hours are. I like supporting these business in my city and support business that supports the military. read more
