I went to Jiffy Lube yesterday to have my tire valve changed for it had a tear and when I touched it it would leak air, when I got there this guy named "Dean" (Who seems a little off mentality) proceeded to changed the bad valve as he exposed it the valve had a sensor on it, the next thing I see is that he tore the sensor off instead of removing it properly and destroyed it and he just put a normal valve without the sensor. There was nothing wrong with my sensor and all he had to do was to unscrew it and put it aside and then change the valve. When I went back and spoke to the person in charge. He contradicted me by saying that I wanted a simple valve and didn't care about the sensor. How could I not care about a 2018 Ford Fusion hybrid tire sensor?!! And he said that if I would bring the car for him to see if the sensor was not attached by a small screw, he would charge me. (No need, here's the picture of the actual valve) No professionalism whatsoever, and they like to get argumentative. read more

Was excited when this place opened as a local in town oil change place. But was not impressed at all by the work. Suddenly all my rear lights didn't work? Odd. Replaced those and did oil change. Very expensive prices and poor quality work. Heard one guy below fighting the filter, it later leaked in my driveway, so obviously he didn't know what he was doing. The crew seemed disorganized and had the I don't really care your here attitude. One worker even had a pot leaf t-shirt that said F you on it. Who employs clowns like this? Very unprofessional. I was thinking of buying a vehicle and had some work done. I ordered some tires and went through their finance company. I ended up not buying the car and told them so. this was at the end of August. I asked them to take the tires off my credit and they did not do so. But I only found this out by calling the finance company. So I went back up there yesterday and asked if the tires could be taken off. Robbie said he would call and have the tires taken off my credit. So I call today the finance company and now it is they have to review video to see if I had the work done and I have to continue to make payments to their finance company for tires and work I have not had done. If this is the way Jiffy lube runs its business then I will not deal with a dishonest company. this is not the first time we had a problem with them either. We had an altenator replaced. My wife said the vehicle was have electrical problems. We ended up taking our vehicle to Tim's automotive to see what the problem was and they forgot to plug in the altenator. I am not happy with this jiffey lube and will definately take my business and persuade others to take their business else where read more

Came in today to get an oil change. Wow! They were fast. Changed my oil. Vacuumed the interior. Checked my other fluids. Washed my windows. They were quick and efficient. I'm very impressed. I will definitely come back and bring my other vehicles. Great job! read more

I came in and he asked if I am aware of their synthetic oil and I said I was. He left and they proceed to do the synthetic oil, mind you I didn't want it. Then they tell me differentials are dark fluid on both, brakes are bad and I need all replaced. It's a new truck that was just purchased within 6k miles. I definitely do not trust them. I went into the jiffy lube in Dallas and was quickly met by a young man I think his name was Corey. I told him that my brakes were making a squeaking noise, he took it for a test drive and was prompt to let me know the price on a brake service. I went in and signed up through the snap program (getting approved) went back in a few days later to get the done. Alex was the one who was quick about getting the job done and getting me on the road with very safe and quiet brakes. John went above and beyond for me today. So, long story. My car's check engine light came on about 3 weeks ago. My bf had it looked at in town (I was out of state) and the place he took it to ran diagnostics on the car and then proceeded to erase them before reading them. We couldn't get the car fixed not knowing what was wrong. Fast forward to today. I had to take my son into Salem for an appointment (we live about 60 miles away, one way). On the way home, we were traveling down OR22 up the big hill when my car began sputtering and pulling. My speed dropped 20 mph on its own and I realized I needed to pull over as the check engine light lit up yet again. I called for a tow (it took 2 hours from the time I pulled off the road until they came to get me) and had them tow me to this Jiffy Lube. Before I arrived, I called to make sure they'd be able to help me get home tonight. We roll up in the tow truck and John, who was supposed to leave at 4 (it was now around 4:15) stayed late to fix my car. It turns out the spark plugs and a coil needed to be replaced. After replacing the parts, he even took the car for a test drive to make sure it was working properly and also ran diagnostics again to make sure all was good. He also sprayed my belt to help with the squeaking. He truly went above and beyond to make sure that my one year old son and I could make it home tonight. He even got me a small discount. I went for an oil change in late March before I went on a road trip to CA. However today, I went to a different company to get my oil changed (because I had a coupon and hey, who doesn't want to save some money?) The technician comes up to my window looking quite concerned and says "Were you aware that you do not have an air filter??" NO! I was NOT aware that I did not have an air filter. The funny thing is, I most definitely had purchased a new air filter just prior to visiting this location in March. The technician then proceeded to say "We were also concerned because the lid to where the air filter would go was not latched/secure". Needless to say, Jiffy Lube carelessly forgot to re-install my air filter and then I proceeded to drive 3,000+ miles in this state AND I had to buy a new one even though the one I had previously was only a few months old... Thank goodness nothing awful happened. I will not be returning. read more

The service is ok. My oil changes have gone fine. I purchased new tires here and they were willing to patch a hole in one from a large rock. They could use some attention to detail and customer service work. My hubcaps were installed with no consideration of where there was a notch specifically for the air valve. Not a huge deal they could fix that. Then the wrong TPMS sensor was used so I had to come back. Also wouldn't have been a big deal. I came in after work and was told, "man I wish you had come in earlier we only have 3 people" I kept asking for just a simple time quote and wasnt given any information. Someone else was sent my way and even though the part had been special ordered for me and was on site he wasnt willing to look or research my situation and I was sent on my way. I felt like I was an extreme inconvenience to their time based on their tones and body language. A week later I'm finally able to go back and I'm approached again and explained what I was there for. I was told they would check with someone to take care of me and then I was left waiting for 5 minutes while they all milled around not acknowledging me. No one came back to let me know timelines until the tech came to take my car back. I did not feel like anyone was interested in my business and just wanted me gone. Waited 30 minutes while they replaced my sensor and left. I did not feel confident in this crew and will likely look elsewhere for future service needs. read more

Do not take your car to Jiffy Lube. They have inexperience people working there. I went for an oil change and they blew out my engine. All the oil spilled out. My car is non-functional now. I take excellent care of my car and their services cost me big money. Do not go there. Every mechanic I spoke with said the same thing. I came in to get an oil change, and the guy came in and told me that the computer showed that my brake fluid was really low, and that it would cost me an extra $74.99 to get it flushed cause they aren't allowed to top it off... I looked at the paper I got from them and it says my brake fluid is FULL!!!! Now I don't know if they were trying to pull a fast one on me cause I'm a girl and statistically not supposed to know how to take care of my car, but I will never go back there again and they just lost mine and my family's business!!!!
