    A tire

I needed a tire rotation the manager at the time indicated he had new guys he was mentoring and it might take some time. I appreciated the communication and was able to adjust my schedule accordingly. He was polite, kind and prompt. Well done.

So much for them putting air in my tires like I asked.

First and last time coming here, that's for sure. I couldn't get into the dealership for a few days, so I stopped here. The first red flag should have been that nobody else was there and I got right in. The guy who helped me was very nice, but I was shocked when a synthetic oil change, air filter and fluid top off for my Jeep Compass was $150! My Jeep dealership has a 3 package deal for $180, which includes fluids and tire rotations! I asked them to please check the tire pressure, and he said they do that and will put air in them. They didn't do this ad I had to stop at a gas station and do it myself. I won't be back! This place is a rip-off.

If basic vehicle maintenance is what you are looking for, then Jiffy Lube is a viable option. They would have received higher ratings from me if it wasn't for the fact that they were up-selling their services. They were pushing synthetic motor oil little too hard for my lubrication needs. Why did they show me the air filter that I replaced less than a month ago? Are they showing me they know how to remove an air filter? Not cool... Other than the up selling that was going on, the service was quick, efficient and I believe done properly. The waiting area is clean with magazines,TV and vending machine. Jiffy Lube is also an excellent value when you bring in the online coupon for $11 off your signature oil change. When compared to the automobile dealership, this place is a steal. I will patronize this Jiffy Lube again and certainly recommend that you do too. Salute!

Worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Paid over $100 dollars for an oil change, also paid for fluids to be topped off and I don't even have coolant in my car. Thanks for taking my money and not even doing a service that was paid for. Manager had no interest in helping.

Does this look like fresh oil with only 63 miles since it was changed?

Ben, ben@lubemgt.com I did take my claim to you with proof from the Diesel shop that replaced my engine. The oil was black and had clearly not been changed. My Diesel shop advised me to make a claim as there was little to no oil. I had no issues ever until I took it to your shop to have the oil changed. Your techs didn't even know what type of oil it required or where the dip stick was to check the oil. Don't post like this is the first you have heard of this as I ha e talked to you on the phone several times. You are well aware of this situation and are just trying to do damage control. Took my $75,000 Hummer H1 into have the oil changed at the 1028 E Draper Park Way. Hummer had 51,000 miles and it ran perfectly. Their techs didn't know where the dip stick was, where the coolant went or what kind of oil to use. I drove my Hummer 63 miles right after getting it done. I was on the freeway and it started making a loud banging noise and then I lost power. $9500 later and a brand new engine and I'm back on the road. Do no not take your vehicle here!

Vandalized my vehicle. Stay away from Jiffy lube. They destroyed my oil pan threads. Try to treat me like a nobody. $930. I now paying out of my pocket for their mistake five months ago... FYI They use 50% used oil and smaller filters to save money and get more profits. They treated me like I'm responsible for their mistake. Stay away from this place tell your friends and family.

This was my dipstick 4 days after it's been pissing all over my floor after being over full.

I paid 74.51 for an oil change and that's all the invoice says a "Signature High Mileage Oil Change Service" for 65.99 plus tax! Wow!

My mechanic was skilled and quick, it only took him just a few minutes to change everything out and I was set to go. Price was fair and I'm happy with the service and the techs they sent who were courteous and friendly. I've added them as a contact for future repairs, so I'm recommending them here for anyone else that needs auto servicing.

This will be long because these guys deserve a proper review. We were in town from Las Vegas and…read morewere staying in Provo. All the eletrical in our car went out we assumed we needed a battery which is something we change out every few years because Vegas summers are brutal. We changed it out but the battery light kept flashing on and off we thought we need to drive the car so the battery can juice up the car. We drove from Provo to SLC for a graduation and on our way back at around 9000 S. the electrical started going out again and we pulled over at a Maverick. We were told after making a call to a shop that its probably the alternator considering the battery change didnt fix the issue. They also told us that they werent available to take it until the next week which wasnt an option for us because we had to get back for work. I went on Yelp and Best Buds Mobile service popped up with 5 star reviews so I called. The gentleman that answered was genuine as explained that we thought it was the alternator. He gave me a quote that was within what I was willing to pay. I asked him if he had a number to a tow place so I can get it towed to them. He said "its ok we come to you". I was surprised but then "duh" it says "mobile" in their name. He also told me it would probably be about and hour and a half for them to repair. WHAT! It really did seem too good to be true. The shop we had previously called quoted us double what these guys quoted. They literally showed up within 30 min they arrived at that Maverick parking lot and probably less than the time frame he told me it would take them to fix it we were on our way back to Provo and now we are home and our car is running perfectly! These guys are a gem! I Googled the cost to replace the alternator and they were within the range. So Im going to say they are honest. I wish they were in in Vegas. But now we know if there are any car repair needs for us when in Utah or our family we will be reffering Best Buds Mobile Services. Thank you for the best auto repair service we have hands down ever had!

They are very honest and I didnt feel like I was going to get scammed. I was a little nervous walking up to a used car dealership. But everything went great. I even threw the invoice into chatgpt to make sure the pricing was well. The other amazing thing was, I bought front break pads from the Mercedes dealership and I asked them if they could use those and change them since I couldnt return it back. They said yes! This is unheard of. Most service companies make money off of parts. But these guys were great. The dealership was clean and everyone was nice. I do most of the work myself because I want to avoid people scamming me. I have already told 4 people about this and plan on posting about it on instagram to let everyone know. Companies need to know if you dont scam people and work with them they will get more business. But companies are trying to get as much from customoers. Thank you KC you were the best! I will reach out for sure. Thank you for communicating so well and being available and very responsive. Terrible experience. I came here hoping to knock out a quick oil change before getting a car wash…read more After the techs spent about 10 minutes trying to upsell me on items from the "inspection" that I didn't request, they informed me that they had already drained my oil but couldn't replace the filter because the skid plate bolts were stripped and they couldn't get it off. This was right after I heard their torque wrench audibly destroy the bolts. They admitted that they had indeed stripped out the bolts trying to remove them. To make it worse they told me that while they wouldn't charge for the oil filter they would still charge me for the oil. I explained that it makes no sense to pay for the oil if I have to go right back somewhere else and have it drained again in order to replace the filter. After arguing they went back down and worked on the bolts and were able to finally get them off and replace the filter. But now the bolts were stripped and they couldn't put the skid plate back on safely! They claim to have called around looking for new bolts but couldn't find any. They did their best to re-attach the skid plate with just a few partially stripped bolts. So now I have to go have the skid plate removed again and reattached with new bolts. And they charged me full price for everything even though they stripped my bolts. What should have been an easy oil change has note resulted in a big headache for me. Avoid this place!

This was the first repair that was needed outside of my warranty and outside of VW. These guys were honest and straightforward about what was wrong and the cost and the recommendations they provided. That said, having just made the first of many credit card payments for work I never would have had done given the full scope of what my vehicle needed, I feel compelled to prevent this from happening to anyone else. While the actual work done here seems fairly competent, the diagnostic process seems about as accurate as playing darts blindfolded. I brought my car in because it was creaking misfiring, and the check engine light was on. I told them that I believed my engine mounts were worn out and that I also needed a diagnoses for the misfiring. They told me that the cause for the misfiring was likely that my spark plugs and ignition coils were worn out, because that usually happens around 100k miles and my vehicle was past that. I agreed to have them replaced along with new engine mounts, to the tune of $2,600. I was told that after this my vehicle would be like a totally different car. The very next day, my car misfired again and the check engine light came back on. When I brought it back, they informed me that they don't have any way of knowing this fo sure, but I probably actually had a blown head gasket. I brought my car to a different mechanic shop who did a full and complete diagnostic from bumper to bumper and took photos of everything wrong with the car- from a blown head gasket to a leaking transmission to almost completely worn wheel bushings and a host of other problems totaling over $8,200 in addition to the $2,600 I had already paid at Red Rock Auto. Had I known this in the first place, I never would have paid $2,600 on a doomed old van that needed almost $11,000 in work done. I had to buy a new van and that $2,600 would have really helped with the down payment. I'm tempted to say that I feel duped, but I don't think there was any malice or fraud going on- just general laziness or incompetence in the diagnostic process that very negatively affected me.
