Went in for a repairable hole in my tire, where I identified that a piece of glass was stuck in the tire. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was informed that there were "two nails stuck in my tire" and that it was unrepairable. I asked for more information but was given none. They decided I needed a new tire. Out of options, I acquiesced. After another 45 minutes, I start to wonder what is taking so long. I look in the mechanic area, and my car is gone. I decide to sit back down because they said I would get a notification on my phone. 15 minutes later, I walk to the parking lot to see my car sitting there. Nobody was at the customer service desk, so I had to grab the person doing intake. I can't imagine a worse experience

The tires were a very reasonable price, slightly less than comparable tires at discount actually, but the service fee was obviously a bit more which i didn't mind at all, because you're paying for the convenience and it was incredibly convenient having him come to my location and do the tires instead of me having to sit in the tire shop and wait. I would definitely recommend using this service, especially if you are busy and value your time. Absolute first class service had a very reasonable price in my opinion.
