Overall customer service was timely and efficient. Any questions that I may have are always answered.

Prompt and kind service. I went to have an oil change. They explained what was needed. I appreciated the service and left a tip.

My service was an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out, the system went down and the manager Lamar got it back up and running. The team was very professional and pleasant and I will be taking my car back read more

Came in for an oil change and inspection and I left with my truck riding much smoother on the road! The technicians suggested that I get a tire rotation, replacement air filters and changed my oil. I would highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location. read more

Service was SUPER slow. I was there for over an hour just for an oil change and there was only 1 person ahead of me. The manager was nothing short of accommodating & acknowledged that he was short staffed. The owner needs to hire more help because it should not take over an hr for an oil change. read more

I appreciate Jiffy Lube checking for what needs to be fixed. They usually inspect for other parts that are vital to the maintenance of my car and has kept it running for over 25 years! read more

Service is good and fast. Received an oil change and antifreeze flush and fill. The coupon really helped out price wise. read more

Never going back again stopped to get a quick oil change, for whatever reason , the staff failed to tell me they were only accepting cash. once complete, I was told to walk to an atm machine 300 yards away to get cash for the service. after explainin, I can't walk that far, the man proceeded to tell me it's their policy to hold my $1,200.00 / cell phone, if they allow me to drive my own truck. as if I'm the Thief ‍ Black Fatigue is real‍ read more

I always take my cars over to this Jiffy Lube. The guys are the best there. They do a great job and I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube on 83rd and South Chicago and Jeffrey for years. Every car I get is serviced for me and my husband. The oil change Is thorough and they always show you the new oil levels. The staff is professional and I've never had a problem with my car afterwards. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube or any Jiffy Lube. Get your oil changes on time to make sure that your vehicle runs well in the long run. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Messed up the push button start to my car and did not take accountability. Took my car here for an oil change on Wednesday, April 19. As I proceeded to leave after my service, I could not push the start button on my car. It would not budge. I went back inside and told the man who serviced my car who then told me "it was like that when it came it." Sir, it was ABSOLUTELY not like that when I came in. He then did something and was able to push the button. By the time I hit the corner a light came on so I turned the car off to turn it back on. Guess what? Button stuck again. I am now blocking people and can't move. After about 3 minutes, I was able to get it to push. I get home and don't touch my car until the next morning. I got to work the next morning and was able to get my car to start, even though I still couldn't push the button. Well, I wasn't so lucky when I left work. I sat in the parking lot for over 10 minutes trying to start my car. Finally, a light tap and the car started. YAY! Well, guess what? I get home and I cannot turn the car off. Literally nothing I did work. I had to leave me car running and locked while I waited for AAA to undo the battery just to get my car off. The AAA guy said he didn't have a clue what they did to make my push button not work. So, now I am waiting to hear back from my dealership to see if they can repair it and how much it will cost, thanks to Jiffy Lube. It was my first and last visit their. I should have just gone to the dealership when I realized an oil change was $100. I thought I was saving some money but I did and now it's going to cost me even more money. Thanks for absolutely nothing! read more

No synthetic oil. Even the gas station has synthetic oil smdh. I went here for services and they told me to go to Tinley Park because they didn't have my oil. My best guess as to why I was told this is because I usually have went there..... but I'm sure you can find me a Jiffy Lube closer than that, sir. So after telling what oil they suggest and the price, they then have me wait only to later convey the news. Don't waist your time with these men. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place is so unprofessional. I have received an oil change here before and I made excuses for such bad service but I came to get an oil change so I let it go. Not this time, called and spoke to Leroy to see when was the last time I received an oil change so I can get another one. He said, "Nope we too busy right now, we too busy." I have never been so offended by an establishment like this before. Leroy does not know how to talk to customers and needs to take a communication class. It literally takes two minutes to look up information. How about I was planning on bringing my business but I'm definitely never coming here again, and I won't be having any of my friends or family come here either. Such rude service. read more

Horrible wait just for an oil change!!!! & all the time & money ...I waited 35 min... they could have at least vacuumed my front carpet all other jiffy lubes do! Or is this not a thing anymore?! read more

Ok so I was not getting serviced here, but this place does need some help...my sis was trying to get a last minute oil change and while she got out I stayed in the car‍ two of the employees started to argue in front of me. Then one of the guys jumped in the car and asked me how I was doing, I say ok and yourself? " I'm fine but these NINJas getting on my nerves" referring to his co-workers.... The visit got worst by the minute...Another customer pulled up and asked about a coupon and the guy said, " I don't know nothing about no coupon, I'm know about oil and you have to go inside for that. I have to go get my son and don't have time for all that extra shit." I thought checking tires were a courtesy, but these guys were like, "we"re not the tire boys." Total lack of professionalism all around in this place...I would not ever use them..... read more

I came here for a transmission flush the guys put in dirty transmission fluid n my car!! Now my transmission is overheating!!! I would not recommend going here !!!!! N will be reporting to corporate until I get an answer to how is that possible read more

Do yourself a favor and NEVER bring your car here. And if for some reason you brought your car here and they messed it up, DO take them to small claims court and make sure you have your mechanic testify. And not only are the managers and workers dishonest "men", the owner himself said Jiffy Lube corporate tells them never to accept liability for faulty work since it is the customer's burden to prove in court. But if you have a mechanic who's not afraid to testify on your behalf, you will be fine. It's a shame that we can't even have honest black-owned businesses to serve our community, but it is what it is. Trust me, take your car somewhere else. What they will do to your car here is not worth the headache or cheap oil change. read more

Terrible they stole from my car I had $400 in my cup holder wasn't even out of the car a whole 3 minutes I came back money was gone the owner didn't even try to help me or give me any solution he basically said f me and kept the man there as a worker read more

I came to get my oil changed and couldn't be more pleased with the service. Everyone was very nice and made sure they kept you informed about the status of your vehicle. They were really quick too. I'll keep utilizing this jiffy lube in the future read more

While renting I would take my car here and had no issue but the second I brought a car in my name here they charged me extra to take off my skid plate (which no other jiffy lube does) and they somehow disconnected a part of my front bumper. It isn't damaged but I do need to take it to a mechanic to snap it back in place properly read more

I came in for an oil change and left with a cracked oil pan. My car has NEVER leaked or had a crack in the oil pan and after getting an oil change from them, my oil pan was cracked and all the oil had completely leaked from my car by morning. Now i have to pay even more money to get it fixed. I would hate to have to take them to small claims court to reimburse the now necessary repair, so hopefully they will do what's right. So disappointing. I have so many things to do and now i have to wait until i can get a repair which is in 2 days because it's Saturday and every shop is closed on Sunday. read more

"DON'T TRUST AUTO" I went to this place a several times I had a few good experiences and a few bad ones. But the one that caused me to X them out was when they charged me $649 for changing my water pump!! I don't know a lot about cars but I felt that this was not good. So I googled and researched and found out that I was being charged DOUBLE!!! These people are crooks. So if you go here, watch them close and you'll see also. read more

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would. My husband took my 2022 SUV here for a quick oil change. Five days later my oil light came on and my vehicle started dragging. I was on the expressway and my car completely decelerated to under 20 mph and would not accelerate. Me, my husband and our infant son could've died on that expressway. I had to get my vehicle towed to an auto shop in which they told me that I had NO OIL in my vehicle when it arrived. Luckily this auto shop gave me all the paperwork regarding how this happened by getting a faulty oil change that was not properly done at this location. I called to inform them of this when I was initially told that their was no oil in my vehicle and the manager Lamar Wilson did not once apologize instead he claimed they did nothing wrong despite me having a paper trail of proof that they did. He called me argumentative for being upset that he completely disregarded their mistake, messed up my car and risked our lives. I'm livid and still shaken up by all of this. Do not go here if you want to have a vehicle when you leave. read more

They are slow with getting cars in and out they talk while working on the cars, regular long conversations of nothing. They mess up because they are talking to each other, I had a Mitsubishi sticker in my car, the sticker that says the oil mileage to return for another. The manager walks around in his Jordan's not helping when it's crowded! They are not careful while working on your car which causes other problems in the long run. ESPECIALLY FOR PRICES TO BE GOING UP HERE. read more

Excellent service! The management and employees provided GREAT service! They were courteous and helpful.

I pulled up to this location today and literally waited 1 1/2 hours for an oil change. There are three lines, but other cars was taken before me and I had to leave to get back to work. I planned to get an oil change today, so my engine don't lock up on me and I'll have a 2020 with no engine. Please do better for your paying customers. read more

I have had one bad experience too many at this location. One summer, I sweat my entire outfit wet like I just came it the pool in the hundred degree waiting room. One of the employees said the manager/owner refuse to get AC. Twice before they did not have the air filter I needed. They are quick to say come back another day. No one has time for that. Today I had a group on for an oil change tire rotation. They did not have the tools to rotate my tires. They shrugged it off like it was my problem. I suggested I get the air filter they finally had in stock in exchange for the tire rotation. That idea was dismissed. Overall, the staff is nice and friendly but their service sucks. I will not be returning. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. read more

I came for an oil change on a Friday morning. Every bay was taken with two cars waiting when I arrived. The wait to get into a bay was about 15 minutes (I beat the other two waiting vehicle inside; lucky me :-) ). I was told to walk around the building because the floors might be slippery. Once inside I waited about another 15 before a man came out to show me the filters from my truck. He asked me if I wanted to replace them and I told him yes. He was finished with my truck another 20 minutes later. He held the door open, walked me to my truck and opened that door as well. They washed my windows (on the outside only) and vacuumed. read more

Drove out of my way to go to Jiffy Lube because online info said it was open til 7. I arrived at 6:13 PM. The crew is cleaning up. One of the workers said, "we're closed." I said, Aren't you open until 7 PM. He said, that's what it says online. I said, I won't come back. I put up my window and turned the car around to drive away. He waved goodbye in a way that seemed to mock us. Who knows... read more

Since their faulty service, My engine light came on they would not take another look at my car and suggested I got o the dealership. I had to wait until the dealership had an opening which was a week later. The dealership calls me the same day I took it in to tell me the oil cap was screwed on improperly and that air was being sucked in, thats why my car kept stopping. I had to pay the dealership $167 just to screw on the cap. I took all my receipts to jiffy lube and they said they are no longer involved. I am highly upset that I paid $118.41 for a simple oil change $167 to close the cap totaling $285.41 out my pocket. I called corporate and filed a complaint. read more

Came here with my Girls vw bug for oil change. After they pulled the car in and looked at it, they came and showed me an oil leak . I went here a few months ago for a standard oil change for my Accord. When they were "finished" I noticed my car was not vacuumed out, windows not wiped, and no air placed in my tires. I don't even think they filled my fluids. I mean, I go to Jiffy all the time, but this was my first time at this location and I know what should be done and comes standard with an oil change. So, when I mentioned that all of these things were not done, the manager offered me $10 off my next oil change and apologized and had someone do it. These guys weren't professional at all, and they held conversations in front of me as if I wasn't a customer...and I mean that they were cussing. I mean, I don't REALLY care, but why are they that chill in front of customers? I still expect decent customer service and all that talking is taking up too much of my time. I have other things to do. That's all I'm saying. read more

Nice clean location. The staff is friendly but they are not car experts! They only change oil and fluids, do not expect them to know whether or not your car takes regular oil, synthetic oil, Or full synthetic. The technician even showed me in their system where it only provides oil viscosity. I'm just glad that I was paying attention to $35.99 sounding too good to be true for an oil change for my Nissan.
