Heartbreaking Experience - Complete Failure in Service and Compassion…read more I took my vehicle to the Jiffy Lube at 1930 Poinsett Hwy, Greenville, SC on October 15, 2025, for a diagnostic and other services. My car had a few issues but was running fine when I brought it in. The very next day, it wouldn't start at all. An employee tried to drive it to a nearby gas station, where it completely broke down and became inoperable. My car was left there, and I was offered no help or support to get it back. Later, I was told the head gasket had blown and that no refund or solution would be provided. What made this even more devastating is that the manager watched me scramble to find money to fix my car, knowing I needed it to attend my grandmother's funeral. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Because of this experience, I lost both money and my vehicle. Jiffy Lube truly failed me--both in service and in basic human decency. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

They claim to be Lexus experts (my car is a Lexus). Different employees told me different recommendations which was concerning. I dropped the car off and the next day got a voicemail that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Great, when I finished transferring my belongings back into my car I am told it just went up on the lift to get worked on. No work had been done whatsoever. Lots of miscommunications on their end. Finally, when I schedule an appointment to get the car fixed the following week they tell me they can't get me in/don't have a loner car until the following week because some people blew their engines and their cars were being worked on. I said "forgot it, nevermind" and went to a competitor I used in Greenville before. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and had the loner car ready. Ridiculous..

I wish they would just do the oil change and let me go in peace. First time it took over an hour to get it changed because they couldn't figure out how to pop my hood, second time I was there for over 30 min and the worker offered to buy me an air filter "and come to my house to install it for me." I'm a woman alone, I don't need all the workers standing around my car... they were also smoking right by my hood and all the smell was getting in my car which is turned off with my baby in it... I won't be returning and I think someone really needs to talk about what's appropriate to say to customers and what's not. Very unprofessional workers both times.

Recently my husband, and my son, decided to take their trucks to Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Williamston, which is about 5 minutes from our home, and they were very happy with the service. So I decided to take my car there today and I'm very happy that I did. All the guys there were friendly, polite, knowledgeable, helpful, organized, and FAST! I was nervous because I didn't know if it was ok to put a different kind of oil in my car than the other place does and I had a lot of questions lol, but the guys at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Williamston put me right at ease. They checked all of my car's fluids, checked all of my car's lights, filled up my windshield wiper fluid, and installed new wipers, which I needed badly, it didn't cost an arm and a leg, and I didn't even have to get out of the car! Pretty sweet! Thanks guys! Keep doing what you're doing. You have three new loyal customers.
