Customer Service A+ I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and I knew my car was past due for many services. However I did not realize all the services they offer. Its a one stop, very quick and professional place. I happened to mention my car needed brakes, routers, battery among many other things who knew they offered those services as well. If I would have taken my into a shop it would have easily been in there 2 days. I took my car in early afternoon and because I was able to have them do everything they stayed open an hour late to be sure everything was complete. Apparently once you take your vehicle in they have 3-4 technicians taking care of different services at once. I highly recommend them. I will most definitely be using them in the future. read more

Pros: Quick, very polite, friendly, many coupons to use, drinks in the lobby, wifi, and magazines to read. There is even a small Thomas The Train track for young children to play with. Cons: I was told by the person who first greeted me that I would get a call when my car was ready because they noticed I was leaving. I never got a call so I just went and my car has been ready for a while. When I mentioned I was told I would get a call they said they don't do calls when cars are ready. They check everything out good and are honest about when to change the oil next, didn't make me pay for tire rotation when the stud needed replacement and couldn't do the rotation. They don't push anything just will let you know about air filters, fuel filter, bulbs, etc. read more

The service was timely and people were nice enough. I was in a bit of a hurry and when I turned onto the freeway, a bunch of stuff fell into the floor of my car. They had checked the inside air filter and left the cover to the Air filter on the floor and my glove compartment had been removed and left on the seat so everything fell out and made a big mess and was rolling underneath where I was trying to use the brake. So I had to pull over and put everything back together, which was not easy because I've never done it before and I really did not appreciate that. I trusted them and didn't even think to look before I left and they had two people in my car that said it's ready. read more

Not only do they always go the extra mile by vacuuming the entire inside of the car and cleaning all the windows, but they also always have the best customer service. This time I had lost my card so I went to my bank to take out the exact money I needed for an oil change. They then advised me that I needed an engine treatment. I told the rep that I only had enough cash for the oil change but I do have Apple Pay, she said I think we can work it out later to find out that Apple Pay was not installed on their system yet. She then was kind enough to apply two separate coupons leaving me back to a total of what I had cash. Made my day! So much support read more

Printed a $5 off for an oil change and showed it to the guy when I pulled up. I asked how much the cheapest oil change was and he said 37.99. I told him I wanted the 30 dollar one and he said 37.99 is the cheapest he oil change they had. I left. Looking online, they do have a 30 dollar oil change. The place looked clean at least and they offer you free water bottles while you wait, as long as you're willing to pay a little more. read more

Usually I hate to give bad reviews BUT the manager named Xiou was really rude to me on the phone. He was dismissive and kept cutting me off when I was asking about the type of services they had to offer. He quickly ended my conversation with him and had no interest to keep me as a potential customer. Again I would prefer Valvoline Exchange over Jiffy lube. They over pour the oil which can lead to damages in your car and would try to sell you useless crap that you don't need. read more

They are honest as well, a women can in to get her oil changed and they came back in and told her it was to soon for oil change and told her when to come back. Update: they messed up my car. It started leaking oil. When I took it back they made things worse after their "inspection". Left the oil cap off and I can't prove it but I'm pretty sure they cracked my engine cover...oil got EVERYWHERE under the hood. Had to take it to the dealership. Missed 2 days of work, $120 bill from dealership, plus rental car. Only reason I didn't 1 star them is because after all was said and done, Frank the manager reimbursed me for everything. He also fixed the leak himself once and for all when the dealership failed to. He was very professional. read more

NOT HONORING COUPONS. Went to get an oil change and shop at Costco. Pulled up dropped it off and told the guy we we're going to Costco since he said it would be about 45 minutes. A girl called about 45 minutes later and of course asked if we wanted all the extra upgrades. She asked to upgrade the Shell conventional oil to the Penzoil brand for 40% more engine sludge reduction. I declined and accepted the $3 for half a quart of anti- freeze coolant refill. I told her I had a coupon and she said okay. I let her know that I didn't have a print out that it was on my phone she said oh the $24.99 coupon for an oil change I said yes that one. She said we just need to see it. I went in within 5 minutes and the assistant manager Sueza or something of that nature said are you picking up or dropping off. I said picking up, he said let me go over your receipt, I said oh yeah I have a coupon. He immediately without letting me finish said "no coupons are valid with the type of oil change you got." I looked puzzled since I had just spoke with the girl 5 minutes earlier who told me to bring it in on my phone so they could see it. I replied with, the girl told me to bring it in, he quickly responded with you got the every day special oil change and flipped the monitor around and showed me where it said no other coupons are valid with this offer. I responded with, I wasn't made aware of that nor was I shown the screen when I dropped my car off earlier. Plus, I believe the girl should have informed me of that on the phone when she confirmed my selection of oil. I showed him the coupon and he immediately said we don't accept those coupons anyways from the Web site since we are not actually a Jiffy Lube location, we are apart of a Sacramento based franchise. I said, how am I supposed to know that, you have nothing posted in your waiting area or behind your counter for the public to read that. He was persistent with telling me again, we can't honor that. I said well I guess what I read when I Google searched Jiffy Lube coupons and read the reviews about them not accepting coupons was true. He replied with you are the 2nd customer today that I've had to tell this to. I said well if I'm the second customer today, then it seems like you have a problem with coupons here. He said that's corporate policy. I said I understand but I will review this location and let people know, he just smiled and said okay! I said to treat the customer right you should have honored the $5 dollar difference and made me aware of this so that next time I would not try and use a coupon from the Jiffy Lube website. He replied with sorry it's just policy, is this your first time here? Well I figured he could easily see my history with the car since the girl on the phone said do you want the same oil as last time. Guess he was just to busy with proving me wrong. But I let him know this would be my last time here. Once we went out to my car and he closed the hood, he said see you next time in a rude way. I made sure to remind him that remember out conversation and this was out last visit at any Jiffy Lube, he never looked back as he walked inside. I didn't feel very valued as a customer and very confused about coupons from Jiffy Lube. I'm not the only one look at some of the other reviews about coupons at this location. read more

Just got an oil change, I was in and out in a snap like I needed to be. What stood out about this location was the over the top costomer service, it was compelling enough to make me write a review. I have never had an oil change where the attendant made such a large effort to ensure customer comfort. The manager and his team were moving like clockwork and had synchronized salutations, in my opinion the operators at this location should be writing the future company standards. read more

STRIPPED OIL PAN PLUG I went to this Jiffy Lube on April 4, 2016, for the first time. (We are new to the area and have used Jiffy Lubes in Thousand Oaks, CA, without any problems). Upon arriving and waiting about 30 minutes, the mechanic told me that my oil pan plug had "been stripped by the other Jiffy Lube" but that they would "replace it with a new one, at no charge." This seemed alright, though I thought to myself that they must have stripped it themselves, to offer free replacement. Forty five minutes later, the same mechanic entered to tell me that they could not replace it at all, because it was "too stripped" to remove. He then suggested I replace my entire oil pan then. I felt I had no choice, so I said yes. About 40 more minutes later, I asked what the delay was, when he replied that it turns out they "don't have that oil pan" and I'd need to go to the dealer. When I told him I'd gone to the hometown Jiffy Lube and never had a problem, he confessed that "the other Jiffy Lube probably tightened it a little too much b/c they didn't use the right tool, and then we tried but we finished it off." This means I'm out hundreds of dollars due to their carelessness (and MAYBE the other Jiffy Lube's too). What kind of explanation is this? No apology and no attempt to make it right AND no rush to tell me anything either. Totally unacceptable. read more

I was already having a bad day, because my car was having problems and I didn't know what to do or where to go. I went to Sears and they were so rude to me just because i didn't have an appt. I continued searching for a place since I am quite unfamiliar with Fresno since I only moved here for school. So I called up Jiffy Lube and they told me they can get me in and it would take 15 mins! I came in and it was great! They are so polite and sweet, with awesome customer service. Right away, I knew I had nothing to worry about and my car was in good conditions. They asked me what type of oil, I would like and gave me recommendations. Then they check many other things on your car, and they come in and let you know what needs to be done and they give you the price, and allow you to make the decision to get it done. My second time here because they earned my return business...the first time, I was greeted warmly, made to feel a priority, shown all of my options, treated to refreshments in the waiting room (plus free wifi), serviced quickly and for a good value. I'm new to the area and had no idea where to go to get an oil change, happened to be at Costco and noticed Jiffy lube. Went over there and the fella who greeted me asked if I knew what kind of oil my car took. Explained I did not know exactly what needed to be put in and that's why I take it to the "pros" to get it taken care of. He said it was a bit of a wait but he would call me and let me know what he found out since I asked if I could go back to costco. He called me about 20 mins later and told me it would be 119.99 for the oil change which sounded very high I pulled out the sheet that had all the prices and asked why my little suv would need the shell Rotella synthetic diesel? He tried to bull shit me so I left Costco and walked right back over. On my walk I called my old mechanic and he explained what my car needed. When I got back I asked if he could put the oil in my normal mechanic recommended he said he could not since it was wrong for the car I HAD to do the 119.99 or they wouldn't do it. So I left and called a local dealership where they took care of me and only charged me the normal $65!!! I will NEVER EVER recommend or go back to ANY Jiffy lube and after reading all the reviews I'm glad I didn't go to them!!! read more

My mother brought in her 2003 Ford Focus for an Oil change, turns out they didn't have her exact engine oil filter in stock, so they put in a Oil Filter for a 2.3L engine Ford focus. (hers was a 2.0L engine.) It stuck outside of the bottom, it was lower than the oil pan. While she was driving, something struck the oil filter, causing her engine to lose all of her oil in under 2 minutes, and it caused her engine to seize and shut off. The only thing they did right was admit that they did made a mistake and paid for her new engine + labor. Was a little under $3,500. Now I do all of her oil changes, I'm never getting an oil change at one of these places, and she isn't either. read more

They opened the door for me, showed me the things available to me while I was waiting, and went over and beyond this the service. I was expecting just an oil change but they also cleaned my windows, vaccumed my floor mats, aired up my tired, and filled my wiper fluid. This is my go to place now. read more

I just got home from getting my oil changed. They were awesome! Polite and quick!! This is the only jiffy lube I know of that has a toy for children. This was a HUGE plus! People don't think moms get their oil changed. Well they do and it's hard when you have your kids with. The toy was an awesome idea!! They also were very quick I got there early so I could be the first person in line. They even cleaned my dirty windshield without even having to be asked. They all greeted me hello and ensured I was okay before leaving to work on my car. Every employee also said goodbye and hoped I had a good day. I love that they work as a team. When the employees first got there as they walked in they looked like they were in bad moods but as soon as they got on the clock that changed immediately they were all smiling and getting to work. This place was pretty awesome! I am definitely going back and encouraging others to stop by as well. Thank you for being so kind today! That makes it or breaks it for me. You can take hours but if you communicate in a polite manner that changes everything. So thank you Jiffy Lube employees for making my trip quick and easy with my 3yr old. Don't let them do anything else except change your oil. They do NOT know how to fix windshields or change fan belts. They rounded the head of a bolt off trying to remove a fan belt in one car and the crack in the windshield in the other they tried to stop looks like a spider web. I did not save any money in the long run having to have these things fixed after they tried to fix them. read more

I went in for an oil change on 8/15/13 for an older Madza Pickup, truck has been a great running truck for along time. Had the service done everyone was very friendly, but, the truck started to over heat when I got onto the freeway, couldn't figure out why? Truck sat for a few days afterwards, decided to check the oil and water, water was fine but the oil did not register? I had some oil additive so I put in about a quart, oil showed up on dipstick, below the low oil mark? I just had the oil changed and it didn't leak out. So I decided to go back to the Jiffy Lube that put it in and had them look at it and they verified that it was at least a quart low, I believe it was more that. Well that brought it up where it should be so I drove the truck straight home for the evening and it sat. Now the next morning I get up, I opened the hood of the truck just to check the oil and I see the oil cap is missing? Last place that looked at it Jiffy Lube. I called up and got the mamanger on the phone, Frank, I tell him what happened, he really can't get to me right now he has customers? What am I? FRANK WAS IN NO HURRY TO HELP ME OUT, CUSTOMER SERVICE, RIGHT? Well I ended up ordering my own OIL CAP from Fresno Lithia Mazda, $11.48 out the door, I have to wait 2 days for it to get here, then drive down and pick it up. It's all on me, I will never visit this place again and I hope no one else does either, terrible customer service, once you pay and out the door you could have problems, check your oil and make sure everything is in place, they are to much in a hurry to be any good at real customer service and I believe now that that their training is very limited. read more

Fast, easy and awesome customer service. I will definitely be back. I first tried to schedule an appointment with Firestone for an oil change but both my 1st and 2nd choice times were rejected. Someone was supposed to call me about scheduling another time but that never happened. I was a little peeved but I'm glad they didn't call me because then I never would've tried Jiffy Lube. I was informed that there are no appointments, it's first come first served. I got in and out in about an hour, considering that this was a Saturday morning and they were down one mechanic it was still faster than any other place I've been to. The price is comparable to other places but what will keep me going back is the wonderful and professional level of customer service. They make recommendations but there is no pressure to buy more then what I originally came in for which is really nice. For the same price that I usually pay at Firestone they also vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. Thank you for not calling me back Firestone. Jiffy Lube is way faster and better so they will be where I take my business from now on. :) read more
